I've heard Insanity & P90X are really good. I like my regiment, but that's because the cost comes with the personal trainers and whatnot, it gives me an obligation to actually go and do it as well, and finally it just keeps me on a schedule. Very helpful.
It does. Lots ^^ I keep track of my water too. Goal is 3L a day. :)
CrossFit XD and I started recording what I eat in a notebook. You'd be surprised how easy it is to make better decisions when you have to write it down. I started drinking a little lemon water in the morning too, that's supposed to help. Otherwise nothing special.
Very slow day at work, hence why my responses are coming quickly. ^^" Apart from that... Hm... Hit my 20lb mark the other day - lost 20lbs in the last two & a half(ish) months. Gotta lose 20-40 more to make the Navy, depending on how much fat is lost and muscle is gained.
