Nero's gaze fell darkly to the gate as it stretched out of the safe zone... She was out there now and he still hadn't received anything signaling a ransom or anything of the sort. The malice of his scowl gradually grew with each passing question of Alice. She was irrational, childish, and absolutely infuriating to him; especially at a time like this, he found his fist trembling at his side as he heard her blade being drawn. As soon as Jacob stopped speaking, he turned to her with a hateful snarl, even though she'd just been struck by his friend, he couldn't contain himself.

"That's why nobody told you about the guild. That's why you don't stand a snowball's chance in Hell against Rose. That's why your tiny following is falling apart with every passing day in favour of her. Stop thinking you can brandish a weapon which you don't even understand outside of a fucking video game just to get your way you spoiled little brat." His breaths were sharp as he seethed, "You don't know shit... You think you do - you think you know everything and you think you know everyone, Alice."

As he finished, he looked to Jacob, "You'll be the first one I contact if I get anything. I've work to do," He stated, turning on his heel and walking away briskly. He opened his menu and navigated straight to his friends, selecting the name Sasayuka from the list and sending her a message. The reply was prompt and he found the information broker in the plaza, right where they agreed to meet. Their voices were low as they began to walk side-by-side. Nero was one of very few to have figured out Sasayuka's identity as a young girl; she did such an amazing job making her voice ambiguous and covering herself to a point of unisexuality. He had discovered it when they met on the sixth floor and she had been blackmailed for information in the woods. Her hood had fallen off during the commotion, but he had promised not to tell anybody to help retain her anonymity. She was the best information broker in Aincrad and had earned the title when she attended the beta testing. Very few knew anything about her or where she got her details, but she was the most expensive and knowledgeable player in existence.

"Tell me everyth-" He started sharply, but she cut him off by raising a hand.

"They took her and you want information on that new red guild that's been causing problems recently, yes?" She asked, her gaze remaining steadfast ahead of them. Nero sighed in return, giving her the affirmative; there was nothing that this girl didn't find out within minutes. "I'm sorry, Nero, I don't really know a whole lot about them... They're very good at hiding and they're very dangerous - I'm strong, but if I'd rather survive this death trap... I'd recommend you just wait for the ransom, Nero, they don't tend to blindly kill players. I'm sure you understand how important money and resource is to surviving this ga-" As they had turned down an alley to remain out of earshot of others, the conversation had turned dark. The girl was thrown against the wall with a pair of piercing eyes staring straight through her.

"Don't you ever. I'll kill you where you stand if I ever hear you compare me to them - I'd never take away everything from others for profit. I've done a lot of things to get ahead, but I've not killed, I've not stolen, and I've not cheated. This was hard work - not ransom," He snarled. A small window appeared in front of Sasayuka and she coldly declined it - it had been an offer to send Nero straight to jail for harassment, but she understood. In fact, she was absolutely emotionless toward it as he released her and she simply brushed herself off.

"Fine. Is there anything else I can do? You know as much as I do about them right now," She said blankly.

There was a pause; the answer was yes, but he wasn't sure if she could help him with it. Not to mention that he was hesitant to take this route, though it seemed the only one left. "Where is he?" He asked, staring at her.

"Who?"

"You know exactly who, Sasayuka."

"Oh... You know how expensive information on them is."

"And you know how much I have to spend. Spill it."

"Are you sure about this, Nero?"

"Stop it and just fucking tell me," He snapped, opening his menu and materializing a hefty sum of Col and handing it over. As it disappeared into her inventory, the girl shrugged and divulged the location of Nikolai - The Masked Man - as it was last known. She knew precisely where they had gone after the party, having made it a priority to always keep a tab on the pair of mysterious figures who had amassed an impressive following.

