As a point of general information, when I refer to "Science" in a religion debate, I don't mean what we typically call science. I mean the Holy Apostolic Ecumenical Church of Science, populated with all sorts of people who have generally rejected religion and replaced it with any number of causes, like anti-GMO, anti-"toxins", the evil of gluten, juice-cleanses, etc.

Ask a Catholic priest how he feels about people who are in favor of gay marriage. Ask one of the people I described how they feel about people who are against it. Compare their hatred of the other side.
There is ever an ambiguity between people who object due to the illogic of a decision and those who object because it didn't go their way. What we do by workshopping heavily the rules before the IC while everyone has a minimal stake is eliminate most complaints of the first kind.
I get so tired of this trite old "RELIGION HATEZ QUESTIONS!" mantra

Because it simply isn't true. "Who/what/where/when" questions are asked all the time in my church and readily answered. Why/how questions are answered to a point, but just like everything else it eventually goes to "I don't know/that is how it is".

Talk to any 5 year old for long enough and you will end up saying those things under an unending torrent of "Why"s

"Why was I named Timmy?"
"Because we named you Timothy"
"Why?"
"It was your Grandfather's name"
"Why?"
"Because his parents named him Timothy"
"Why?"

And so on, and so on.
Now that brothers exist, I downgraded my manor in Jorvik from Great to Stone and now I am turning another fief point into family points. Haven't spent it yet though.
I am game.

So, what I'm hearing is that we should use our best judgement and common sense? Sounds good to me.

Except that"s what every other NRP does and most others go down in an argument spiral. So the rules framework wil bstter ensure this thread is longlived.
Would an army made of only mounted units go faster than an army of infantry?
I'd say that's far more due to the fact that we treat physical illness far more seriously than mental illness.
Once mental illness is more recognized as being just as big an issue we'll probably see more sick days be allowed for mental reasons.

Outside of communism, most mental illness cannot be spread which is why we treat physical illness more severely, but other than that I think we should get guidelines from professionals on exactly when to take mental health days.
Assuming you can raid thirty times in a season (which I'm pretty sure So Boerd just made up on the fly and is running with) the biggest worry your going to have is the fact that, at some point, someone's gonna show up and kill you all, and if they don't it's going to bankrupt their fiefdom,

I made the two bullis limit, I think I would know.

It just means you have to be strategic. That's all. I have already planned contingencies for how I would raid several houses. It works, trust me.

Your solution is nonsensical as several units have little to no upkeep. Lightly armed horsemen should be BETTER at raiding than knights, not worse.
90 days, 3 days a raid, 30 times.
