Bio

I have been actively roleplaying for around 18 years now, since age 15. Which, as you might have guessed, makes me 33. I've done most of my rping on forums, averaging 2 to 4 paragraphs. Though I also LARP, and have played D&D for about 17 years. Real life has become a larger part of my life though, so my activity has lessened. Even so, I don't think I'll ever stop rping. :)

"You may enter." Elizabeth spoke. And a moment later the door opened. At the same time as he opened the door, the director took something out of his pocket. A small device with two buttons on it. One was green and the other was red. He stepped inside first, looking rather serious as he did.

Elizabeth's interest only showed when Gerry walked in though. A slight grin appeared on her lips as she stood, her blood red eyes staring at the man like a predator would it's prey. "My my...is it my birthday by any chance? I didn't think you'd ever let me have such a...tasty looking present." She spoke. Then suddenly with unnatural speed she moved towards him, stopping just she was standing in front of him. The furniture hadn't proven much of a hindrance it seemed. Though the woman was smart enough to not attack unless told to. That device the director was carrying could put her in the kind of pain one would not want to experience twice. "Do tell me I can suck him dry~"

The director held up the button, keeping a very close eye on Elizabeth. "He isn't your food, Elizabeth. He's your new partner." The vampiress sighed disappointedly, then slowly walked back to where she had been sitting before. "Gerry, meet Elizabeth Báthory. You might have heard of her from old legends. She is currently one of two supernatural creatures working for our agency. Though the other one is stationed in another country and is far less...difficult to deal with."

That was about as 'jumping into it' as you could get. Straight to the facts of what was going on. Though as the two agents before Gerry, the director expected the man to first be in disbelief, even after what he had just experienced himself.
I'm still here, just to let you know... I guess my rp juices burned out a little. Not that I want to stop the rp! Just...well, it's been 2 weeks already (sorry!), so...think of it as a short break? ^^;;
Haha, James Bond! :P He's the first James Bond I saw when I was younger. Classy indeed. ^^
By the way, I thought of a slightly different origin story for vampires. (Though they can still turn others.)

Vampires are humans that have been 'claimed' by the devil. He usually picks people that have a high potential for evil. These humans will live their lives as vampires, until they are deemed 'ready'. At which point they will 'die' and be reborn as a new demon in hell. Sound like an idea? Or should be stick with something more standard?
Oh, oops...xD
It had been a full week now since her last mission. And during that week she of course couldn't go outside. That was fine for now though. Elisabeth had all the comforts she needed in the secret facility. All to keep little old her, and whatever she dealt with, locked away. A Victorian style she was comfortable with, combined with some modern luxuries. Like a television set, audio set, central heating, adjustable lights, and a mini bar. Though she only had these luxuries because the humans knew that if she really wanted, she could escape. So they kept her comfortable to keep her more compliant. A decent arrangement for both sides.

The vampiress had not been informed of her new 'partner' arriving tonight, so she was doing what she was usually doing after she woke up. Taking a very long bath in a Japanese styled onsen. Up to two hours at times. Some classical music was softly playing in the background.

Suddenly the intercom sounded. She would have visitors in ten minutes, and had to get ready. With a soft growl the woman got up, glaring at the small speaker. "This better be about me getting a special breakfast..." She spoke, walking to the closet to get herself a towel. Ten minutes later, and Elizabeth was sitting in the living room in a Victorian dress. Still angry with whatever was so important to disturb her bath, but also a little bit curious. As maybe it was a new mission. After all, it had been a week since she had been outside.
Name: Elizabeth Báthory.
Age: 1346 years.
Appearance: http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs39/f/2008/343/f/5/Countess_Elizabeth_Bathory_by_algenpfleger.jpg
Abilities: The usual vampire stuff, together with: Wall-crawling, suggestion and summoning a familiar. Summoning works a bit odd. She just has to call for this man, and he will show up in seconds. Some times from nearby shadows, others he comes running around the corner.

