“Fight?...Tetsuya?” Emi said to the two yokai in front of her. “I can’t do that, I can’t harm my beloved. Isn’t there another way?”

She can’t harm me? She killed me just yesterday? Emi was a puzzle to Tetsuya. A very dangerous puzzle, one that might explode if he put the wrong piece down. He needed to be careful. “Emi, we’re already dead remember? This won’t hurt us. Well not for long anyways. We can do this, I promise. I’ll take you out somewhere nice if you do.” He said winking at the wide eyed girl beside him.

She still looked sad but nodded her head. Obviously not wanting to fight Tetsuya, but doing so because he asked. I think I could make her do anything. “Lorenzo, can we die? I’m new to the whole yokai thing. We both need to know what will kill us and what won’t. Tell us that and you will have your fight.”

So it's Cassandra's room then? Why is she all the way up here? Ren thought as the girl answered the door. "Yeah, How I look definitely matches how I feel." It was true. He was totally drained. All he wanted to do really was sleep, but it wasn't late enough yet. It might interrupt his sleep cycle. He heard a second voice from behind Cassandra, it was much more masculine sounding. Her roommate must be pretty butch then huh? He said internally, as he peaked over her shoulder. LORENZO?... Wh-what the hell is he doing here? These two were sharing a room? WHAT? Was that why they were all alone up here? Well that's just not fair, why don't I get a cute roommate? "Yeah man, I thought my blood was on fire. Felt like an internal hot tub almost, but with boiling water." He said to Lorenzo.

Homework?? Oh god, I totally forgot my packet. Maybe I'll just look on theres and copy the answers as we figure them out. I think that'd work... yeah definitely. "Yeah, I suppose I should probably start that huh?" He said to Cassandra..

Some time after starting the homework that was due a knock came at the door.

As he slowly faded back into consciousness a low groan escaped his lips. I can't believe I passed out over that little thing. Ren thought, referring to the demon that had latched onto his hand. So embarrassing, Olivia better not tell the others. He glanced around the room that he was in. It had an two beds, one empty and the other was occupied by himself, two desks and two closets. So this is my dorm then? I can't believe they dragged me all the way over here. I wonder what everyone else is up to.

Slowly dragging himself out of bed and watching the pressure he put on his hand he eventually stood up, and walked outside of his room. Might as well get my bearings on the place. Maybe I'll look for the others. He shuffled down the hallway taking a glance out every window, not in too much of a hurry. He walked up to the top floor, mainly wanting to find the roof access to get a better lay of the land. He stopped. Are those voices?.. Yeah... from inside that door. Maybe I'll see who it is. He found it odd that this was the only room on the floor that he had heard any noise from. He approached the door and knocked. "Hello? Is anyone there?"
