Forum: Casual Interest Checks
I'm interested. Will everyone be human. Or will goblins, vampires, kobolds, and etc. Be allowed?
New York, the most active city in the US. Night life, clubs, restaruants. You name it, New York probably has it and more. Behind the scenes, however, is another story. On the surface, New York looks to be a relatively normal city ran by relatively normal people.
In reality you couldn't be more wrong. The near entirety of New York is controlled by a shady underworld consiting of three crime orginizations. One, The Blackbloods, consists of a coven of vampires. They run the night clubs, of course, amongst other things.
Silver Moon, the werewolves, head up the drug racket in most of the city. And lastly, 'The Mix', a gang of filthy halfbreed hybrids hated by the other two families. They run the strip clubs and the minority of the drug racket.
Mostly, the families tend to stick to their own. Occassionally a hit would be made, but that's normal. Recently, members of all three families have began turning up murdered at a rapid pace. It was quite clear someone was trying to start a war, and it was on the brink of happening.
Each family blamed each other, each family wanted the other dead. To some, it just didn't add up. If one of the families was trying to start a war, why were all three sides dying out
Will war begin, or will the true culprit be found?

For clarification, yes, this thread is heavily based on The Feud of Families thread. However, due to something coming up for the GM, the thread has been reduced to a slow crawl. I'd really like to continue this idea at a slightly faster pace.

House: A small apartment with a friend masquerading as her uncle.
Skills/abilities/traits: Anya has the ability to speak to people telepathicaly.
She also has the ability to Charm people into doing what she wants, and usually quite easily, especially male.
She is proficient in hand to hand combat as well as usage of small blades, such as knives and daggers.
History/Backstory: Anya was adopted by a family when she was 13, by then she'd already been a vampire, and she'd already accidentally killed her real parents. It..didn't take long for history to repeat itself. Exactly one year, in fact.
Un-able to live alone anymore and un-able to discreetly satisfy her blood lust enough, she went feral, killing her adopt family and fleeing once again.
Over a few months she eventually found another of her kind, he took her in and gave her a place to stay. Shortly after that, she en-rolled in the 'special' highschool at his advice.
This'd be her first year, and she was kinda nervous.
Other: Anya is a generally care-free and happy person, quick to make friends with those that are nice to her, she is also a slight sadist.
