DC Universe: Crisis of a new Era

Pondering the coordinates in her head, she knew where they led just by what she had learned in the past; she had studied maps of Earth before and could easily calculate where the coordinates would lead. However, a thought struck her before she could head to that location. It was illogical to leave the the super-powered villains alone with nothing but threats to stop them from harming innocent people. The only place she knew of that could contain them was in Gotham, in the super prison known as Arkham. Well, technically it was an insane asylum for all of Gotham's psychotic criminals. She was headed there anyway and these thugs would fit in just fine on account of they had powers unlike the average human as well as the fact that they were a deadly menace to society. Juliet left only for a moment to obtain some chain, with which she bound the villains and spirited them away across the sky toward Gotham. Despite the pathetic pleas of the criminals, the young hero wasn't going to let them free. "It's not going to go well for you if you continue on like that. Especially after the rude way that you spoke to me earlier" Supergirl told them.

Before long she was flying above Gotham, it was like the city she had started to call home, Metropolis, but it was a bit darker. This city suited the Dark Knight quite well. Speaking of the Batman, where was he? She hadn't heard from him in a long time, same with her second cousin Kal-El, Superman. Juliet flew to the castle-like building with the words "Arkham Aslyum" in big letters above the front gate. Carefully, she lowered the restrained criminals in front of the front guards and let her feet touch the ground. "Pardon me. These not-so-gentlemen have done enough damage to deserve a stay in your Asylum. Take care of this for me, please?"

They seemed surprise to see her, the Supers of Metropolis generally tended to stay in their city. Not only that but she looked a little younger than the original Supergirl. "Are you Supergirl?" One asked after removing his guard's hat to scratch his hat in confusion.

Supergirl smiled a little, "yes, I get that a lot actually, do I not look identical like her?"

"Well..."

"Don't dwell upon it too much, I don't expect you to understand, farewell." Interestingly enough, she had not spent as much time as she could have in Gotham. Although it was not as bright and shiny as her city, she was very curious about it. After scanning the area for any nearby heroes or villains she flew up higher to get the best view of the city. "It's almost as beautiful as-" Her words were cut off when a sonic boom echoed through the air. It made her cringe in pain, her extra sensitive hearing caused the sound to nearly injure her ears. "What in the name of Krypton was that?" Her curiosity was piqued and she had to know what it was so she followed the direction in which the sound originated, only being able to do so because her hearing was so great. The sound led her to a familiar mansion, Batman's mansion. Now Supergirl was a bit concerned, she pounded her fist on the door. "Bruce, Bruce open up!!"

I'm the same way, I had to ask Matt about how Black Canary knew all the heroes were missing, I wasn't sure cuz you said no one knew. but it's all good.

damn, me and having to edit shit. well, people know supergirl went missing... that's a thing. it's cannonnnnn i swear. cuz this happened a while ago. but i'll change the other stuff.

With her x-ray vision it wouldn't be too hard to find those in which she was searching for. Three men to be precise, each with a different unnatural power that would make it more of a challenge for her to take them down. How random gang members off the street got uncanny, supernatural abilities she would never know, but it only made it more fun for her. It did not take her long to find the building in which they were hiding, and they were in fact hiding, despite their powers they knew she could find and crush them if she wanted too. It was against her code however, Supes and Batsy would never allow it and oh how her mother and father would be disappointed. Supergirl winced a bit at the thought of her parents. Mother and father...ugh stop thinking so much Jul...get in there. She swooped down on top of the building and instead of crashing in like those with her powers would, she peered through the skylight windows and watched with a curious expression. Below her the men were talking and showing off their powers to one another. Her super hearing allowed her to hear what they were saying and she analyzed each word. "They're amped up, no reason to infringe upon them when they're like that." However, her Kryptonian side outweighed her Brainiac side and she couldn't help herself.

Juliet lept up and dove, feet first, through the roof. "Excuse me, am I interrupting something? If you bastards knew I was searching for you, you should have chosen a better hiding spot." Without hesitation she lunged forward, her fist meeting the first baddie's jaw with great force, he flew back and through the wall out onto the sidewalk. "Your powers mean nothing here." She glared with menacing glowing red eyes.

"It must have been a lot better when you weren't around Supergirl, Metropolis must have been a more peaceful place." The second thug hissed at her. "Now that you're here, why don't you disappear again" His hands shot out and hit her with a powerful beam of light that sent her flying back, she crashed into the wall and slid down it. "Heh, that's what I'm talking about."

Supergirl winced once again as she stood up, her dark red cape covered her face now. "That wasn't very nice, now I have to end you" She pushed back her cape and flew directly at the villains before her, her fists slammed into one's stomach and her foot kicked the other square in the nose. "Also, you were thinking about my mother, she left probably when you were a teen so what do you know about that, and what the hell made you morons turn to a life of crime?" Before they could answer she held the two of them up by the collars of their shirts, their feet no longer touched the ground. "If I ever find you creeps causing chaos with your crappy powers, I won't go so easy on you." With her final words she smashed them into the ground and flew up, thinking they had had enough ass-kicking for one day. Just as she had finished up and flown back up into the sky, something not far away on top of the Daily Planet building caught her eye. From where she was it looked like a little white glare on the golden planet atop the building, but she had to investigate.

Upon further inspection, it was clear that it was a note, a note meant for her. It simply read: Batman and NightWing request your presence... blah blah blah blah She thought, this wasn't here before so lets see if I can catch him . Juliet flew up high looking around for a sign of her beloved "uncle" the Dark Knight or Nightwing, but neither of them were any where to be seen. "Strange, how'd they get out of here so quickly... guess I'm going to have to meet up with them at these coordinates to find out what's going on..."
