A strong blast of wind struck Kodokuna's chest, knocking him backwards. She quickly stood up and rushed at Sol as he began getting up, but didn't throw a preemptive punch this time. He was waiting for Sol to make a move for him to counter, and he knew that striking first would result in a lost trade of blows. She knew that if she pressed the advantage she might be able to win this fight.
Kodokuna saw Sol make a pulling motion, followed by a blast of wind knocking her slightly off balance, though her stance kept her stable enough duck underneath the sword. He thought for a second, before bracing his feet under him, and swiftly tackled Sol. She immediately tried to pin Sol's arms, under Kodokuna's knees, and if successful, would pull her fist back for a punch.
Sol countered his punch easily, and Kodokuna barely had time to dodge the iaito draw by swiftly jumping back. Unfortunately the iaito draw caught her jacket, and threw her off to the right of Sol. Kodokuna somersaulted out of it, and quickly turned taking on a defensive stance in case Sol rushed at him.
She smiled at the sheath throw, and threw her left shoulder to the right to dodge it. Unfortunately, this momentum meant he also dodged Sol's body though, and had to land right behind him. As she landed she quickly spun and threw a strong right hook at his head. The song ended on her mp3, and it switched to a fighting song, surprisingly enough. This pumped Kodokuna up just enough to make the weather change. The frost evaporated almost instantly, and a wave of heat spread across the battlefield.
Kodokuna simply nodded, and watched as Sol activated the gauntlet. Without saying another word, Kodkuna rushed forward, quickly jumping, coming down fists first towards Sol. As soon as Kodokuna got close, a chill seemed to try to take Sol's breath away.
Kodokuna nodded in response, without saying a word. She reached into her pocket, and turned the volume up slightly. Then he slowly shifted his fists up, taking on a simple boxing stance. "My name is Kodokuna Sakana. What's yours?" She inquired simply. The snowfall grew in intensity, and the frost began to grow colder, spreading around his feet. She ignored the shouting man coldly, just like the weather.
As the confused looks spread across the spectator's faces, Kodokuna lowered her headphones to her shoulder. He was probably a bit suspicious, since he was the only one who had a jacket on before the snow started, but he was also hard to notice to begin with. She just didn't stand out, nor did she try to bring attention to herself. Kodokuna began walking towards the 'winner' of the fight, as a flurry of snowflakes spiraled around him.
As the water based being turned human, and surrendered, Kodokuna reached into her pocket, and clicked the next song button. The lyrics to a sad song played for a second before he switched it to a song that inspired loneliness. She frowned, and listened to it for just long enough to feel the emotion. Snow began falling around him, and the ground quickly started to frost. Kodokuna came back to reality, and withdrew her hand from her pocket without changing the song. He put his hood up, and looked around to see if anyone had noticed the drastic climate change.
A group of spectators caught Kodokuna's eye, and he slowly walked towards the crowd. She pushed past someone, and saw a blob of water and a man fighting. He cocked his head warily, and reached down into his pocked. She drew out her mp3, and changed the song, while also turning the volume up. After putting his mp3 back in his pocket, Kodokuna began observing the fight.
Wild winds whipped Kodokuna's hair as she stepped off of the helicopter onto solid ground. The pilot wasted no time departing once he was outside of the radius of the helicopter's blades. Kodokuna took a longing look back at the helicopter as it departed, as it seemed to be trapping her here. He sighed in seeming defeat, and turned to the man he had been ignoring. The man before her was short, with gray hair and a freshly ironed black suit. The tie was white, and the undershirt was a light gray. "I'm back," he said simply, and walked past the man, heading towards the far side of the roof where a door would be found. Past the door were steps to the ground level, which Kodokuna quickly took, her feet traversing more then one step at a time. By the time he reached the bottom, she was out of breath, and sweating. He ignored the heat, and shifted his headphones back onto his ears.
