Either he set himself up as a God, or the chosen one of a God. Perhaps a pantheon of Gods. However, Stein carefully followed the movements of most Gods, and he was unaware of any Gods having moved to this area of the multiverse in the last hundred or so years. If there was any patron God to this empire it was either a relatively unknown God, which usually meant a weak God, or a quite old God which didn't show it's face much. Leon, his question unanswered, is now standing beside Creed. He then sees Creed's hesitance when he greets Kishin. "Are you two on bad terms?" He decides to ask.

True, but that shouldn't discourage people from posting CS' and wanting to join in on the fun. Besides, she left a few people in charge, so I suppose we're still able to do some basic things to keep the ball rolling.