Familiar name: Colton Beckett
Appearance: http://th00.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/i/2011/157/9/6/character_concept_4_by_madspartan013-d3i6ess.jpg
Equipment: He seems to arrive depending on situation. Either in soldier gear, or in a suit similar to what government officials wear.

(I want Colton to remain a bit of a mystery. Like, no one's sure how he does it, but he's reliable and always there when she calls.)
(Sorry about the slow posting. Been a busy few weeks with some life problems thrown in. Plus I seem to have a stomach virus now. =/ )

Mathias grumbled at the knocking, not wanting to get up yet. Though he probably wouldn't be able to get to sleep any more now. And since he had been awake during the day he still felt tired and was a little bit cranky. Mary decided to let herself in and spoke. "Yes yes..." The man grumbled softly, slowly sitting up. "Let her sleep a little longer. Now get out, we've had a rough night..." Mary wasn't taken aback by Mathias' strict tone. She knew it was just how he was for the first half hour or so when he didn't get the sleep he needed. "Okay~" She spoke a little more softly now, and left again.

The man got up and quickly got dressed. Then he went to the refrigerator and grabbed a water bottle filled with blood. There wasn't as much in stock as in his mansion, but Gerald did make sure everyone had some items in their refrigerators when they came. He downed the entire bottle in one go, then moved to the coffee machine to make himself some coffee. Gerald would probably already have made light sandwiches for breakfast by now. So once he had his cup of coffee he headed there. Right as he approached everyone quieted down. They could all see that Mathias was a bit cranky just from how he walked to the table, and knew that a lot of 'noise' would only make him more agitated right now. "Rough night huh?" Mitchell spoke. "Evon had a nightmare about her parents' death." Mathias replied before joining them. They continued their conversation in a softer tone after that.

After another half hour Mathias headed back to his cabin to go and wake Evon up as well. He had a glass of orange juice - without blood this time - and a sandwich with him for her. "Evon, it's time to wake up. We have to leave in about half an hour." He spoke as he put the plate beside her bed on the night stand.
There wasn't much else Mathias could say. It wasn't like he had found a magical way to deal with the pain of losing loved ones. As he was still feeling it himself. Time would lessen the pain, but it would never disappear. "I'm sure they knew full well how much you loved them. Even if it doesn't appear so, parents somehow always know." It remained quiet for a few moments before the man spoke again. "I can't give you much advice, really. But if you want someone to talk to I'll be there. Right now, though, I think it's best if I go back to sleep. As otherwise I'll have a hard time driving back tomorrow evening. If you want to stay awake go ahead though. I understand if you can't sleep just yet."

The man moved to his side of the bed again, took the bathrobe off, and laid down. If it had been anyone but Evon waking him up in the middle of the night like this he would have gotten angry. It was the one thing he was very strict about. To not disturb him during the day when he was sleeping. But she was different. He felt like he could finally move on from his ex-wife if he was with Evon. So he couldn't get angry with her when her own pain was giving her difficulties.
Celestia joined in with the threat. And it seemed the lizards agreed as well. They were smarter than they looked. Soon they left. Defeated. The first real floor, even if it was called 'floor 2', had been cleared. Even while facing an opponent that should have already been at a much higher one. This meant that Excel's guess that it would be easy until at least floor 15 was more likely. A comforting thought.

The man had been spacing out for a bit, but was snapped out of it when Celestia threw her arms around him. He blinked, looking down in surprise. "Oh, right, we won. No need to thank me. As long as I am in a team, even with strangers, I will act as a proper team mate. Which means making sure the entire team finishes the test." He smiled a little bit, then pointed to the door they had come out of at the beginning. It had opened up again. "I think we have to go back in, since it just opened." Considering how they had won a more challenging fight, Excel was rather calm about it. Mostly because he had a good idea of what he should expect in the top 20 floors. At least, if his master had told him the truth about being about as strong as the people living there.

He waited for her to let go of him before walking back to the door. And once they were both inside the door on the other side opened. Behind it was the hallway leading back to the briefing room and behind that the common area.
