Digital or Real?

Hey, Genkai! I'm really, really, REALLY sorry I'm so far behind. :( I haven't been able to post for anybody in so long... Ugh! School and work are just killing me, but I promise I'm not leaving you behind or anything. ^_^ I WILL be replying - in fact, this RP has first priority, so I'll get it to you as soon as I possibly can. I have a lot of stuff this month before the semester is over. Several 3-6 page papers, presentations, power points, research, outlines, etc. but I swear I'm not going anywhere. ^_^

Also, recently finished the anime Code Geass... Geeze, was that quite a ride. O_O

Yeah, I do, I think this would be soooo cool in a live-action film, especially with today's effects - or as a video game. XD I love anime, but I wouldn't wanna see Embers as an anime nearly as much as I'd like to see it for real. Hm... I wonder who would get cast for our characters... :o

Oh god, Avery... you're writing novels for this RP. XD I think we deserve an anime at this point - seriously. Hm... Not a bad idea... if only I knew an animator... XD It would rival, or perhaps surpass, something like Attack on Titan! XD Especially with the effort put into it...

I think restarting would be the best option as well, if we didn't go the mentor/mentee route... Plus, having the old cast as side characters who left for El before ours would be interesting... Hahaha, Avery is so right XD it's become such a beast that it has its own canon now.

In all honesty, James was excited about having his new friend over as everything was finally decided. He felt a tap on his head and looked over, "Huh? Oh, uh, alright," He said quickly, getting up off the ground and following after her, completely oblivious that they were the subject of conversation once they had left the area. He saw her sit down on a swing and stepped behind the one beside her, tugging at the chains and checking it as she already began to swing rather high. He watched as she rose to the apex of her seat's arc and seemed to be in a whole different world. He was never one for heights; they made him rather uncomfortable, but he sat down and pushed himself back, penduluming back and forth slowly. However, he didn't really try to get any form of momentum running, he was happy with a sweet little back-and-forth motion, enjoying being a slightly more secluded area. It was refreshing to know somebody who just liked to talk and make her own conversation.

He tilted his head slightly, "Autumn's my favourite... I like long sleeves and that perfect time in October when the leaves are on the ground, but the trees still have plenty of them," He shared thoughtfully. While James didn't often dress up for Halloween anymore, he enjoyed the idea of the holiday. He didn't want to embarrass himself by saying so, but he also looked forward to school starting again; he didn't see his friends as much over the summer as he did during the school year. The routine and structure were rather comforting; he loved that organization in his life.

"What's your favourite class?" He asked, looking over to her curiously. "I like math... Dad says it's in my blood, he's an engineer for the government, but doesn't really like to talk about it. I think it's really cool," He said enthusiastically, a bright smile on his face, his eyes shining slightly in clear admiration. "My mum stays at home, but she says she goes out with her friends while we're at school. I don't think she does it as much as she says so because the house is always clean and dinner is getting started when we get home," He noted with a shrug.

James had always been rather observant, despite his age - his mother said he had an eye for detail like she did. In fact, if one looked around their house, a lot of the paintings on the walls were done by her; James had very little artistic talent, but he did pay attention to the finer points of whatever he worked on.

So, I was thinking, if we don't wanna restart (which I suppose we can, seeing as we didn't go too far and I'd be okay to redo an intro if you wanted to wipe it clean) the IC - something could go awry early off the bat before they leave for the mission and those who aren't going to be rejoining us (and won't be controlled by you, LJ) would end up being called away for another mission and we never hear from them again. That could provide more plot for later, even. And these new people would come in as the top of their old class, but not quite graduated Inquisitors yet, under a sort of mentorshipdue to their advanced studies? But it's up to you. ^^ Just tossing something out.

Okay, well god knows if Avery and Love and Desert are on board and if Mal the cbaracter is here, I'm in, I was just whining. It's GREAT to see you back Avery, and I'm going to jump into it again... I love Kassandra too much. Side question: will Dara still be a character? I was really looking forward to that connection. Also, I have an idea, if we didn't want to wipe what we started clean that I can share when I get home tonight. ^^
