To be honest I wanted to make a character like Ishimaru
Totes let's see some people change a little and feel for one another.
But you never know when she just may snap and try to kill someone and actually does it. Then again she might indirectly kill someone or herself by mistake

Gwen went into the kitchen to see Silas eating a large sandwich," Well I see type two in your future Silas, you should eat smaller." Gwen told him before she went over to the stove and grabbed a coffee pot, she grabbed a couple different ingredients and threw them into the pot along with some water and coffee grounds, she let it heat up for a couple minutes and let it bubble. When it was finished she grabbed a coffee mug and went out of the kitchen to sit a one of the many vacant tables that were around the cafeteria.
Gwen took sips of her homemade coffee and put her feet up on the table she was sitting at, while she sipped at her coffee she looked around the cafeteria noticing the cameras dangling around the corners of the room, they made her feel watched and it started making her angry, she didn't say nothing but she drunk the rest of her coffee and went back into the kitchen noticing another camera in the room, she put her mug away and left the pot on the stove after she cut the fire off and left out of the cafeteria heading for the library.
On her way to the library she noticed more cameras on the walls as she walked down the halls, she subtly gave one of the cameras the finger as she walked to the library and noticed some of the others there, she walked over to Isis seeing her laptop bag, she approached the girl while still having her eyes on one of the cameras," Hey uhh, Isis right ? Have you noticed all the cameras all over the place ? They seem to be everywhere." Gwen told her.
Nika was happy to see James calm down from his panic attack, she looked around noticing everyone else was leaving and chose to leave as well, she went to her room and tried to lock it but it didn't work, she noticed the bathroom and headed inside of it and locked it from the inside, she sat in the corner curled up into a ball, she was scared, she didn't know what would happen tomorrow, she usually has everything planed but seeing that everyone might try to kill one another made her feel scared, she began to take deep breathes and tried to calm down.

Only Silas would be effect by those on the first day everyone else might just stop eating or try the sandwiches and have mixed feeling for the sandwiches

Gwen started to get tired of all the talking that was going on, she sighed," You know what screw you guys I'm getting some coffee or tea or whatever we have here, I'm done listing to some bot spout bull shit, I'm ghost." Gwen told everyone before leaving the auditorium with her hands inside of her pockets, she did want to stick around watching the random crap that was going down in there, she wondered through the halls trying her best to find the cafeteria.
Nika carefully eyed one of leaflets that Monokuma threw around making it rain, she carefully remembered each of the rules that she thought she would forget, then pocketed the leaflet, she walked over to James and put a hand on his head," Are you gonna be okay ? You should try to go somewhere more calm or somewhere that's a little more safe like your room." Nika told him thinking that if he was somewhere else he would feel better.
