Well, to be honest we all would be human, and it would be based in the 1990s like the anime, I'd allow some stuff that could seem futuristic but nothing like a cyborg or a super weapon from 2014 or a powersuit from titan fall.

Well I've been watching Black lagoon lately not on Toonami, that shit is weal sauce for me, But I've been watching it and liking it, basic it's about these people who are pirate like Mercs, well I;ll just give it like this.
The story follows a team of pirates/mercenaries known as Lagoon Company, that smuggles goods in and around the seas of Southeast Asia in the early to mid 1990s. Their base of operations is located in the fictional harbor city of Roanapur in southeast Thailand (somewhere in the Amphoe Mueang Trat district, likely on the mainland north/northeast of the Ko Chang island or on the island itself). They transport goods in the 80-foot (24 m) Elco-type PT boat Black Lagoon. Lagoon Company does business with various clients, but has a particularly friendly relationship with the Russian crime syndicate Hotel Moscow. The team takes on a variety of missions—which may involve violent firefights, hand-to-hand combat, and nautical battles—in various Southeast Asian locations, even going as far as Phu Quoc island of Vietnam and when not doing much, the members of the Lagoon Company spend much of their down time at The Yellow Flag, a bar in Roanapur which is often destroyed in firefights.
I was thinking about doing an Rp kinda like that with Nak being that one guy in the crew who wants to keep things perfessional, Lex as the assassin, and Shade as....Well Shade.

Seiko was nearby she looked over to Spartan, she had her arm crossed and was leaning against a wall, she had her eyes set on the door and was ready for Rachel to burst in and try to attack her or try to come in from the roof, out of the Shadow, she closed her eyes for a second and remembered all of her training wondering while wondering if and when Rachel was gonna attack her, she took a deep breath and felt the area around her while staying still she didn't want to move and mess up what she was trying to do.
Alright well at least your gonna get some form of Revenge.
