It would be a big hassle on the stats, but it'd be nice if colonial empires could know their home country's population and their colonial population separately.

Outcast, if you would like I could research this for you, with sources of course.
UK - 5,427,226

This number may be different now that India is rebelling.

Also, since I've seen some confusion in PMs and stuff, I feel like I should say this:Wars are fought primarily with conscripts. When planning your campaigns, do so with conscripts, not regulars. Regulars are used to prevent your nation from being overwhelmed in a surprise attack, occupying territory after a war, etc. Most of the actual fighting is done with conscripts.

^This is true.

Regulars are of higher quality however, correct?
Not an unreasonable time for some massive Greek population growth. Consider Greece reserved.

Thoughts?
As am I. Till Saturday, there is nothing to do.
What year does this RP take place?
I don't know if that's wise. The Greek population growth rate would have to be astronomical to not be overwhelmed by the Turkish population of Constantinople.
So could I make a Greek/Cypriot union while staying neutral?
