Sylis
(I just made this character, they've only a name and species background. But I'd like to think their personality is whimsical like that of a mysterious wizard. Chaotic Neutral at best. Too curious for their own good.)
What I'm looking for;
- More or less anything? I kinda just wanna play to flesh them out. They don't have a gender given the species I've made them to be. Nor do they have genitals. A human would be nice, I don't mind other magical beings either though. So long as 'earth' remains the main playground.
- 1-2 paragraphs at most. My starters are always long, don't worry.
- Reasonable response time (A few times a day, or once a day at least)
- No godmods, overpowered characters, I'm looking for a 50/50 mutual obligation.
- Do not control my character's, leave enough room in your post for my character to react.
- I tend to try and reply at least once a week if I get super busy, if you're gone for a week and I'm still interested I will msg you. If I'm no longer interested in the rp I will tell you. I'm very straightforward so please don't take it personally if I say I don't want to continue. It's not you per-say more so than it's just my interest shifting again.
(Should smut be involved later on)
- Chemistry, Romance
- No weird fetishes (mutual's only)[The most I'll end up offering is a little bit of BDSM / Biting]
- Please have a reasonable amount of experience with smut rp.
Location and Grounding
So I do have an entire world built to fit the guy into, and I would rather if anything not give away too much of it besides the basic ideal's of it to keep things flexible. But essentially they come from a world called the Dream Realm, where only a particular sort are capable of visiting through astral projection. The realm has been plagued by a war for eons, as the God of Nightmares and the God of Dreams fight for control.
Sylis is a fragmented being, born from the clashes of both sides. Twisted together by their magic to form something entirely new.
A being capable of escaping into the real world. Something that the God of Nightmares has been after since they'd known about it.
I figured if anything, upon arriving into this new world that they could bump into your character. And we could craft a plot from there.

Hii, this is my first post on here, sorry if it looks a lil plain.
Character
Azel (Not her real name, but she's heard enough stories of the fey to know not to give her real name to complete strangers in the wild.)
I'll get around to fleshing her bg out more when I can, but essentially just your average human from the modern world. Meddled with a bit of tarot and small spells. So is aware of the ideology behind some of the simpler stuff. Living on her own, working a 9 to 5. Her personality is generally chill, easily excited about new information regardless of what it is. She holds a personal fondness for life, which is where I got the idea for her becoming a necromancer with her magic. "Where one life ends, a new story begins."
She understands that death is inevitable, but that it wouldn't be right of her to simply give up on the gift of life she has now. It would be an insult to life itself to simply give it up just like that. She longs to live a happy and full life, filling it with whatever experiences come to her, both sad and blissful. After all to her, that is what life is all about.
Coming into this new world would bring a whole new array of experiences, and that excites her, also, pretty sure she'd be a weeb who would've watched waaay too many isekai anime's. So I kinda like the idea of her being a little bit more self-aware of the situation, but not so much to the point it breaks the narrative y'know? More for comedy. I do like my laughs.

- Male mage, has a calm demeanor, a lil cheeky, knows how to take a joke.

I've watched waaay too much isekai and desire a delightful adventure for my character. I've never had the best experiences with group rp's, so 1v1 is my preference. As for the realm, basically it would take place in an entirely different universe full of magic and knights. My character would be caught in a summoning of sorts.
Essentially a darker force plagues the lands, and a cult attempting to pull a darker force of magic from the aether just so happened to snag Azel when she was wandering the astral lands.
She ends up in the woods and meets your character, who's a scholar of magic. Magic being the danger that it is, is outlawed in certain kingdoms. Unless you happen to study at the Oracle's University, which your character would. (hint hint, Oracle's the bad guys) Your character could be a long time adventurer and scholar of the University. Donating their knowledge to the foundation for the benefit of all mages. Your character could also have been in a small adventuring group as well, but ended up retiring, having wanted to focus on their own work.
My character could probably end up taking a job and staying at the Adventurer's Guild, where a rather respectable knight belonging to your oc's original party hangs around. Doing smaller jobs and keeping the streets clean. He would probably push my oc to visit your oc, bring em food, invite them to certain gatherings. Esc
I happen to have a few more smaller idea's to add onto the plot, mostly to just help progress my oc and yours getting to know one another. I figured if anything my oc would take a keen interest in watching yours work, and even helping them while studying up on apothecary work and basic tinctures. Nothing consisting of magic that would make it illegal for her to be there.
Anyways that's about it. Lemme know if you have any questions or idea's. I'm always down to plot!

Was lookin' around for another forum an found this place. It looks pretty cool! And active. I've already got a post in the works that I hope will get some traction. :3
