Appearance: Francis stands at 6'1 and has long dark hair that he keeps tied back at almost all times. He has fair and nearly flawless skin. He has a kind face and a warm smile, but his silver eyes always seem cold and calculating. He normally wears a dark vest over a black button up dress shirt and crimson tie. With that he wears a pair of black dress pants and shoes, which have the letter L engraved on the soles. He also wears a monocle, leather fingerless gloves and keeps a silver pocket watch on a silver chain in his back pocket.

Mental illness: Sociopathic disorder and Narcissistic: Francis is completely void of human empathy, sympathy, and kindness. He doesn't have any form of conscience that could keep him from doing some of the worst things that can be imagined.

Ability: Bio manipulation: Francis can control a person much like a puppeteer as long as he had physical contact with the person with in the last half hour. He controls the person's nervous, circulatory and muscular system through his thoughts and subtle movements, in extreme cases moving his body in the movements of a puppeteer. He can also cause strong pains of his choosing, anything from feeling like you stubbed your toe to feeling like your having a Transorbital Lobotomy performed on you, to the people he has touched within the last half hour. Though he is in control of the person's body they are still fully aware of what is happening and what they are doing.

Bio: Francis was born the youngest of a notoriously wealthy arms trading family, it being made up of his father, mother, three brothers and two sisters. From the very day of his birth he was groomed to be able to navigate rooms full of generals, presidents, and war lords with grace, ease an confidence. He was taught to appreciate the finer things in life, such as music and clothing. He was a child prodigy of the arms trade, selling whole shipments by the age of twelve. It wasn't until he was fourteen that his comfortable life was disrupted by the surfacing of his powers. Where most would of been worried or frightened Francis embraced his new abilities with open arms. He learned to use his power in subtle ways, first to get extra dessert then in use in his arms trading. It wasn't long until he was using his powers in worse ways, controlling the maid staff at his family's mansion and making them perform for his amusement. But eventually his family started to become wary of his seeming lack of humanity. They feared him over powering them and taking over the arms trade so they eventually sent him to the asylum out of the hopes it would get him back in line.

Personality: On the surface Francis is a kind and formal person. He keeps a warm smile on his face and is known for saying just the right things to get on someone's good side. But his true nature lies just under the skin. He has no caring, remorse, or second thought for anything he does, no matter how badly it hurts anyone. He see's himself as better than everyone else and does everything for his own benefit. He has a strong love for classical music and literature.