Nero turned on his heel and left, his hand on the hilt of his blade as he walked away, a soft voice disappearing in the wind. "Be careful, Nero..." He had ignored her, finally making the decision to ask them for help - he had to get her back... Even if it meant asking Rose and Nikolai for aid.
For those of you who have been accepted - please don't forget to post your CS in the appropriate CS Thread. There is a link to the thread for each species in the original post. ^_^ Thank you!
I love all of my lovely little wolves <3 great work you guys. ^_^ Kate gets final say, but I must say myself that it seems we've got quite a rambunctious pack going here! I can't wait to see how we work together. ^_^
Komada had spent that night in tears. Her head hit the pillow, she waited a few moments, and she began to cry. It was quiet at first, small sniffles and fidgeting as she would move to wipe her eyes, trying not to disturb Hanta or let him hear her. She turned into her pillow as tremors shook her body, the sounds of her sobbing muffled but not silent. She stopped him... She stopped Hanta from helping that boy and just as worse, she hadn't helped... Those wolves were nothing... They could have helped him escape, right? Even if they didn't kill every wolf, they could have saved him if she'd not been such a coward. It was her fault, and that boy had yelled at her best friend for it. She could have confessed her hand in it, but again fear swept over her. This wasn't life... She wanted to go home... To her bed... To the safety of her house, where there weren't wolves or boars or swords... Just as she felt her mind slipping into the darkest of places, she felt something on her back. There was a small noise as a window appeared in front of her, asking if she was being physically harassed. It was a bit cold, but it did issue a small smirk from her as she wiped at her eye, selecting no. She knew without even looking to whom the hand belonged - it was Hanta. A moment later, she was trembling again, but now she felt tethered to something in this world. Not Aincrad or Sword Art Online, no, but something was anchoring her to reality as it was perceived, holding her to the world of emotion and relationship.

"I'm sorry," She apologized, "I'm... I'm so weak... But... I want to be stronger," The girl shared rhetorically.

She expected and desired no answer as she felt another sob shake her , slowly slipping into a slumber. A part of her felt guilty for having indeed disturbed her best friend, but another part reminded her that he was always there, just as she would be, and it calmed her more so. The girl had no idea how long he'd been there or how long he would wait for her before he went to bed; however, upon waking up, she would find he was already awake. How was he so prompt? Her waking was gentle and her eyes fluttered open again to find Hanta nudging her up, ready to train. She nodded tiredly, sliding off the bed and placing her small, bare feet on the floor, rubbing her eyes. For a moment, she collected herself, doing a full check that she was still where she thought she was. Komada swiped her hand through the air and a menu appeared, which she promptly closed with a sigh... She felt a phantom touching her back and the night before came back to her... She hadn't seen anything, but she could still feel his hand on her back and she gave a soft smile at the pseduo-warmth as she placed her hands together over her heart for the briefest of moments. Really, it would just seem she was clearing her head and reminding herself that this was home. This room in the Skipping Kitties Inn was where she was living as well as this floating castle in the virtual world.

