A few more seconds of processing plus a few pats on the cheek and Okuu was back in commission. She narrowed her eyes at the cowboy and, with a knowing smile, replied, "That's exactly what a pirate would say."
Okuu may not have been smart or clever, but she was dumb enough to know a pirate when she saw one and this might have been a pirate maybe. She watched Cirno try and carry Bee, nodding when she assured them that she was the strongest.
"I understand," said Okuu, "The strongest has no need to lie about being the strongest, so since you're the strongest you must be telling the truth. Plus that metal arm looks pretty heavy. I had a nice breakfast and I like heat, so I'll take it this time. You can get the next one."
Okuu grabbed Bee and lifted him up easily, flying across the moat without a problem.
"I prefer meat, but we can talk about my present later. For now, I'm still trying to take in all these new things."
Okuu wasn't sure what to ask for, but there were probably more than ten possible presents. She would have to choose carefully and not give in to eggy temptation.
Okuu stared at the castle across the moat of lava. The hero of justice needed to get over there to defeat Darkdeath Evilman, but she guessed he couldn't somehow. This puzzle would take all her smarts to figure out, as Cirno flew across and a magma bridge appeared out of nowhere. She decided that Cirno's genius was probably infallible, and that the hero should probably fly over there. Why had she not thought of that before?
Then she noticed a new person that she had not fallen on, who was also a boy except he looked a lot stronger.
_"I've never seen so many boys in one place,"_ thought Okuu, who had only ever seen one before, _"This must be some sort of boyfestival."_
"Hi," she said waving to Ajax, "I'm Okuu. I'm a bird, and I'm new here. The little girl banging on the castle is Cirno, who is an ice fairy and the strongest in the world."
Then, to her surprise, even more new people showed up. All boys. This really _was_ one giant boyfestival!
"Oh, wow! It's a clown and a... a..."
He talked funny, seemed very drunk, and was practically made of black cloth. She knew what this was from her bedtime stories.
"A pirate," she exclaimed excitedly, "A real live pirate!"
She was unable to process Bee's request at this time, because her brain was being overloaded with so many new things. She simply stood there with a glazed look on her face and a wide, open smile.
Okuu stared at Bee with a blank expression. She didn't really understand what he was saying at all, but she nodded anyways. It wasn't particularly because she wanted to look smart, but she knew that nodding like she understood things she didn't made people happy until she did something naughty because she didn't understand the things people told her.
Thankfully, he soon asked something that Utsuho could actually answer with some confidence.
"My name is Reiuji Utsuho," she said smiling proudly, "But lots of people just call me Okuu."
As the boy gently rocked the fairy in a princess carry while explaining that they weren't romantically involved at all, Okuu couldn't help but find herself slightly doubting it for a second. But if anyone would know whether a girl was one's girlfriend, it was probably her boyfriend. Thus, Bee must have been only an acquaintance. A very friendly, touchy acquaintance.
Then the fairy released herself, revealing that not only was she not Letty, but was also the strongest! Cirno. Okuu had met her before, but had forgotten everything about the circumstances of the meeting and her personality. Only the name and appearance vaguely remained. Okuu's eyes widened in wonderment.
"Wow, that really was an amazing attack," gasped Okuu, "As expected of the strongest!"
Then the boy introduced himself as 'Bee', and said some stuff that Okuu didn't really understand, but it sounded impressive.
"Wow! And a real champion of justice! I've landed on two really amazing people! But what's a 'moe'? And a 'liberty'?"
Okuu just stood there, a somewhat blank expression on her face, as she was surrounded by bullets which sped right past her. The fairy ghost then collapsed in a tiny fairy pile, and Okuu looked down at the pathetic mess.
Well, it wasn't pathetic to her. Okuu clapped and smiled simply.
"Wow, that was amazing! If you had hit me with that, I would have been hit!"
Just then, the boy from earlier began petting her head. Okuu turned around, a scared and slightly angry look on her face.
"Y-you can't do that! You already have a girlfriend! Even if she lost, isn't this the time to comfort her?"
Okuu blushed deeply in anger and embarrassment.
"H-how could you? Throwing her away like that... you're the worst! Be a man and go to her, you... you lewd person! Accept the responsibility of your commitment!"
"What keeps happening?" asked Okuu, looking around for the source of the voice. That boy and his fairy girlfriend had just disappeared! Maybe they were the ghosts of starcrossed lovers. Just then, the ghost of Cirno appeared from some bushes and grabbed for something under the Hell Raven's bottom. She looked down, and saw the ghost of the human boy! As Cirno continued shouting at her, Okuu got up off the boy and drew herself up to her full very tall and very imposing height, looking down at the very tiny fairy ghost.
"Uh... who are you again? I think I've seen you before," said Okuu, a very simple yet confused look on her face, "Letty, right? It's Letty! You wanna play danmaku?"
"Wheee!" cried Okuu, free-falling from about a hundred feet up in the sky. Doubtless, anyone unfortunate enough to be caught under her would be quite unlucky indeed, given the immense weight of the control rod she carried on her arm and her foot encased in cement. But thoughts such as these did not occur to the Hell Raven, as she was having too much fun taking in the sights. A gigantic evil castle, a moat of magma, and a sky black with ill omen. It was all very pretty, just like her sweet little home in Hell.
Except it wasn't Hell, and also she was falling. Falling straight towards a tiny fairy that she might have seen before and what was probably her boyfriend. My, but they seemed close. And not once during this fall did it occur to her that she could fly.
Unlucky them.

She can lug around a gigantic metal control rod on her arm without so much as a thought and walks around with a foot encased in cement like it ain’t even a thing. She’s not very fast, but as powerful as she is she usually doesn't need to be.
Hell Raven- Okuu is a Hell Raven, and as such is immune to high heat and attacks based on high heat. She can also fly using the wings on her back.
Shrine of Yatagarasu- As her body houses the God of the Sun, she is immune to the side effects of nuclear energy including that which she creates. She could also theoretically bless others with this ability with the power of Yatagarasu, but she is too dumb to think that up on her own.
