The Taller they stand the Harder they fall (Plot-heavy stories preferred)

Basically I've returned after a rather long hiatus and naturally I'm looking for a roleplay.
Lately I'm really in the mood to play in dystopian messed up environments. Places where murder, theft and vandalism are common and places were people are visually oppressed but have no way out.
So if you'd like a role-play with me in such an environment but don't find the ones below to your liking feel free to drop me a note.

Rules:[/font]
I will tolerate a few mishaps here and there but do try to stick to them.

[li]Be Literate: I understand the occasional typo, however.[/li]
[li]No one-liners: no exceptions, ever. I always manage to squeeze out at least 2-3 paragraphs, one at a bare minimum if I have little to work with but never have I given someone a reply with just one sentence.[/li]
[li]No porn plots:I can respect adult themes in roleplays like violence, sex, drug abuse and other things but I don't want the sex to drive the story. [/li]
[li]Be creative: I leave the parts of your characters open with a reason. Go as far as you wish with them. 'Princess' doesn't have to mean a pretty girl with no experience outside of her castle for instance. Take a few risks. The worst I can do is suggesting tweaks your idea. As you can see from most of my plots I tend not to work too often with pairings and let both of us select our own characters and see what happens. [/li]

Blurb: When the Oracles foresee the end of their civilization it's up to a few very unusual characters to ensure that this will not come to fruition.

Setting:
The lands of Lordel had always been divided in many parts. The mainlands were safe and prosperous, the coastal cities housed the royalty and the rich but to the East nothing dared to thrive. Nobody dared to linger for long. A massive wood, as unknown to the citizens of the land as the other side of the moon, loomed at the horizon. Danger lurked there in many forms. Roaming tribes of goblins or orcs pillaging the lands, great beasts with a never ending hunger and so on.
The only defense the citizens had was a big, thunderous river that divided the murderous denizens of the forest and the towns. Their one weakness was a massive lake, calm and still that connected the two sides.

As ages went on a defensive mechanism was put in place upon the river. Criminals, lowlives and beggars were rounded up and placed into boats only to be send out onto the lake, what it is they did with their lives was their own business, the kingdom only hoped that the blood that might flow from these lesser humans would be enough to sate the beasts or perhaps the men and women might work together and keep the beasts from their pristine kingdom.

Even more time passed and what started as a few measly rowboats and starving people swiftly evolved into a meek, dilapidated civilization upon the lake. As the people grew more familiar with the lands and the forest they found resources the mainlands would otherwise not be able to gather and even managed to establish somewhat of a trade with the mainland.

Living circumstances within the town weren't optimum by far. It was a backwards town threatened each day by dangers of all kinds, from the forest, from disease, hunger or even from themselves, after all some criminals would never repent for their deeds.
The population was kept relatively stable both through birth but also through a small horde of criminals and beggars that were shipped over to the town as it had become both a prison, as a defense, as a resource for luxury items only found within the woods.

Upon becoming a citizen either through birth or through crimes each of them had to be marked as being a citizen of the town. So that any escapees would be recognized immediately if they hadn't been shot down by the guarded borders of the lake or if they were send over for trading into the nearest village across the lake or a report of the status of things.

Ruling over the town had shifted through the ages. There were times of a monarchy, a criminal who'd give his title over to his heir or other times there had been a democracy with one man or women being chosen to lead them. Either way it was a favorable position that granted a slightly bigger living space with servants. The way of handling things depended often from person to person, some were tyrannical but seldom lived to the next year while others were generous and thrived to become something more than a slum upon water.
But all kept what little luxuries they had over the others, if not out of comfort then as a sort of status symbol to place them above the rest.

However everything was about to change when a boat neared the town, a pristine example, not the shoddy things in which they transported newer citizens of their dystopian society.
People of high standing had arrived, flanked by guards with the most shining and well crafted weapons and armor any of the citizens had ever seen.

The pearly boat carried with it not prosperity but a certain doom. A chance of salvation, to get out of this private hellhole in exchange for a dangerous voyage through the woods in order to stop the growing evil that laid at the heart of the forest.

Beauty and the Beast
A twist on the well-known tale.

In this Roleplay the 'Beast' of the story is not so much a grand, furry animal as he is a normal man cursed by his own greed.
The lord of the lands was an avid hunter, nothing within his neighboring woods was safe from his crossbow or hounds as he crossed through them.
One day he found a truly unique creature with a gleaming brown pelt speckled with grey and blue stripes and dots, a magnificent specimen which he had to have.
He hunted it down mercilessly, cornering it before finally shooting it.