The girl rose to her feet and re-opened her menu, blushing slightly as she waited for Hanta to turn around. It was a bit redundant, but there was a very short second whenever she changed clothes that she felt exposed. It was when the clothing flashed, even if she was constantly covered, it still seemed slightly violating as she put her armour and rapier on. The girl looked at Hanta as he mumbled, not quite catching what he said to himself as she stepped to him and placed a hand on his arm. "I'll be with you too, Onii-chan," She said quietly with a small smile, looking up slightly at him, feeling so much safer in his presence.
In the field, it was amazing how quickly the group could dispatch monsters. Larger ones would be taken on in teams and smaller ones were torn apart with ease. Two girls in particular stood out. They were clearly twins, both sporting short, silky, silver hair and both being of the same height made their paired up fighting rather smooth. One used a curved one-handed sword and brilliantly incorporated the use of thrown weapons in her other hand, seeming to not miss a single moment of fight time. It seemed insanely strenuous and like it required a lot of concentration in order to keep up. In fact, it almost seemed dangerous if one were to lose track of their movements, but her actions held a very noticeable finesse about them as she and her sister took down beast after beast. Komada admired them, but she felt that her sync with Hanta was impressive... Perhaps not quite the very best, but they knew one another and he had showed her how to switch on some of the stronger monsters. It was surprisingly efficient as the group pushed through the first floor, opening a few of the towns for the lower leveled players. In all honesty, the girl was surprised that there were enough monsters to go around without danger to the party, and she was quite grateful for it. She felt like she was a part of something too - it warmed her.
Fitch listened intently as Kenshin spoke, resting his forearms on his knees. He could understand every word of it, as he'd had such feelings for a while now. With a shrug of his shoulders, he leaned back, "We lost good people who didn't know what they were doing... It was bad, but... It could have certainly been worse - it wasn't like players were massacring one another, at least... Though I could see that happening," He noted darkly, looking down. As Kenshin shared his sentiments, Fitch nodded, "Die, kill, steal, lie, cheat... Anything would sum it up nicely, Kenshin... That's love." His eyes widened and he looked down to his hand as his friend noted his recent marriage. Nero figured it out and Kenshin figured it out... There was no way it was that easy, right? The rings were plain, they could have done anything... He shook his head, "Yeah... I asked her today - don't say anything, alright?" He asked, looking over, "Hiro has been our friend since we were children and we've been going out for nearly two years now... We didn't tell him because we didn't want him to think he was being left out."

"We'll tell everybody when the time's right... And she can join us if she wants to - we've never been exclusive. We're not a clearing group, we're just friends trying to make a way... It just so happens that we have some of the best players. But I don't think we'll ever become a guild, there's no need to when we trust each other so much... If she's a friend of yours, she's a friend of ours... Now, I'm going to get back," He said, pushing himself up onto his feet. "Have a nice night," The boy waved and stuffed his hands into his pockets, leaving the oceanfront.

He spotted Nero walkig nwith Hiro on his way back, but didn't actually stop as the two seemed engrossed in a conversation about debauchery and frivolous spending. Naturally they wouldn't allow the girls to have their own night - now they needed one too. Nero paused for only a moment to look at Nero, having collected all he needed to in order to put in his two cents. "If it's only us three and Kenshin, why not have it at your house, Nero? First place to be bought in the game and none of us have seen it yet." The boy shrugged and kept walking, Nero giving him a sly smile and a nod.

"Suppose we could do that... Save some money and just hang out for a while..." Nero agreed while Fitch continued on his way. his tongue in his cheek.
Yari nodded, "That sounds like fun... Some of the tailors are getting really good, it's srprising how fast their skills are going up. Yuna's doing well for herself, but she's not the only one - we can see how some of the other higher-end merchants are doing when they use their own supplies," She chirped with a smile.
Adrian and Felix Allistor have been posted to the Werewolf CS thread - they're mine. They're twins, nearly identical, but with subtle differences - they are the leaders/heads of the pack and the entire race of Werewolves. :3 I can repost them here, but really, it would just be redundant :p

For the record, "Pure-bred" werewolves are quite rare. It's difficult for the mother to survive the pregnancy and even hard for the children to survive growing up with lycanthropy. They are also more prone to being born as twins, triplets, or quadruplets, seeing as it's reflective of "litters" to a point and helps to make sure that at least one of them survives adolescence.
Indeed ^_^ Living Motya's relationship to Kassandra :p perfect friends.

Gahahaha XD Avery, I think it will be very fun to play out the scene where Kass tells Motya she's gay. Just, Motya... The funnies. XD
Name: Adrian Allistor
Age: 155
Species: Werewolf
Gender: Male

Human Appearance:

Adrian stands at a strong six feet, and despite their similarities, he seems more terrifying than his brother, Felix. Few have seen him smile and he typically holds a slight slouch and a scowl, leaving him with an air of brooding. This isn’t to mention that he appears more physically strong than his brother, and rightly so. His hair is slightly lighter and there is little in his voice that shows any form of sympathy when speaking to others.

