Name:
Sinpher 'Sin' Randol

Age:
Sin's appearance signifies someone of youthful age, yet his eyes are that of a hardened spirit. He is within his early twenties, but spiritually he feels as if he is, at the least, in his thirties. (23 years of age).

Appearance:
When one looks at Sin's form, a multitude of observations could be made on his pure physical and outmost layer. Sinpher's skin is a dusty, yet fair tanned color that represents the number of hardships and elemental damage, both natural and combative, he has taken over the years. His physique is a natural balance between muscular and slender, made for both agility, nimbleness, and swiftness with sinewy yet taut and wiry muscles for a small enhancement of strength. Sin's face is naturally set into a permanent, serious frown, small wrinkles on the corner of his lips only making the serious facade look even more sincere, along with jagged, angry-red scars that tears from between his eyebrows and right over his lips, ending near the bottom of his chin. Wild, yet determined and focused teal eyes, sharply curved eyebrows, and short, messy black hair is the only other noticeable features on his face and head, his strong, chiseled jawline and cheekbones cleanly shaved.

Sin's apparel isn't the most unusual that's been seen in this realm. He's usually, and by usually I mean he's never seen without his travelling cloak - A long, gray, battle-tattered, and durable coat made of thin, water and flame-resistant material, something tanned with both leather and cotton cloth. It's designed with a chainmill-protected hood that's matted with black, warm fur, with the lip of the hood pulled down to leave Sin's face hidden in shadows, with his scarred lower face also hidden by a tight gray half-mask. The cloak acts much like a protective cape/hood combo as well, with the cloak only having one sleeve that keeps Sin's right arm, his sword arm, free, while his left arm is pulled into the sleeve for more protective and blocking purposes, a small, circular leather shield pulled over the left arm's forearm. The cloak is clasped at the collarbone by a mottled gray shackle, locking it into place onto Sin's armor and other clothing, providing the man with a lethal, mysterious image.

Underneath the durable material, Sin wears protective, light-weighted gear that provides an equal amount of protection and mobility. A leather tunic, matted with gray wolf fur and padded cotton cloth acts as his chest-piece, with numerous pockets and pouches sewn into the dependable armor for misc. things such as canteens, hunting knives, and throwing knives. A small length of mottled gray chain dips around at random intervals, hooked with fangs of treasure and trophy - bear claws, shark fangs, and even a rather impressive figure of the large, razor-sharp molar of a wolverine. It's skin-tight in it's fitting, though there's an extra layer of leather and chainmill, greased to not restrict agility or silence, hidden under the first layer, to provide protection from both the cold and the piercing and slashing prowess of both swords and arrows alike. His leather grieves are made of relatively the same material, sans the extra layer of chainmill and hardened, dried leather. It's mostly made for mobility and nimbleness, with greases cloth built around the ankles and knees. Boots, soft yet durable, takes up his final slot of armory equipment, with an extra layer of cotton cloth hidden under the soles for extra quietness and environmental protection.

Sword Weaponry - Level one

Etra One:
Swift Draw - By using this Etra, the user will, whilst unsheathing his sword, be blessed with blinding speed by a sudden swift gust of powerful wind, moving at a blurring, supernatural pace. The effect will only last for however long it takes the user to take out his sword, and inbetween that time the user can use this sudden speed boost for either A. Moving towards the target before he/she can react and enacting the battle with an upper-hand, or B. Using the skill for moving around the opponent at a supernatural speed. The skill, after being used once, will take a while to cooldown.

Etra Two:
Razor Slash - By using this Etra, the user is able to summon razor-sharp winds with only a slash of his sword. The Etra lasts for up to three slashes, though it could be ended prematurely by only a mental command. Anything that comes into contact with the slashes of wind will be injured as if struck by an actual steel sword. Best for long-range attacking.

Weapons:
In Sin's honest, and slightly paranoid opinion, one cannot have too many safety precautions. It just so happens that this motto applies to him as well. He carries a substantial amount of lethal items, but the more noteworthy ones are the ones that no one can see. He has a ring of throwing knives, around 10 in total, strapped to the back of his waist, while he keeps three self-created 'smoke-pellets' on his breast pocket. It's basically a shell of flour and granite, mixed together to create a giant smoke cloud of gray and whiteness, very good to create confusion and escape enhancements. Stored in the other breast pocket is three self-created 'bomb-pellets'. They're basically shells of gunpowder and flint, with a small pin on the top to set off the chain reaction. Great for times where area damage is needed, and especially great for stealth bombings.

