Faeya stood to to her feet once again and she looked down at her now dirtied and torn dress. The maids are going to have my hide for this, she thought as she dusted herself off. Her raven hair was out of its curls and now fell to her sides in disarray. She couldn't stop. If she did, she'd break. She had no clue what they were doing to her best friend. She had to get her! Faeya looked up and saw the Dark Castle. A grin appeared on her face and she felt her heart race. Finally she thought as she walked toward finding her best friend.

"Hm. Oh boy, I guess I won something that I wasn't going for. I just hope she's intelligent." He smiled, walking up with a staff in his hand and staring at all the girls. He rubbed his chin a bit, pushed up his glasses, then stared over the Faeya. He had a sort of empty emotion on his face, staring at her with unknown intentions. Then he smiled, walking over to her, then bowing to her. "Pleased to make your acquaintance. My name is Tarlach, a Druid, if you will." He poked a bit at her stomach and sides with his staff. "Hm...you look to be in shape. Could have a bit meat on you, though." He went back in front of her and smiled again. "We're going to get along just fine."

Faeya glared at the man and tried to wiggle from the restraints. She mumbled curses at him. What's that supposed to mean?! Jerk!, she thought as she gave him a look that said 'take this darn tape off my lips'. She hated the restrained feeling she had.

Faeya quickly ran to where her and Nora used to always leave the kingdom to play in the forest without her parents knowing. She knew she had to escape before any guards saw her. She slipped through the now tiny hole, but her dress got caught. Faeya mumbled something about her dress being a hindrance. She yanked it and her dress tore from her knee down. She quickly began to walk, knowing her best friend was being taken to the Dark Kingdom. Only those fools would kidnap her. As she ran, she looked around to make sure no one was following her. She felt okay, but she wasn't looking and tripped over a tree stump. She yelped as she flew through the air.

The mayor saw one of the young men talking with the human and he said "Well, it seems we've already got a couple that is acquainted. Thresh, meet... Destiny! If you wish, we can stand her up."

Faeya glared at the young men with pure hatred, but fear was evident also. She looked down at her red dress with orange and yellow accented swirls on her lap and she rolled her eyes. How original. I'm fire, she thought. Faeya looked back up at the mayor and again glared.
