Absolutely astounded... Blown away. Received the best feedback on any writing piece I've ever done and I honestly have no words to express how good it feels to see the work pay off.

Aspid XD <3
once I finally had a chance to get the thread open today, I wrote up my part and still had to wait hours for the guild to return just to put it up >_<
8 glad you said something XD I meant to have him offer, actually.
On a side note, can you believe this? I had to wait days to post. It was down for the past two for nearly every minute possible. And if it went up, it was down before I got my laptop out to post for any of my rps <_>
Aiko yelped as her focus was broken, something had darted between Kosuke's legs and dove up into her. The assassin caught... whatever it was, just a moment before she saw Kosuke get tackled. As her gaze went down, she felt the fur between her fingers and saw the animal she was now holding. "O-oh, hi," She said, perplex. The cat gave a tiny 'nya' and hopped down, running off again once it knew that its pursuer was occupied. Aiko watched in utter horror as this 'Tamina' touched Kosuke's ears and looked each of them over. She squealed and bounced about and was freaking out, Aiko could hardly handle it. Her ears fell to the side, as she stood there in shock, unsure of exactly what to say. Her tail wrapped anxiously about her leg as she blinked, waiting... waiting... Then, finally, as her face was turning red, she stomped her foot the ground.

"What the actual Hell?" She asked, not sure why they were all so unsure of what to do. "For Pete's sake, guys, it's just a girl," She muttered, stepping closing and grabbing Tamina by her shirt, hoisting her up to her feet. It was now that Aiko realized that the other girl was taller than her and for the briefest of moments, she deflated. God dammit... Can't I be taller than just one person? She silently asked herself in pure frustration, just before she noticed Tamina's chest as well. At this point, she was about ready to kill this girl for simply existing. Her voice was nearly silent as she spoke to herself, "You think you missed out by being human..." She said it as though neither of them had actually chosen their own avatars. Dear god, this girl was wearing cat ears...

The assassin girl crossed her arms, gathering her wits once more, huffing as she blew a strand of hair from her face and bit the inside of her cheek anxiously. "If you'll excuse us, we were going to go monster hunting." She crossed her arms, waiting... "A sorry would be nice." One eyebrow quirked, she looked to the two 'men,' waiting for them to say anything... Something gave her the feeling they didn't much mind having such... cumbersome breasts in their face. She had to physically fight her urge to hit them both. Disgusting. The disdain for the situation showed on her face, but dammit if it wasn't convenient that Tamina was a healer... Aiko wasn't one for being so adamant on fulfilling roles, but having somebody to keep them healthy would be extremely useful... Why couldn't it have been somebody... less... her.
Anaïs looked to the bubbly girl in the bright yellow dress... Dear god, could she make wear a louder outfit? However, she nodded, "Ouais... My heart uh... stopped." She shrugged... Twenty-six years. In all fairness, it was more than she could have asked for, right? She'd almost died weeks before going to college, too. Ironically, stress had been a huge factor in whether she had an attack or not, but the potential for one only created more tension on her psyche anyway. She sat down as everybody began to do a little exploring. The one girl, Wen, seemed to know French, but she also seemed to be interested in her own affairs as she went running off to look at... whatever that thing was. The French girl pulled her knees up to her chest, wrapped her arms around them, and rested her chin between them. She sighed and tilted her face down, resting her forehead on her kneecaps.

"Étan..." She muttered, shaking her head. What was he doing right now? Was right now the same time here as it was there? She thought so, but maybe not. Right now, he was probably just pulling into the hospital, throwing money at the driver of his cab, and sprinting into the offices where they wouldn't let him see her... Her parents would sit down with him and explain that she'd had arrhythmia since she was young. Why didn't she tell him sooner? He'd have been more careful, helped her watch for it. She smiled softly to herself, her eyes stinging hotly behind their cornea... Typical Ethan, it’s precisely why she had chosen not to. She didn’t want to spend so much time preventing or worrying about something that would inevitably happen anyway. She sighed a ragged breath, clearing her throat... get it together... She chided herself, sniffling as she wiped her eyes on her sleeve.

Everybody seemed to have gone off for their own thing. Zephyr was poking around with the guy who had disappeared a little while ago, observing the river and looking around. Anaïs stretched her arms up and laid back, staring upwards into the velvety sky, just like when she had woken up a few minutes ago. She wiped her eyes again to make sure they didn’t look too wet. She heard Zephyr talking and then... two new voices. Everybody was returning, at least, due to the new development.

This place had a name... The girl was relieved when the glowing orbs spoke French. Her curiosity got the better of her and she stepped toward the yellow one, reaching out to touch it. Just as the aura met her hand, she felt its warmth and quickly withdrew. “Mon dieu...” She muttered with a small smile, reaching out slowly again to run her hand over it; the little thing was adorable. She bit her lip, speaking in French, [I]“I... I have a question... Uhm... Not really important, but is time passing the same here as there? Did we all die at the same time and are we literally just minutes after we died back home? Or... Or is it more like we’re in a whole different time..?” She asked, wanting to pacify her curiosity.

There were other questions to ask... Why were they here, how are they all connected, what do they do now that they’re conscious and not just corpses? All good ones that they could ask, but she wasn’t quite so straight in her head and she wanted an answer to the first question she had, even if it wasn’t quite so important to the others.
That's why he asked :p he plans to. Feel free to do so, asking is kind of my giving you permission to go ahead and have him hand it over
The female twin perked up at Sasha's statement. "What you and he do?" She asked, leaning forward. James looked at her, perplexed, but Mark caught on far sooner.

"James-y boy," He cooed excitedly, "What does she mean what you guys do? Private matter, hm?" He asked, grinning at his cousin. James realized a moment later what they meant and his eyes went wide.

"U-uh, no, no, nothing like that! We just..." He fumbled over his words, shaking his head frantically. He looked to Sasha for help, but instead found her being just... her. He grinned and let out a breath, "She's right; this one here is a pop star and an heiress. Twentieth in line for the throne, check Wikipedia," He said, bouncing right off her own comment as he stuffed his hands into the pockets of his jeans. "But enough about us, you two will get plenty of gossip on Matt and Anaïs, I'm sure. How are things around here?"

"Boring!" Kendra replied without skipping a beat. "God this town is so... bleh. Just glad class is in session now, when all the posh Princeton students are gone, there's absolutely nothing going on in this town... And even when they're here, it's still pretty bad unless da let's us sit in on a class..."

Mark simply rolled his eyes, "That's because you're a boar, Kendra; you need to get some class, that's all."

James began to tune the conversation out as he looked over to Sasha, mouthing the words 'thank you' for her help. The twins were a handful, that was for sure. He made a note to take her for a walk without them later. In a way, they were right, there wasn't much to do around here; but somehow the family managed to have fun. Not to mention, it was still a different country. It was a new place, even if it didn't always feel like it. The air nipped sharply, so James pulled his jacket around him a little bit more tightly, tucking his chin down against his scarf.

"You too cold, Sasha?" He asked while the twins continued to argue about the excitement of their hometown, "Don't want you to get sick while we're on vacation or anything, y'know? That's always the worst... I got stomach flu one Christmas while we were out here and dear god it was awful..." The boy shook his head and ran a hand through his hair quickly. "Anyway, how's your jet lag holding up?" What could he say? The boy was a worrier.
Good to know ^_^ I'll try to post tonight or tomorrow! I don't have work until Monday, so I'm good!