Another one of his weapons, this one noticeable, is a bow. While Sin isn't the best with a bow, he is adept, and that's all that matters in a life and death situations. It's average, made of dark maple, along with the silk string of an arachnid spider. He keeps it on his back, above his cloak, with the quiver strapped under the bow itself. The arrows are made of solid steel; sharp, common, and dependable. He has 20 arrows in all, tipped with crow feathers.

And for his main weapon; a light, agile, yet dependably sharp and powerful scimitar made with rich steel metal, tinged with black due to a small 'paint-job'. The sword is, like all scimitars, sharp, fast, and speedy, made for both piercing and slashing attacks. The hilt is skinny and short, with a curved guard melded exactly for Sin's gloved hand.

"Ele-Le-Kid!"

"Damn it, stop!"

Raizo glared at the bipedal electric-type, grabbing it's large, bulky fist right before it could punch him - yet again - in his jaw. This entire bus ride was taking waaay to long, and after an hour of sleeping the trainer was awoken by his Pokemon punching him repeatedly in the jaw; for no reason! He sincerely doubted that the Pokemon was bored, seeing as it usually entertained itself with electricity when Raizo slept, so the electric-type was only doing it to annoy him. "Kid Kid!" The disgruntled Pokemon growled back, standing up in the leathery, torn seat of the sweaty bus and attempting to punch Rai with it's other fist. Similar to the first time, Raizo merely grabbed the fist and twisted it sharply, causing Elekid to grunt in embarassment as it tripped from the sudden pressure, falling face-first onto the sticky floor.

"'Tis what ya get for messing with the best," Raizo grinned his usual rugged smirk, running a thumb over his nose and turning the other way snidely. Elekid growled, electricity sparking between it's large, plug-like ears. "ELEKID!" It yelped, before tackling the back of Raizo's pack and releasing a small voltage of electricity-charged power right into it's trainer's system. Raizo merely ignored the, to anyone else, painful shock, turning his head towards Elekid with his brown eyes twitching harshly. His spiky brown hair was smoking, standing straight up due to the sudden discharge of electricity.

"Oh no you just didn't..." he began, a brutal smirk making it's way onto his face, but Elekid matched it with his own cocky grin. They stared at each other, one sparking with electricity and the other smoking from it, until the gruff voice of the bus driver snapped them both out of it. "Well, kids. We're here. Thank you for using my service, and make sure to mention me to all your friends!" the man stated, and at once the staring contest was over, with Elekid grabbing onto Raizo's bag as the muscular, scarred teen stood up and cracked his sore appendages, looking back at the other children. Two girls and two boys. An even number. "See ya out there, kiddies." he smirked, flashing them the peace sign before dashing off the bus. Elekid leaped off of his bag and landed on the top of a bus seat, flashing the group a peace sign as well before turning around with a grin of it's own.

"Ele-ele-kid, Kid!"
Raizo and Elekid settled down outside of the bus, noting the tall figure of Michael standing right in front of them. Their journies had brought them face-to-face with dangerous Pokemon, criminals, and even some VERY weird stuff, but to be in front of a hero was...interesting. As the other kids settled beside him, Raizo grinned and stepped forward, Elekid bouncing after him.

"Yo! Name's Raizo, or Rai, whatever. Nice to meet you all." he said, rough tone friendly and eager. Elekid leaped onto his head, nestling itself into spiky brown bangs. "Ele-Kid!" it yelled out, flashing a Thundershock into the air.
Yeah, the over-all design for this SITE (I MEANT SITE) is splendid. So convenient, haha.

Checkin' out the IC right meow.
Yup, it's me! Nice to see ya again, Mizu. :D

Also, I've straightened up my CS a bit. Took me like 30 minutes to figure out how to work the BBCodes, 'cuz I'm a dunce.
Woooopwoopwoopwoop.

