It's like what would happen if Atma's Impaler and Warmog's was real and didn't have the limit to where you basically gained infinite HP and Attack Damage. Or maybe that was Atma's + Leviathan that would logically make an infinite loop. She just feeds off her own aura to make more of it infinitely.

Actually, I don't know how him being poisoned would work.

Nope, nevermind, I know how it works.

If it's a poison, the semblance can't kill the poison, but it can heal the effects of it. So, if it's something that is immediate, then he's immune to it. If it's something that would kill him over a few days, then it would definitely work to eliminate him unless he got his hands on the antidote.
