Cassius saw how she reached her hand out and paused as if to ask permission, he had never had someone touch him before, not like this. Not in this form anyway, people never tried to get close.to him and if they did it was because he was the reason for it. He gave a nod of his head, he couldn't speak at all so gestures were the only really way for him at the moment. He flinched slightly at her touch before relaxing, she was being kind and gentle, normally he ws punched and kicked by struggling humans or supernaturals. He hissed lightly before a very deep cat-like yet mixed in with reptile characteristics purr was heard from him. In a wisp of shadowy flames he reverted back to his normal human form. "So, thanks for not panicking..." He said to her, honestly thanking her.
"Yeah, judging from the looks I get....I don't think anyone knows what I am." He said plainly, he smiled a little when she said she wouldn't be scared. "That's a relief, now...I'll show you..." He said, his crimson eyes gleaming before he shut his eyes, what looked like a swirling flame of shadows were surrounding Cassius. Dangerously whipping around him, to anyone else they seemed like they would harm him severely, but they did no such thing. A hiss emanated from the barrier surrounding him, it faded and there he was, his beat form had been well over the size of an elephant in height and possibly weighed more due to the muscle on his body. His skin was now black and shiny, almost as if it was oily, the sharp spikes on his back flared up for only a moment as if there was danger. His paws revealed each of his claws, digging into the dirt with ease before retracting them. His whip-like tail swayed back and forth, he opened his mouth to reveal his pearl white gums and long white tongue, his rows of razor sharp banana sized teeth were showing.His eyes were no longer existent and no evidence of his ears being there were present but he could hear. His nostrils were now slits that flared every moment or so. In realization that he might scare her he closed his mouth before laying down like a dog would.
Cassius took a few steps back from her after standing up. "I just don't want to scare you and make a bad impression..." He said to Mina, he wasn't even able to manage a smile, he had been serious about scaring her. He didn't want to do that at all. "Well, I was human....I was a hunter before but then I was changed..." He explained, showing off his claws, fangs, and piercing blood red eyes.
Cassius' heart rate quickened as soon as she asked what he was, this was not going to be easy. "Uh...are you sure you want to know?" He was reluctant, he knew his form was terrifying to many and he didn't want her to run away only to be captured by someone. "Uh...." He was now nervous, he was only okay with his claws and fangs being existent, those didn't really scare people.

Cassius huffed in relief when she released his arm, trembling a bit when she licked his arm, he wasn't even going to question it. It caused a slight blush on his face though, he hid it by looking away. "You're welcome, do you have a name?" He asked her curiously, she had to have had one, everyone did, he rubbed his arm and realized how fast he had actually healed, his factor was fast but he had never healed that fast. Only his blood did that, now he understood why she licked his wound, to speed up the healing process.
