Dante was a bit surprised as the figure leaps from the spike and landed near him. Turns out it was a girl, she looked a bit younger than Dante. She asked if he needed something. Dante grinned and took a swig from his drink.

“Not really, just wondered what you were doing up there” He said with a goofy grin to the girl. Upon getting a closer look at her, Dante noticed she had a different air about her. She felt like someone who knew their way around a fight. Dante was pretty impressed that she had actually landed the jump from that height. Needless to say, he found this girl interesting. He looked back over to the scene with the witch.

“Pretty strange isn't it” He said with a slightly disappointed tone. “The first witch I see after all this time training to kill them, and we make it a pet” Jace glanced back over to the girl in curiosity. Was she here for the same reason he was? To become a great mister? Or a strong weapon? Dante had trouble telling the difference between them. After wondering for a second he decided he would make it easy on himself.

“How rude of me, I haven’t even introduced myself” He said as he turned to face the girl, holding his hand out in front of him. “Name is Dante, up and coming mister hoping to become the best in the world!” He announced proudly. “And you are?” Dante hadn't met any new people around his age in quite some time, so he was excited to meet someone new.

Jace stared up at the stone man with a blank expression. He had no idea what the man was talking about, and was a little worried. ‘What is a Sniggit?’ Jace thought to himself with a dumfounded thought pattern. Then, he noticed the small, rat like person… or rather… The small person like rat. He watched as the small beast kin walked up and ordered some food in a way he could barely understand. It was official; Jace was totally lost in the conversation around him. He curled up in a ball on the ground in desperation.

“I am so confused” Jace said as he slowly stood up after a few seconds of being on the ground. He wanted a drink. Reluctantly, he reached into his bag and grabbed a small bottle he had been saving. He took out the cork and took a swig of the stuff inside. With a loud sigh he took the bottle away from his mouth. He always made sure to keep at least two small bottles of whiskey to help make the long nights shorter. Jace spent the majority of his time alone on the road, so he had to have some way to pass the time. He sat on one of the benches and took another big swig, finishing off the bottle. He took the bottle away, admiring the taste and warmth he felt. He made a mental note to pick up more before leaving the city. But based on the amount of money and food he had, leaving would be impossible for quite a while. With a tired chuckle he looked up at the sky, admiring the clouds, patiently waiting for his food with a rumbling stomach.

Hahaha we have a few guys like that here, but most of them are 'Play sports, rap music, and meat' Block head guys. Not a fan of them. Wish i went to a different school sometimes :P
But i am loving my final year of school, almost done and might be getting a job at a pizza place soon

With amazement, Dante watched as the headmaster, a one Vater Tod, actually allowed a witch to be kept as a pet? Dante normally would be angry, even disagree, but looking at this witch, it appeared that it was of no danger. He heard the argument between the two and had to agree with the drill haired girl on this one. Killing something like that would serve no purpose. With a disappointed sigh, he let go of his katana, letting it clink back into the sheath.

“Keeping a witch for a pet?” He said to himself. He got his book out and flipped through the pages, inspecting it closely. “Never happened before apparently” He mumbled before putting the book back into his bag. He looked at the witch that had apparently become a part of their little community. “As long as she behaves, it doesn’t bother me” Dante says, figuring he will add his two cents. The conversation shifted to ice cream, something he didn’t really like, so he decided his spot in the conversation would forfeit. With a smile to the girls, he turns and goes to walk back to the spot he was sitting before stopping suddenly.

He felt something strange, almost like eyes watching him. He looked around to see the massive spikes coming from the building. He slightly made out a figure on the spike. With a smile he walked over and grabbed another rink before heading back to his spot. He waved at the figure on the spike with a smile. He didn’t know who it was, but he figured he would greet them. Dante knew all too well the feeling of being on the outside, and figured he would be nice.