However unknown to the man it was not a normal creature he had shot but a supernatural being, demon or protector of the land he didn't know. As he had his tailor fashion the pelt into a magnificent cloak he felt the need to boast with his newest catch and arranged a grand feast.

The feast turned into a swift disaster as the man, now clad in the cloak, visibly lost his sanity. He ended up alienating them all by rude remarks, threats of death or even his crossbow.
Through the year every living person within his castle left, either by fleeing or by his direct command.
It was then that it revealed itself, a more humanoid version of the very creature he had killed a year ago. It explained that it held control over the man's every movement ever since he had donned the cloak and how it was going to ensure that his every living moment would be an agonizing one.

Your character can be anything you want, perhaps a servant still loyal to him, perhaps a villager from the nearby town who'd stumbled into the palace and is kept prisoner by the whims of the creature or perhaps something else entirely?

Trueman Study
Mix of Trueman show with supernatural.

A girl had always known that she was different from the rest of the town. That she could do things they couldn't and that they could easily be toys in her hands. On her whims people could die.
She was a supernatural creature, planted in a seemingly suburban town since a young age.

However that all changed when a murder took place in town, a vicious one. Another one appeared and even another.
A few nights after the last murder a young man arrived in her home and explained it to her. How she was not just a girl and how this was not just a town. How she was being observed every second of her life as a sick experiment. It was his intention to free her from this torture.

The overhanging question is, however, is she ready for the true oppression that's reigning outside the fake walls of her homely town, where creatures are actively hunted down.

Pokemon AU roleplay
Richest ends
Set in a timeperiod of the early 1900's.
Kanto (or Johto or whatever other region you prefer) has been a stable monarchy for a long time. A noble King and his family standing at the top, beneath him a whole horde of aristocrats and rich men. At the bottom of the ladder were the common people; peasants, servants and general workers to fuel the factories.

But the stable monarchy is threatened with war, their peaceful arrangements suddenly overthrown by force. The military rushes back and forth, enlists the poor men and women of the people to send forth in the lines but it swiftly becomes evident that such sacrifices will not suffice.
The nobility, the men and women of standing, who once figured themselves to be untouchable by the likes of the military find not themselves enlisted but the creatures closest to them.

Extra information will be needed with this one.
I envision this as a regular World War one social system. The king at the top. The nobility are less for show and do actually have their place in society, they reign at the top of banks or great enterprises.
Now to tie pokemon within this story. Pokemon are split into two groups: the common pokemon such as the normal types and the bug types who are mostly owned by the peasants and servants to help them out and then there are the other types who are deemed special due to their abilities.
Each noble family has their line of pokemon along with all its evolutions. This pokemon is also the one displayed on their family crest and subsequently they breed with these pokemon to either aid them in their family business or just for show. For example eevee's and their evolutions could take the place of gamehounds or showdogs. The gyarados could be used to help them fishing or the grimers could belong to a family of academics dabbling in chemistry.
The type of pokemon doesn't have to be linked to the family business but it would be nice if that was the case.

Now, another region is threatening the one where our characters live in. Big beasts of all sizes and abilities are send to the fronts and the military swiftly concludes that mere peasants and soldiers armed with normal and bug-type pokemon aren't going to even dent most of those creatures the enemy throws at them.
The King's Council and the King himself enable a law which states that all fully evolved pokemon are to be send to aid in the war effort.
A lot of nobility see a huge chunk of their family pokemon disappear through this.
Some shrug their shoulders, others send angry letter after angry letter but others still follow their trusted partner into war in the hopes of keeping their friends or investments safe through actions of their own.

This is the general idea behind this role-play. What our characters play will be up for discussion. Two nobles heading into war to aid their friends, a noble finding his or her pokemon in the hands of a commoner, two enemies meeting after a disaster and needing to stay close to survive, a captured soldier in the hands of the enemy… Enough scenarios to play around with.
If something isn't entirely clear feel free to message me. These rules aren't set in stone so they can be adjusted.
The only thing I ask is that legendaries remain just that. They are either some kind of legend in a story, a semi-deity that brings good luck or whatever.
Another small thing to note is that nobility can have a different pokemon than the one they breed as means of a mount. It wouldn't be all that logical to ride around on a muk so either a common pokemon such as tauros or dodrio can be used or more special pokemon such as rapidash, ponyta or whichever other pokemon could be suited for this end.
If nothing interests you here feel free to suggest pairings with the plots above or just pairings you want to try out but aren't applicable here.
