You're a 16 year old Jonin with one of the most powerful versions of the Uchiha bloodline, and I don't even really get what happened for him to get it because you just glanced over that part as if it didn't matter. Those are my only suggestions to work on but my opinion doesn't really count here, so go ahead and ignore me. I do want to know what happened there though, he just kinda left on a mission and came back sad from where I'm sitting.

Your origin doesn't exactly cover that very well, so here's what we'll do: You can use this incident to unlock Stage 3 of the Sharingan, but there's too little information on his growth with his Kekkei Genkai to warrant you having the most powerful form that doesn't involve an eye transplant. Sorry, it makes us uneasy, and the Mangekyou is a lot of power. Doesn't help that if you're suspected of killing a fellow Uchiha to awaken it, the Hokage, who is an Uchiha himself, would likely hesitate on seeing you progress unless you could explain what had happened in detail with a good team nearby knowing that what you say is truth and not fabrication.Jounin isn't given based on power alone. You need to show excellent qualities in leadership and have a level-head, as well as the skills to get the job done. To that end, I don't think your reasoning for reaching Jounin is acceptable and I'll need to ask you to find another way to make it work or settle with Chuunin. Jounin aren't typically 'loners', not saying they can't be, but they at least need to know what it means to lead people and you didn't mention much experience in that field.So fix these bits and we'll see where we're at. Other templates are currently under heavy review, we'll let you know ASAP folks.

Personality: Katsu is a strange young boy. Of course, that sounds vague, but you’ll understand what I mean. He’s a highly intelligent and calculating child. He’s mostly shy when he’s being sincere to someone he isn’t close to, however he can act as if he knew the person for years, speaking comfortably when he’s lying or trying to impress someone.

He's very compassionate and kind but can kill people he doesn't know without having any moral contradictions. This tends to give people around him an uneasy feeling when they're with him, as there have been rumours about him having killed his own mentor but people who truly know him know this to be untrue, knowing his kind nature.

He's uncannily intelligent and seen as one of the brightest youths of the Uchiha clan.

Recent History: Ever since he was a child, Katsu always spent time with his master Uchiha Konoe, the oldest Uchiha alive. He was one of the greatest swordsmen alive, including the younger shinobi. Katsu would train with Konoe day and night. He would neglect spending time with his family to train, trying to master his ninjutsu and kenjutsu. When he first got his sharingan, Konoe agreed to bring him to a mission. On this mission, Katsu showed merciless actions, killing the contracted man with no hesitation. The innocent expression on his face never faded away as he pierced the chest of the unarmed target. After that day, Konoe started bringing Katsu along as his apprentice. One day, they were sent on another mission. When only Katsu returned, the jolly smile on his face had disappeared. The look in his eyes had changed, even his sharingan. He was shunned by most of the Uchiha community, thought of as a kin-slayer. When he had come back, the third comma in his sharingan was complete.

Konoe's Death [+]

It started off as any other mission. Katsu and Konoe were accompanied by 2 other chunins, leaping from tree to tree in the forest, looking for their targets. Though this time, things wouldn’t go as smoothly as they had previously hoped.
When they spotted their prey, Katsu’s scanned it with the Crimson Eyes. He quickly drew his sword and leapt down when he had confirmed the chakra flowing inside the target. With his eyes not as well adjusted as Konoe’s, he wasn’t able to realize that the amount of chakra in that body couldn’t have belonged to their target, who was an A-Class criminal. Konoe shouted after him after he understood that it was just a clone. When Katsu’s sword stuck into it, the body evaporated as Konoe had expected. Before Katsu realized what was going on, he noticed a sizzling noise from behind. There was a dark colored explosive-tag attached to the tree. When it suddenly exploded, he flew over to another tree, hitting his back. Summoning tags and more explosive tags started being revealed, the summoning tags shooting projectiles and the explosive tags igniting. Suddenly Konoe’s two chunin subordinates were riddled with shuriken and kunai, dying before being able to understand what had happened. The explosives around Konoe blew up but Konoe appeared from the smoke of the explosion.
The criminal they were looking for appeared in front of the old man, and blasted him away with a fireball. Konoe fell next to Katsu, rolling and leaping to his feet. Katsu got up the moment he saw Konoe. He wiped the blood from his mouth, readying himself for a fight. The man appeared behind the two, swinging his exceptionally long katana towards the two. They both blocked it but Konoe’s arm strength was weaker, making him fall back. Seeing this the man made four hand signs and shot a wave of slimy water at Katsu, pushing him back. Katsu was unable to see what the criminal was doing at the time but after a few seconds, he shocked the water and jumped out. He saw that the man still hadn’t killed Konoe, who was almost completely immobile with a strange new scar across his chest. The boy rapidly shifted his hands and breathed in. When he released his breath, large amounts of wind started flowing towards the man but he responded with a fire blast. Katsu’s eyes widened when he saw the counter-attack. He quickly jumped out of its way, leaping up to a tree. He bounced off from branch to branch and came down behind the man. With a grin on his face, he stuck the blade into the man’s spine but something he hadn’t expected happened. The man disappeared in smoke and in his place was the old man. Katsu almost dropped his sword when he saw this but he didn’t get the chance. He could hear the man’s steel swinging through the air behind him. He quickly pushed the old man off with his sword with his foot and turned around, clashing swords. There were tears rolling down his cheeks, slightly disrupting his sight. The third comma on his sharingan slowly appeared. He let out a cry of anguish and rushed at the man, the sword surrounded by an electric field. He swung it before he reached the criminal, the electric field growing enough to reach him. He quickly ducked and shot five fireballs at once, knocking the boy back, rendering him unable to battle. His sword was out of reach and the man’s skill was far above his own. He forced himself to his feet as the man slowly walked towards him. Horse Snake Ram Monkey Boar Horse Tiger. He shot the fireball to the ground between them, making smoke rise. Through the it, he caught a glimpse of the man’s face, locking eyes. When the smoke cleared, the man saw that the boy was nowhere to be found. The boy watched him in fear, sitting right in front of him. The man left after looking around for a while, leaving the boy alone. He rushed over to his old master and called out his name, hoping that he would respond but the old man was already dead. Katsu quickly picked Konoe’s body up, forgetting about his fellow Chu-nin. He quickly carried him back to the village, leaving a trail of blood behind.

Effect: This is a technique Katsu learned using his sharingan. He followed the movements of his sword-master Konoe, copying them. After several years, he was able to master it. It's a sword technique used with wind techniques.
Weakness: The technique's very smooth but is useless against numerous opponents.

Skills: Katsu can use his sharingan's genjutsu and copying ability quite well. He has an exceptional talent in Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu. The other attribute that separates him from most shinobi is his amazing speed.
