I don't think I'm going to join, as I wanted to but I'm busy, but I'd just like to comment on two things.

Bobo: Pls dont. like pls

Sin: I believe that someone else has Shadow/Darkness Manipulation, which gives him everything your powers has and a lot, lot more. Maybe you should try something else?

Anyways, I'll definitely be watching this, and hopefully participate in OOC conversations sometimes.

Hehe lol. Your character is accepted, but what are some of his bad qualities? Blythe seems like a perfect nerd so far hehe

Well, he's absolute shite at Quidditch, and he's fairly unpredictable mood-wise. He's just your average 11 year old otherwise, if only a genius 11 year old.
I'm a thief at heart. *bows*

Name: Blythe Wickerly

Age: 11

Gender: Male

House: Ravenclaw

Magical Heritage: Muggleborn, and quite proud of that fact.

Appearance: Oddly enough, yes, Blythe was born with ominous crimson eyes. His father believes that it has something to do with one of his ancestors, but that is only a speculation, and due to this, Blythe doesn't think about it all that much. He is around the average height of an eleven year old boy, with the weight that is also around average. His build is lean, with a tad of sinewy muscle from actually being one of those nerds that go out and experiment with the things they learn on the media. His skin is quite pale, and his hair is neat, feathery, and pure black, going quite well with his crimson eyes. All in all, Blythe portrays quite the ominous, yet unique look, and it is obvious that he'll be quite the looker in a few years..

Biography/Personality: His life...

Well, let it be known that Blythe was a fighter. Born into a world that seemingly cursed him ever since he was a fetus, his life starting out was rocky at best. His mother had to have an emergency c-section due to a malignant tumor that was found in her skull, and she died shortly after giving birth to Blythe - a few minutes later. His father, Yama, did not blame Blythe for such a disastrous situation. Yama was a well-off, geek of a man that spent the majority of his life building relatively popular games, and constructing mainstream, yet interesting anime that spurred teenagers and children alike to become closet dwellers. He was a Japanese man, and although they lived in Britain - with Blythe's mother being a pure British woman -, Yama made sure to have Blythe know about their heritage.

Thusly, the boy's path was set. He grew up around fantasy; he knew all of the jutsu of Naruto by the age of six, and he knew the Dragon language of Eragon by the age of 7. Anime, video games, magic, fantasy...it all interested him, and the young boy spent all of his time as an otaku, learning whatever he can, and blossoming in his studies at school because of this fact. He loved books of any typing, and although this made him quiet and distant to the world, he was still a bright young man that was a bit...warped from exploring all spaces of the internet.

All of it.

When he was sent his letter, he wasn't all that surprised. His father only received a "Magic's not that surprising." After all, only seconds after the note, Blythe had deduced that every anime creator ever was a part of a large legion of creative wizards wanting to subtly give out hints of the Wizarding world. But, I digress...yes, he is a creative and thoughtful boy, but he is also intelligent to the point of it being obscene. Only an hour after that deduction, he was 'experimenting' with his inner magical ability, already shaping it into different molds inside of his inner core. Already, he has went through nearly all of the charms and spells inside of his text books, and is already creating new ones based on his wide imagination.

In a nutshell, Blythe is a creative, imaginative young man that may seem quiet and emotionally lacking at first, but that's mainly because the internet has warped his personality to the point where he can go from emotionless to evil, and to happy, in snaps of a finger. He is very intelligent, and loves spells.

Personal Items: 11 inch wand made of an odd white bone from unknown origins. Holds a thestral hair wand core, and it's quite flexible..

Special Gifts and Abilities: Other than his overwhelming magical potential, Blythe is unnaturally intelligent and quick-witted, having done things that has taken even older wizards years to do; that is, creating different spells, and generally mastering his current repetoire of spells in small amounts of time.

In a darker corner of the gym, a swirling portal made of what seemed to be ripping, pure-black energy formed, around human-shape in size. Around the portal, one could feel the air get very, very cold...as if you were suddenly enveloped inside of a glacier, with the figure of death staring at you. That metaphor isn't too far off, however. A tall, lean figure in a rippling, midnight-black coat stepped out of the portal, streams of corrupted black energy wisping off of his shoulders and drifting out towards the ceiling. The figure's skin was both pale and flawless, showcasing long, feathery black hair that drifted backwards in silky spikes, a youthful, yet mature face, and the oddest, yet the most enticing crimson and onyx eyes in this dimension and the next. The figure stood straight and proud, snapping his right index finger and thumb, and the shadowy portal promptly disappeared in a snap.

