Bio

I have been actively roleplaying for around 18 years now, since age 15. Which, as you might have guessed, makes me 33. I've done most of my rping on forums, averaging 2 to 4 paragraphs. Though I also LARP, and have played D&D for about 17 years. Real life has become a larger part of my life though, so my activity has lessened. Even so, I don't think I'll ever stop rping. :)

Not having fun with the current rp? ^^;; (I do have to admit, it has a kinda slow start so far...) Well, shoot I guess. Haven't done a vampire rp in a while. :)
So, LARP event again this weekend. :) See you in a few days~

Btw, do you have any idea's for where they could go the next day? I mean, I can come up with plenty of things considering how many different mmorpg's I've played. But just wondering if you might have something in mind. :)
It was about an hour later before Ceres returned. And by that time the captain had apparently already left, or gone to bed. Either way, she was a little bit disappointed. As on the way back, she had noticed a bunch of wanted posters on a message board in the middle of town. And among them was Octavius again. And his bounty had been updated. Instead of his old 25 gold bounty, he was now apparently worth 40. Her bounty had also been posted. Apparently the noble she had stolen the devil's fruit from was still after her, or something like that. She still had the same 10 gold bounty though. "Guess I'll just tell him tomorrow." She mused to herself as she headed to the innkeeper. The day had felt far too short, but nothing they could do about it now. So it was time to head to bed. And it was great to finally be able to take a shower again, so she'd probably spend the next half hour doing that first anyway.

Almost an hour later and Ceres finally emerged from the shower and walked to her bed, feeling quite refreshed. Far too clean for your average pirate, but then again she wasn't your average pirate after all. Lack of sleep from the previous night started to set in, though, so the girl quickly put on some clean underwear and laid in the bed. Quite a bit more comfortable than a hammock, but at the same time it felt wrong. Like something was missing from sleeping like this. Still, it didn't take long for her to fall asleep. Tomorrow would no doubt be a bothersome day, but luckily that was still a good 7 hours away.
Kali went to make them a campfire, so Alakai decided to check his cooking skill and see what he needed. He could only make simple things for now. So cooked deer meat would have to do until he got to a higher level, when he could make things like curry, stew and soup. At least they wouldn't have to stick to just fruits and bread when they were in the wilderness. "All I have is a cooked deer meat recipe. But I have a good idea of what spices to use so it should be tasty." He replied to her as he put started unpacking the meat. "I plan to make quite a bit actually. Not just to get a higher cooking skill, but also to see what happens to food if you try to preserve it for a while in your inventory." Ingame food and drinks stayed fresh indefinitely, but maybe this world was more like the real world in that aspect. Or maybe the magical inventory would keep things fresh. Either way, it was a good idea to test it out.

Once the fire was burning, Alakai couldn't just put his cooking pot on and start cooking. The flames were still too high, so he would have to wait a little bit. Which instead gave them time to go over what kind of items they had found. "The flames need to die down a little first. So how about we go over the loot now?" He spoke, checking his inventory screen once again. "I think you picked up most items, but I have..." There was a lot of plain old junk like basic weapons, goblin ears and bones, so it took him a bit to search for the useful items. "10 times tattered cloth, 4 times leather scraps, 12 times Mackerel, light leather pants, light leather boots, two goblin shirts, and 80 gold." He finally spoke. Not too bad considering how they had killed 27 goblins already, and the fact that he had let Kali do most of the looting while he focused on getting the next group. "The tattered cloth and goblin shirts are for you of course, and the fish for me. So, what did you get?" With any luck, she had picked up a more rare item as well. Goblins could sometimes drop a health or mana potion, which would make farming even faster for them. Or even more rarely, a weapon or armour with a green name, which meant it was enchanted. Which they then of course could sell to other players.
The trio kept on drinking for a while longer, but after that Ceres was done for the moment. Not because she was drunk, but because she still wanted to look for some shops. Something that had been interrupted earlier. "I'll see ya later cap'n." She spoke as she stood up. "I still have some more things to do. Have fun." Hopefully not too much fun, or he would have the marines on his ass before he knew it. But so far he didn't seem to cause too much trouble.

Luckily this time the woman didn't need to find her way, as the inn was on the exact same street as several shops. So it only took her a few minutes to find the right one. A pawn shop that had all kinds of trinkets. And they also had a set of halters in stock. 25 kilo's for each weight coming to a total of 50. A nice start for someone like her, whom severely lacked in upper body strength. She had the shopkeep put them aside for the moment as she continued browsing the place. After all, you never knew what you would find in shops like this.

(I feel bad for giving such a short post after making you wait for 9 days... ^^;; But I guess that's what happens in the less active parts of the rp.)
At first things were going rather slowly. The goblins were easy enough to deal with, but it took time to lure only one or two away from the village. However as they killed more goblins, Alakai started to become a bit more daring as well. He learned their attacks quickly, and soon noticed that he didn't even lose a third of his health while fighting two at the same time. And, looking at the party window, he noticed that Kali was barely dipping into her mana pool. So after the first few pulls, the man started to lure up to three goblins at the same time.

And finally after about one and a half hours the goblin village was thinned out enough for them to start the main event. This felt like a good time to take a break. A single apple didn't feel like enough food to last until the afternoon, plus he wanted to train his cooking a little. Only two more cooking levels and he would be able to make a stew that gave more hp and mana regeneration for two hours. Luckily the goblins had dropped quite a few raw fish for him to use.

"Let's take a break. I doubt the goblins will respawn any time soon, and I really want to eat something." He spoke as he picked up the loot from the last two goblins he had defeated. "Better do that a little bit further away from the village though, as they might get attracted by a camp fire. We can also check what kind of loot we have so far." Apart from noticing the fish, Alakai had just immediately put everything in his inventory, to spend as little time as possible in between pulling the goblins. Today was all about leveling up as much as possible after all.
The woman that had followed her wasn't anywhere in sight yet, and hell hadn't broken loose either. So at the very least they would be in the clear for now. So Ceres decided to use this time to hopefully become a little more friendly with the captain. Or rather, him with her. If they were going to be sharing a ship for the next foreseeable future, it would benefit them all if they could get along after all. "We goin' already? There better be more drinks where we're goin'~" She spoke as she followed the captain and Luther out of the bar. Bar hopping wasn't perfect, since that didn't give her any chance to beat a few people in a drinking contest or some such. But then again, Octavius seemed to be paying, so who was she to complain? Free drinks beat a contest or two any time.

The woman cheered when Octavius promised more drinks where they were going, and with a slight grin followed behind. Soon they arrived at an inn of some kind. Something quite different from a bar, but then again inns had plenty of beer and ale as well. Ceres decided to step inside first, and immediately addressed the bartender with a loud voice. "Three beer for the captain and us two! None of that cheap ale, I want the good stuff for once!" Beer was more expensive, so ale was the go-to drink for most. But considering Octavius' previous reputation and her skills as a thief, money probably wouldn't be too much of a problem any more soon enough. The bartender was all too eager to sell his more expensive drinks, of course, so he didn't even frown at the two loud and rude men right behind the girl. As long as they didn't start destroying the place, the other customers would just have to bear with it until Octavius and Luther went to bed.
You're not the only one making people wait. :P Having a bit of a hard time formulating a post...but I'll have one soon enough. :)
