For instance, he could be assigned to a ship that's being sent to Equestria to investigate, perhaps the events of the S4 finale sent off an energy ripple that was detected through the galaxy and the Council is sending an investigation team, kind of like the beginning of ME1, in a way. Equestria exists some distance away from a Mass Relay, and the princesses are "aware" of space but do not see a reason to explore it. And they are unaware of the relay connecting to other systems and the galaxy as a whole, thus the beginning can be introducing Equestria to the galaxy at large (whether against interference protocols or not) So yeah, now we need a conflict I guess.

MAGIC! not eezo powered, but a new type of energy source, or perhaps a new form of manipulating an already present yet unknown energy source [the whole, you've already got the power but don't know how to use it' thing XD... maybe], the excessive use of baysplosions powah from the finale could perhaps be detected by staff on the Relay in that system [they need staff due to being 'new/manmade' relays, and not hardly as 'perfect' as the originals], naturally word would get out, investigations could be setup, and of course, more 'behind the scenes' missions may be taking place =D

I.e. while your spectre is arriving to investigate, there may some form of 'black market harvesting' operation going on somewhere else... i smell all kinds of potential conflict popping up XD or possibilities exist too of course.

It's possible, though in their case you'll be responsible for coming up with how they'll be 'new to the galaxy' XD

And again, any opinion on the starting ideas? meaning the 3 I listed and included a requirement for opinions on XD [I made a requirement for it... I gotta stick to it =P time and again I expect it to be 'obvious' and time and again people just 'don't' Dx]

Heeey, Drac, long time no see =P And i'm sure that can be worked in... and yes, you can expect some very 'wacky' things, but also plenty of awesome... all it takes is a little imagination and 'anything' can be made awesome... well, almost anything... honestly, I'd pay to see a krogan get kicked in the nuts by a pony XD... you know it's gonna happen, their the perfect height for it! Like a dwarf and headbutts!... except that some of 'these' have horns...

I'm okay with advanced RP, long as it's not the elitist bullshit I've encountered in past experiences XD I like the detail and quality of RP, but 'some' people in advanced have a whole house up their ass... I was Once kicked out of a warhammer RP because my character had unusual eye color >.>