Only a few had noticed him arriving, thankfully - just how he liked it. No unwanted attention, no problem. However, the figures that did notice him were all promptly intimidated and awed by the young God, forcing him to mark his face with a frown as he pushed past a stumbling idiot and stepped up into the dwindling crowd of first-year students. A few caught his eye, but one in particular seemed quite interesting, in fact. He was eating a plate of...cake? Candy..something. Azeroth wasn't used to sweets, or anything of that variety, so he wouldn't know. Appearing curious - as evident by his sharp right eyebrow arching slightly, the young man stepped up to the shorter candy boy and tapped him on the shoulder with a porcelain finger.

"What...is that concoction called?" His cold, apathetic tone was piqued slightly in curiosity.
Perfecto.
Oh Lordie, hopefully it's in modern times - meaning 2013, hopefully. Or 2012. My...plans - cue evil laugh - will be postponed for decades if it begins in 1991.
Minor bump.

Katherin, are you planning on making a character.
Also, I quickly edited in a bio, along with his height and such.

Human Name:
Shade Strider, but he goes by his 'God' name.

Age:
He is, in reality, around the age of a late teen...so 16.

Human Appearance:
Azeroth's human appearance is fairly distinguishable when compared to his 'God Appearance'. He is a tall, leanly muscular boy with relatively pale skin that seems to almost suck in darkness when in direct sunlight. His eyes are deep, pitch black and crimson abysses with an intricate design that immediately became his star symbol, and with a constant red wisp of steam drifting from the corner of said eyes...his eyes easily being one of his most distinguishable features. Azeroth usually has a stoic, or neutral expression on his face - his expressions usually not changing from dissatisfaction, apathy, stoicism, or slight amusement. As for his 'style', Azeroth generally dresses in darker clothing - not for some idiotic 'emo' phase, but because darkness is when he's in his 'element', and dark clothing makes him comfortable. Usually, it's a sleek, midnight black jacket with ebony buttons, with the collar drawn up and the jacket completely buttoned, along with long dark pants and shoes. Underneath the coat, he wears a long-sleeved under-armor shirt, also black. He's 6".

Bio:
Azeroth was originally born in the Underworld, as the heir to the God throne. He was, technically, trained for thousands of years to take on such a hefty position - unarmed, armed, strategy, charisma, powers...but, in Earth terms, that is only, technically, sixteen years. His actual life isn't all that interesting...it was mainly just training, training, more training, killing, slaying, testing, and then he was sent to a high-school for a day. He promptly established himself as Dark God Azeroth, and had everyone kissing the ground he walked on after he permanently gave them no homework forever. After that...it was history.

Parents:
His 'father' is Zinthos, the true God of Darkness, Death, the Underworld, and such forth. His mother is the Metrion, Goddess of said titles, and she ruled alongside his father.

God Name:
Azeroth

God Appearance:
Azeroth's 'God Appearance' is truly a sight to behold...and it is also one of his 'favorite' forms. It takes the appearance of some sort of sleek black creature with long, stretching wings and a gaping, razor-sharp maw...his eyes stay the same, but he loses his hair, and becomes something akin to a Devil, with the tatters along his rings, the multiple, razor-sharp horns. He dons some sort of draping cloak made of destructive, all-consuming shadowy energy, and every step wilts the area underneath his clawed feet. He can shift sizes in this form, but his 'usual' size is that of a towering height of 20 feet. Azeroth

Symbols:
Pentagram

Alignment:
Neutral Evil

Weapon:
Azeroth's 'weapon' is not set. Rather, whenever he needs a weapon, Azeroth usually overwhelms his opponent with dominating tendrils and constructs made of his sharp, burning, and, at the same time, ice-cold shadows and darkness...but, when an actual weapon is needed, he usually just forms it out of his own shadow. The weapon is therefore solidified, automatically sharpened to a razor's edge, and seemingly unbreakable...a catalyst for his power.

Animal:
Azeroth's animal isn't an animal, as much as it is a bat-like mutant that can also shift sizes. It's usual size is that of a full-sized dog. Sin, the creatures name.

Followers:
Back in New York, Azeroth actually has a moderate-size following of an entire high-school, whom he has 'blessed' with no homework...meaning he scared the livings out of the entire school-board. Regardless, they are eternally loyal, all 500 of them, and are abled-bodied athletes.
