It's in free, sorry. It's just that the first OOC post usually contains a CS. Free's for simple or "random" roleplays, Casual's for deep ones with good writing and character development, while Advanced is for long, drawn out paragraphs.
(Not to nitpick too much or come off as a jerk, but you put the IC post in the OOC by mistake. This also seems better put in casual, as it was checked out there. Just saying.)
