Bio

I have been actively roleplaying for around 18 years now, since age 15. Which, as you might have guessed, makes me 33. I've done most of my rping on forums, averaging 2 to 4 paragraphs. Though I also LARP, and have played D&D for about 17 years. Real life has become a larger part of my life though, so my activity has lessened. Even so, I don't think I'll ever stop rping. :)

Well, if you want, go check out Overlord, to get a general idea of what I meant with my rp premise. There's only 1 season so far, so only 13 episodes. No indication of a second season though sadly...
I have to admit, a lot of my idea's are inspired by anime. Especially this one. :P Anime can come up with such great premises for rp. ^^
To be honest, generally sci-fi isn't generally my thing. I'm more of a fantasy type of person. ^^;; I do like our current rp, though it isn't entirely sci-fi.
So, I have an idea for an rp, in case we ever get tired of this one. Which...is more than likely to happen considering our rp history. xD

Anyway, imagine an mmorpg with D&D rules. As in, D&D 3.5 or pathfinder or some such. Not only that, but in that mmorpg the max level is 100. And you have a max level character with top gear. However, one day, you suddenly wake up in a completely different world, and as your character in the mmorpg no less! Your guild with all it's npc's is there, only everyone is alive and a real person now, and the surrounding lands are completely different. And soon you find out that, while this world does know magic, the strength of even the strongest warriors is only comparable to max 30 or 40 in the game. In other words, apart from still being mortal, you've basically become a god in terms of power.

Since you talked about a vampire rp where we would be the bad guys a bit ago, this 'plot' would work well with bad guy characters. Basically, we'd be playing 2 players that were sent to this fantasy world, along with all their items and the entire guild building with all it's npc's. And each of us would be strong enough to take on an entire army on our own. The rp would be more about causing mayhem and taking over the country than any real struggles I guess. But I still think it would be fun! :P
"Thank god..." She replied, relaxing a little more. Her entire day was always better if she didn't have to hurry anything. "I'll try not to take too long though. The more time we have the better." If not for longer travel time, it would give them some leeway when setting up camp in the wasteland. Or to at least find a spot to stay the night. Kevin left, leaving Zara to eat, drink, and finish her smoke in peace. Once all of them were finished the woman headed towards the lab. She needed to ask Geoffrey about getting some gas. The man was indeed awake as well. Or most likely, he hadn't gone to sleep yet. Zara hadn't provided him with any blood for a few years, so he had probably been doing tests with it all night. At least he could sleep whenever he wanted, pretty much.

About 10 minutes later Zara headed outside. The same guard was still in his post, and Kevin was there as well, finishing his smoke. She walked up to him and sighed. "So, bad news. They can't spare any gas at the moment, so we'd at most be able to go another 30 to 40 miles on my bike. And I don't want to just leave it somewhere, so I decided to leave it here instead. At least we got about three days worth of travel on foot out of it though." A car would have been really nice right about now. Not only would it give more space and comfort for a longer trip, but she could have also brought the extra gas she had at her bunker then. A car wasn't a luxury either of them could afford though. "Anyway...I just have to pack up my things and I'll be ready. So be back in 10 minutes at most."

The vampiress headed back inside again, heading to her bedroom. Packing her backpack again was only a matter of folding up the tarp, and then heading to Geoffrey one last time to get the first aid kit and bullets he had mentioned he could provide. 2 magazines for both Kevin's and Zara's gun. Not much, but it would get them through at least two fire fights if they aimed carefully. Once she had everything, she went up to the surface one more time to meet up with Kevin and head out again. Her bike would be staying under Geoffrey's care until she got back.
(Not -too- fast... :P There's still one more little thing that I planned before the skip. But after that we can skip a week or so.)

There were indeed less players in town. But at the same time, there were still plenty around. Some were recruiting for their guilds, others were still too afraid of going outside, and yet others were desperately trying to buy materials for their crafts. Those first and last ones were the smart ones of course. A larger guild meant more influence in a city of adventurers. Also more area they could cover, stronger monsters they could handle. A whole variety of things really. And the crafters wanting materials had realized that, if they weren't up for fighting, they could still get ahead in other ways. Even so, it seemed like at least half of all players weren't really doing anything. As they headed for the crafters that were buying, several people started flocking towards the two of them again. It had only been two days, but they were already recognized by the observant few. The tiger mount was rare, and they were one of the very few going out with a group smaller than 5. Plus, they were the first ones to come back from going outside. And back then there had been a large group that took notice.

"Yo! Two brave combatants going out without fear, how about joining our combat guild? We're planning to be dungeon ready within two weeks!" One asked as he reached them. A guild recruiter, clearly. But already Alakai was getting nervous again. He didn't like this kind of attention at all when you actually had to meet people face to face. "I uh...no thanks! We're...in a hurry, sorry!" Alakai spoke quickly before spurring Khronos to quickly run to their destination. They had just over 100 ant claws, 15 leathers, around 80 different food ingredients, and 10 copper to sell. Plus the 4 green items they could put on the auction house. He was glad that they had an auction house, as they could just leave the items there, set the price they wanted, and let the npc's handle the rest. No interaction with people needed there.

The crafting materials were sold quite easily. They were still rare, so the ones buying were willing to give a good price for everything, after a little bit of haggling. 3293 gold in total. Which already brought them just over halfway towards Alakai's goal. The four greens he put up at the auction house for a total of 900 gold. They were worth more in the game, but people still barely had any money. So the lower price made sure they would sell quickly. And finally they could go to the inn. Something Alakai wasn't looking forward to as no doubt there would be more people trying to recruit them to guilds.
Zara started off with her usual, which was anything containing meat. Anything but meat tasted bland to her, apart from such strong flavours as bitter coffee. It was annoying, but meat did taste pretty damn good at the same time. So she fried some slices of bacon, slapped them op top of a slice of bread, and poured herself some coffee. Might as well go for, what was for her, luxury meat while they were there. And since there was only room to stand in the kitchen, she decided to sit in the living room instead. As soon as the woman entered she was greeted by a familiar voice. Though she didn't give a response just yet. Instead she first sat down, took a long sip of her coffee, and lighted her cigarette, inhaling deeply. Only when she was done exhaling she finally said something. "Morning. How the hell can you be up so early, and not look half-dead?" Zara mostly asked out of jealousy, as she wished she had that kind of energy in the morning herself. Waking up half-asleep, and it taking an hour to properly wake up sucked.

"I guess you'll also want to leave early? I mean that's fine but...I need at least half an hour before I'm ready for more travelling." Or maybe he wasn't in too much of a hurry. Which would be even better. Since then Zara could take her time. It wasn't even guaranteed that they could keep on going on her bike. As maybe Geoffrey didn't have any gas to spare at the moment.
Yea, something like that. I talked about the two of them joining a guild a while ago, and I figured they could do that first and then go to a dungeon with the guild.

Also, as the description on the first OC post says, monks use evasion rather than armour to tank. So no heavy armour later on. Though he will indeed have very high hp. As monk has the highest hp in the game.
Okay, I understand. :)
