From the looks of it, you can choose anything that doesn't make it overpowered. My character has one mutation with an active and a passive ability. Others also have mutations with other passive and actives abilities linked to that somehow. It's up to you and most things are good as long as it doesn't get all over the place, I think ^^

But, I'd say make a character and send it to either Xtreme or Little Fox and see what happens. There are a lot of players here but that's not really a bad thing. Everything has been organised and structured so far ^^.
