Zaga, was I suppose to get a pm about what Caelyn said to Mara? Or did I miss something in the post?
Name: Calista Ro'ni
Age: 26
Country of origin: Fallgon
Class: Mage
Weapon: Staff, Kukri
Appearance: long black hair with white highlights, golden eyes 5'7" 147lb
Deity: None
Magic: Poison, Fire, Water, Aero, Blizzard, Thunder, and any other basic mage spell
Personality: Calista is stern and stubborn with a sever fear of flying insects. She can be abrasive, but is usually kindhearted. She has a fondness for hats.
History: Calista was born to the Northern plains of Fallgon. Her entire family lived together on vast lands that seemed to go on forever. The Ro'ni family was well known for their magically prominent influence. They were also known for their outrageous worship of Eden; ranging from daily prayer to strange and exotic dances around a fire.she never did find out why.
On the night of a full moon, the Ro'ni family gathered other magic heavy families to join them in such worship. At the stroke of midnight, chaos erupted as many members of her family fell to the ground, dead. When assassins revealed themselves, her parents told her to run.
And she did. Calista never looked back.
That was 19 years ago. She can still hear the screams of her dying friends and family.
Calista is ready to get rolling again. :) I need to edit her history though.
Marmalade looked back at Jerus, "Just thinking." she said simply.
She was about to suggest a game of iSpy, when Nayash mentioned Raena had disappeared.
"Should we look for her?" her eyes flicked around the tree line. Leave it to Raena to poof as they leave. The girl was a catastrophe walking. If they couldn't find her, Marmalade hoped the girl was smart enough at least to find her way and meet them at the cave. That presented another problem, she didn't trust the new guy with the knowledge that they had the spirits yet. When it came time to heal Caelyn and Nayash before they entered the caves, how were they going to keep it from him? She wondered if Veragwen was asking herself the same question.
Marmalade looked down at her map, checking to make sure they were going the right way, then placed it back in her pack. She glanced around and did a double take at Caelyn. For a split second, she thought she saw the ghost of her mother, hood and all. She raised an eyebrow at the woman, but decided it was just her mind still playing tricks. Looking for things that weren't there.
Ah. Veragwen and Marmalade took all the spirits from the shrine.
Then color me interested. Btw, I wanted to talk to you about the other one.
You dont find it. We have it. He doesnt know though.
When you have time, you should read the previous posts.
Zaga, how many times do I have to tell you to PM me stuff? I had to find out through the NEWS. WHAT?!

Is this the one you were talking about before?
Skren stood aboard the ship, Lillian's Tear. The sea air swirled about her causing her fur to flutter about. Captain Ragbeard had told her that there would be a new captain coming aboard today and she was waiting patiently enough for him to arrive. Tasting the air, the salt was overwhelming to her sense, but she loved it. Needed some lemon though. She smiled at the small joke she thought of. Gazing out over the water, Skren thought back to the letter she had recently recieved. Her true friend, Caelyn would be joining her on this wooden tub. He was always so stubborn, but this time, she won. She always won. Skren twirled, the scale of her armor flipped up slightly. Thankfully no one was around to see that. How embarrassing.
The ship was in foul shape and there was much to be done before he and the captain arrived, so she set about tidying the deck.
At the mention of a harvest Marmalade stood straight and forced a serious look on her face.
"I have NEVER swung my scythe at a plant. This weapon is purely for battle!" After resisting the urge to swing around the hefty blade, she looked at Caelyn and motioned to the door.
"After you, my lady." She said and followed her out. Before she passed the newcomer, Marmalade turned to him and smiled. It was her way of apologizing as saying the words did not come easy to her.
She wondered how this kid would react to seeing the dragoon spirits in action once they reached the caves. They would see once they left.
As Marmalade walked she let her mind drift back to the shrine. That had to have been built before Dart had placed the dragoon spirits there. Way before. She thought about the carving of the Tree of Life. It looked like a piece of the wall under it had broken off during the attack but, it may have been something else. She visibly shook her head, it was just her eyes tricking her in the low light. It was just chipped stone.
