I apologize for the long wait 'AGAIN', but I discovered that the service my current online college uses, moodle, has once again 'lost' the assignments I sent in, so now, guess what? I get to do them again and go 'around' moodle instead... I kept hoping to have it fixed and just get a post in, but today is going to be fully spent on 'school'... tommorrow or the next day I should be set to get a post in, hopefully.
Ophius both quickly and smoothly turned his head to spot Martox approaching and remarking on him being audible from further down, and countered quite sharply "Then you must either have very sharp ears, or were closer than the range at which one worries about dangers hearing them... I am well acquainted with how far away I can be heard at any one time, if there were any Aldmeri close enough to hear me, i would more likely be preparing to dig a blade into their throat than speaking." with a slight little huff he turned his attention back to Madran and listened intently to the dark elf, though he seemed to completely ignore the Breton, he was keep a figurative ear out for his movements.
An eye-ridge perked suddenly as he took in those words though "You intend to go 'back'? Interesting. though I imagine, if anywhere, your friend will be somewhere in this forest like the rest of us, and if the aldmeri don't take anything useful with them, they'd probably dispose of it... though, I suppose it's possible they just won't care though." At Madran's approval of his 'weapons', he chose a couple of the bones and snapped off just the ends of them before setting to work using his claws to carefully carve slivers off of them and work to guide it into a bladed shape. "Though if you intend to go back, I would suggest taking some steps to conceal ourselves until then."
He laughed a little at the next thing, "I am Ophius, and anyone who would run to the Aldmeri for help is foolish enough to deserve what comes to them... I certainly would never consider it, I hear they 'frown' on dark magic that doesn't belong to them, heh... and on that note, It doesn't take a genius to figure that the Aldmeri attacked because, perhaps, one of us in that cart 'was' a spy and possessed information valuable enough to warrant 'acquisition'... I'd hardly say 'rescue' referring to anything to do with the Aldmeri of course."
Of course, then the Big man started talking again, though Ophius found himself giving off a slight smirk at the boasting being followed by a thorn in the butt. "Hey, if I had enough bones i could make a hammer of something... Daggers are more practical given the ammount of materials though... and tempting as it is to go into a contest to counter your implication, there's one simple thing that keeps me from using heavy weapons like hammers and clubs... you can't stab someone with them." Mercifully though, he did not verablly respond to the man's mistake, though he did snicker a bit indignently.
The bone was steadily beginning to look more like a blade on the upper half, albeit a thin one... he paused on one and got to work on a second, if there was time he could refine it a bit before use... he got speaking again, yet he sounded a bit more sympathetic this time. "However, on the note of your blades... perhaps it would be better if you described them and someone else collected... oh, say, someone good at being stealthy incase the carts are being watched... or even better, someone who can go 'unseen' right infront of the enemies very eyes? I would have a better chance of retrieving them without being seen and attracting threats to follow back to the rest of us, I was considering slinking off to loot the leavings at some point anyway, and you could keep an eye out for your companion... I can somewhat sympathize with growing attached to one's blades... when you linger in shadows for most of your life, your blades are often the only company you have, killers in the hands of a killer... of course, mine were taken somewhere else when I was captured, too dangerous to leave with normal weapons... I had few, but any one could have killed by 'accident', very poisonous..." He didn't seem worried about implying being an assassin, he might be full of himself enough to be certain he'd handle any trouble it brings, or perhaps he was just comfortable with it.

I'd be interested in a gunslinger :D It sounds like fun, though I would ask about more specific limits on equipment and amount of such XD
Should it be assumed that they 'cannot' replenish their ammo in this other world? or that they'd have to find ways to make ammo themselves? or perhaps even develop a way to use magic 'as' ammo instead? XD orrrr, what?

I am interested! though I think I counted 5 people already... I shall try anyway, because I absolutely adore playing summoners and coming up with interesting creatures :D
Can the creature be a 'reimagined' version of something from one of those themes?
On another note, I don't tend to like being in the 'lead role' [aka, the master summoner] but if nobody else does, I'd ask, what does that entail for the character aside form just being a better summoner?

well... 'part' of it could be 'my' fault for bringing in a concept that a lot of people are afraid to talk about XD anything pony related tends to have a nasty stigma glued to it, not unlike the whole 'afraid to be racist' thing or 'afraid to sound like hating gay people' thing... Sometimes I forget that just because 'I' am over being bothered by such things, doesn't mean it's not still controversial elsewhere XD

On another note, I figure this would be a good chance to say, I am 'not' a brony [seriously, I'm not exaggerating when I Tell you that 'humoring' someone and watching some of MLP, left me in physical pain by the time the episode was over... it 'really' hurt to watch it.], I'm just someone who's over being put off by something being 'pony', and came to understand that the fact of something being related to 'colorful horses' does not make it infallibly girly... far as I'm concerned, it's pretty much the same as themes where humans are replaced with various invented alien species, bugs, or, god forbid, 'furries'. [*reflexively shudders*].
Hell, Mixing ponies into Fallout, if anything, made it even darker >.> i mean, humans are 'known' to be violent and hateful of each-other for the dumbest of reasons.
As it so happens, I experiment with pony related things as part of an exercise, an exercise in opening my mind and experiencing new things as well as over-coming the inherent drive to hate things based on judgements from only seeing a little bit of something, and when you 'ignore' the facts that the 'origin' of a lot of things is a cartoon about 'colorful loveable ponies', there are a lot of things 'inspired' by it that are impressively badass >.> and if a something doesn't manage to be awesome in 'some' way, something tends to end up being plain 'hilarious' XD ... Of course, there's always the truly freaky things too... I... I still stumble across imagery that horrifies me to no end, but 'at least' I haven't accidentally stumbled across the 'sonic' variety of disturbing content since ponies showed up.
Honestly... I wouldn't be surprised if the spreading epidemic of 'pony obsession' is some kind of subliminal conspiracy >.> I am slightly racist, I am a gamer, a hobby conspiracy theorist, I use ponies for some awesome shit

oh good lord, that thing is hardly a pony >.> and the cartoon can SUCK IT! I am not a brony >:C I just took the concept of changelings and threw in some improv and 'alien' and a fresh 'not a pony' concept to make it different.
And drakel... I reminded you and Stryder both several times of the question I had at the beginning of the pm to both of you, you passed the buck to stryder and he never gave an opinion on it, so after ample attempt to see if there was an objection I went through with making the CS anyway, then it was buried under comments about some stupid ass titty bouncing gif someone posted right after it, and despite further reminders that I had posted my CSes and they got buried a couple of pages back, There was still no activity towards approving/disproving until I pm'd them to Stryder personally, he approved the first one but seemed 'unsure' of the second character for an obvious reason, which I can very bloody easily change and was ready to if either of you had actually asked me to. Stryder also said he liked what I was doing with the cyborg and the alien Characters, then more or less a page or 2 back from 'now' there's mention of e being confused about acceptance or not and he apologized for being not entirely clear about it and the general idea seemed to be that they were accepted.
I am generally very amiable with changing characters/concepts to fit an RP or a GM's particular preferences, and I was so thorough in creating so many chances to point out an issue with what I was doing specifically to avoid moments like 'this' where 'later' someone 'actually' looks at them and has an issue come up.
Edit: would you happen to have any suggestions for 'seriousing' them up? far as I'm concerned Rasav is plenty serious.
The second CS is certainly less so, but coming from a dimension themed after Fallout, well, when it's not a video game it's a lot 'more' serious than this RP even seems.

you could have Ironsight attract Emilian's Attention if you really have nothing to do :D he's lookin for Sentinel's anyway XD
