Well no... I'm pretty sure i told you to drop the bullet proof. Stab proof would be okay. However, objects moving at the speed and with the force of bullets should still be able to penetrate it and then you could upgrade the armor later in the story.
You accepted him lime this during the backup RPG and you accepted him after that....now you won't? That just doesn't seem fair to me

Short, almost nonexistent jet black hair gives him a well kept look. His upper body is very muscular as is his lower body, though he usually wears semi loose clothing to hide it. He stands at five feet and seven inches.
Personality: Axton is usually quiet and keeps to himself, he isn't very talkative and is always calm and collected.
Biography: Axton lost his brother to the hunger games when he was fourteen, he watched the carnage himself, his brother was armed with twin broadswords and participating in an intense fight with two career tributes from districts two and three. He watched as his brother killed one, nearly exclaiming to the monitor to tell his brother to turn around but he was too late, a spear went through the shoulder blade of his brother. But what surprised him was his brother's valor, he refused to die there, rushing at the now defenseless tribute and hacking him to peices. He tore the spear from his back before falling to his knees then onto his stomach and dying. Axton was inspired by his brother's valiant efforts, he understood why when what winning the games meant. He volunteered as tribute after he had strengthened himself both mentally and physically.

Or the jackal does a high jump out of their sight range. With his energy dagger he *throws*(basically swinging the knife from the bracer and making the energy launch out of it and toward the heretic's head) then as the second investigates the body, Rak jumps down and garrote kills it?
Katan was prepared to ready his blade before he heard Rak's words, asking if he could deal with the heretics. The officer smiled somewhat, if he wished to prove himself against their foes then so be it. "You have my approval Rak...." He said, for now he staved his blade, not going to strike at all unless Rak's assassination attempt went wrong. If such a thing occurred, he would be ready to jump into the battle.

Yes he does have that armor, how don't you approve of it now but you did before?