Awesome to see that this is getting filled so quickly. I'm already pumped for the IC, and I only knew that this RP was here a day ago.
Ah, it was only an example, haha. I'm not going to actually use pig's blood. Thank you for clearing that up for me, however. (Also, I'm Vincent Valore from the last RPG. I remember you from my HOTD RP, yes?)
It seems that I am at a pause when it comes to the 'Level/Style' thingy. An example of a legitimate and acceptable one would be:

'Level One Sword'

'Etra One - Every slash made by the user's sword summons pig blood.

Etra Two - Swinging the pig blood at an enemy corrodes the skin and fesh.

Etra Three - So on and so on'

Am I on the right path, or am I completely and hopelessly off?

Current Abilities:
Level 1 Sword Weaponry

(1.) Swift - By using this Etra, the user will, whilst unsheathing his sword, be blessed with blinding speed by a sudden swift gust of powerful wind, moving at a blurring, supernatural pace. The effect will only last for however long it takes the user to take out his sword, and inbetween that time the user can use this sudden speed boost for either A. (2.) Tempest - By using this Etra, the user is able to summon razor-sharp winds with only a slash of his sword. The Etra lasts for up to three slashes, though it could be ended prematurely by only a mental command. Anything that comes into contact with the slashes of wind will be injured as if struck by an actual steel sword. Best for long-range attacking.

(3.) Inferno - Once this Etra is used, a violent gust of pure crimson fire will surround the blade, causing it to singe, burn, and otherwise horribly mutilate the enemy once directed into contact. Can be combined with Tempest to create lightning-quick blades of fiery, burning wind to be sent at a target.

(4.) Raiton- By using this Etra, an electric hue will surround the user, granting him minor (offensive) protection from attacking projectiles or enemies. While the barrier of electric energy is invisible to the naked eye, whenever something comes within proximity of the user, aggressive or not, spears of electric energy will spear towards the offender. Cooldown time is very long, yet it lasts for a while.

(5.) Doton - Once this Etra is uttered, the user will have a unique, temporary control over darkness and earth, but only a heavily streamlined and straight-pointed version. He will be able to travel through dirt, stone, and the darkness for stealth purposes, or for surprise attacks, though he can only stay in a specific spot for so long before becoming suffocated.

His usage of this weapon is almost godly, with Sin being able to release lightning-fast combos and stunts within seconds using his natural speed and acrobatic prowess.
Personality:
Sin has always been an apathetic and calm individual, in which the traits started to show during his preteen-to-teenage years. He doesn't involve himself socially too often unless the situation proves the need to be, and even then he is very calculating, always observing the situation at hand and picks the best route to go about without having to expend too much effort that isn't needed. In any social conversation, one could expect him to stay professional, serious, and tactical, responding with blunt yet logical answers, along with keeping a distanced air. He understands that life can be ended at anytime and at any place, and because of this Sin has learned to keep any emotional baggage at the door. To be simple; don't get attracted, or connected, and when tehy die you won't be affected. A fair and simple motto to live by. Sin has show substantial amounts of cautiousness and paranoia, along with the tendencies to attack first and ask questions later. In battle, he is basically the same as he is when socializing; calm, logical, and observational. Nothing escapes his keen eyes, and, if possible, no one enemy goes unscathed. Sin has shown considerable sociopathic behavior, and he seems immune to the death of loved ones and comrades. If it's needed, he'll cut down his own comrade if it helped him or anyone else in the long run. Though, despite his scary attitudes, Sin is commendable in some ways; for one, he has a shred of honor. If asked, he'll kill someone whom is suffering, and he has a soft spot for children. Long story short, as long as they don't attack him he won't kill them in cold blood. That's as far as his kindness stretches, however. If you warrant it, Sin will have no problem killing you. Simply and bluntly.

History:

Why are you on this journey?:
For a number of reasons, but the most important one is this: To get away, and to hide his past behind him. Sin simply wants to forget every disgusting, vile thing he's done in the past, and to do this he went on a journey. Simple, and not something deeply emotional or sappy.

Miscellaneous:
Sin secretly dislikes people with bright hair.

No

It's all good, really. It was mostly for your benefit, as I've had situations on other sites where people'd get angry. Your Mareep is fine, Jag. ;)
