I wonder how I should address all the shade people have thrown at me during my time away. My mind says to let it go, but my heart says "with a chainsaw". Decisions.

Oh, you want to know about me? Not sure why, but ok.

A long time ago, in a bedroom far far away... my mommy met my daddy... and they did it.

What? Not that far back? Oh. Ok.

I'm a mechanic by trade, though a work-related injury nearly a decade ago has really hampered my life since. I'm what some would call a folkish heathen, if matters of spirituality interest you... though I lean more toward tribal rather than folkish. I live in Cleveland, have a nice little apartment in a decent neighborhood, and have two cats.

As far as RP? I like things with anime elements to them, as well as modern and traditional fantasy. Not interested in romance or furry or anything like that. Miss me with that stuff.

I'm brash. I do not sugar coat things. I will call people out on things. I will likely frustrate you at some point. ... however, I am one hell of a loyal person, should I ever decide you are a friend.

So there it is, I guess.

Awh. Exalted is the system I'm least familiar with. Been playing World of darkness and Scion for a few years, loving the flexibility of the two. To this day, I have never actually played Exalted :/

From what I saw, Exalted is Scion and Warhammer 40k mixed in a blender with a dose of bullshit and rule of cool added in. And I'm pretty sure in both Scion and Exalted, ranged weaponry became useless on higher level. At least without homebrewing in both of them.


No, there are some really powerful ranged weapons, and lots of ranged abilities similar to my character's melee/martial arts ones. In addition, there's stuff like Warstriders (that are basically magi-tech gundams), flame-wands (pistols that shoot alchemical fire), and essence cannons (shoop da woop laz0rz).

Exalted, of course. Have you never seen the Dragon-Blooded? Or are you only familiar with the Solars?

Also, I have a Scion character in my archives, as well.

If people would read the abilities that my character possesses, they would see that he is insanely fast and has a couple nice abilities that can be used to evade attacks in even the most unlikely circumstances. But alas... this discussion is not really amusing anymore, and I still have to figure out where I am putting Talon. I don't want to be in a world that already has a ton of players, you see.

... in any case, I could always appear on the OTHER team. As he really has no fucking clue what's going on, Talon is as likely to help one side as he is to help the other.
In any case, I need to figure out where I am going and what I am doing fairly soon, before my interest wanes.

I have come to a conclusion. I want Talon to be sent HERE. However, I REALLY don't know how to incorporate his arrival, nor do I know where he and his men should arrive. Perhaps on Leeroy's ship? Give him a badass as an ally and a token force of 200 or so NPCs?