Like his twin, Adrian is a pure-bred werewolf with two lycanthropic parents. While his brother is an intellectual leader, Adrian tends to take what he desires by force. This shows in his stature as a wolf, which is menacingly large, his muscles seem to almost ripple as he moves. He is known as one of the best hunters and fighters of the pack due to his pure physical ability.

Personality: The werewolf is known for his no-nonsense attitude and quite, sulking nature. Despite Felix being the more diplomatic of the two brothers, Adrian is still quite skilled at noticing fallacy or falsity in the words of others. While lacking in a take-charge attitude, he has a short temper and very little patience with others. However, Felix has chosen him as his right-hand man not only because they are brothers but also because Adrian has a way of keeping order simply by appearing as an enforcer, which is not to mention his keen eye for lies.

Brief History: Adrian is very similar to Felix in that they were born in the same year, on the same day, to the same parents. They grew up in similar situations and Adrian has always appeared as the more protective of the two. While Felix could make a name for himself and was even the cause of them being able to get into the most respected pack of their species, Adrian was happy to follow his brother anywhere for the sole purpose of keeping him alive and well. The lycan has never seen himself as an older brother or a servant to Felix, but more finds his position as a comfortable niche where he can work to the best of his ability. He has always been a fighter and was more than fine with becoming Felix’s second, allowing him to keep a closer eye on his sibling.
Name: Felix Allistor
Age: 155
Species: Werewolf
Gender: Male

Human Appearance:

Felix has darker, shorter hair than his brother, Adrian, but he appears with an equal confidence. He stands at a firm five feet and eleven inches and has a diplomatic appeal to him. Not only is his posture refined and proper, but Felix has a similar manner of speech and a charismatic smile.

Beast Appearance:
Click

Being a pure-bred werewolf, that is to say Felix was born a lycan and has been for his whole life, gives him an upper-hand in the world. He is faster, stronger, and larger than common wolves, but his frenzies are also more dangerous. Not to mention, his bloodlust and hunting instincts kick in far more easily with less stimulus, which can often prove a risk to himself if not kept under proper control. He is formidable in size and has some fighting ability, making him an intimidating presence.

Personality: Felix is diplomatic above all else, his record of being able to diffuse situations precedes him often. Inside his pack, his region, and over his entire species he has always had a way of carrying a peaceful air about him. He was a natural-born leader and there was no contest when his predecessor chose him to take the second seat of the delegation of the Council of Shadows. He is charismatic and friendly, loved even by the other spokespeople of the other species of the Council.

Brief History: The wolf was born to two werewolves along with his nearly-identical brother, Adrian. Their parents were growing in years upon the boys’ births and have been dead for quite a while now. They were inducted into the highest pack of their species at a surprisingly young age – though it was likely more that Felix was accepted and Adrian was simply brought along as his brother. Felix quickly showed himself to be adaptive, intelligent, and in-control. He was named as one of the youngest werewolf delegates in the history of the Council of Shadows, taking the seat beside his Alpha. The older werewolf would retire some decades later and, while Felix was considered the more capable brother, Adrian would be set to take the other space. Their complementary attributes would have allowed them to work well together in the delegation and perhaps further strengthen the council’s Golden Age, even in their youth.
Blech... I hate having a single "main character." XD I have one RP it works on simply because we take it in a very nice way. It's based on a conflict between two characters (both my partner's) and how everybody around is affected (little deeper than that, really) and there's a wonderful break in the plot where it will switch to have a new center ^^ anywho! No fear. Th story here isn't fixing my character, it's them discovering their old connection. It won't be an instant change, but norbwill it take pages upon pages. Likely the changebwoukd start the moment she said anything in regards to it and would progressively fix his playstyle in an efficient manner. Plus, no worries on the planning thing. I may have ideas that I fiendishly think to incorporate later, but they will never be forced - I always base them on a scenario and they'll be tossed away the moment that they're the plot shifts tondrop their validity.

Sorry for the post riddled in typos. I'm on my phone. >_<
Yeah, they were all packed together in the hold, there was no count, from what I remember. :3
