The saiyan warrior, his black tail unwrapped from his waist and and swished around, the water dripped off of him before he used his aura to dry himself. As he heard the female's words he closed his eyes for a moment, his smirk never vanishing he looked toward her with his blood crimson eyes. Within the moment of those words, the saiyan closed the distance between himself and the female, aiming to drive his knee into her abdomen. If the hit landed, he'd send her crashing into the ocean with an elbow to the back of her head.
Well, just me, not Spriggs, I'll just have to remind him about the DBZ CS no worries ^.^

The saiyan warrior kept his sinister grin as he viewed the human, he didn't even feel need to read the female's power level. His grin grew wider as the female spoke to him, his right fist was clenched, a dark orb began to illuminate under the water. The outer light of the orb began to expand and retract back into the ball of energy, he threw the ball toward the female. It purposely went past her, tearing through the oceanic floor, carving a large trench, he grinned as he had made a demonstration of his power. He could ho,d his breath under the water for a long time but even he needed to breathe and it seemed that she didn't require it. She was not human at all, this made things even more interesting, he rose up out of the water and into the azure skies.
The building plans had been approved and were in the process of being executed, an energy shielding created with traces of raw orium. The two departed from the island by boat, the two had actually relaxed during the trip to their destination. Kori smiled to himself as he enjoyed the drinks, Cassius sneakily snagged a bottle of saké, Kori gave the boy a death glare. "Put it down..." Kori commanded him, Cassius nervously chuckled and put it down, grabbing a soda and sighing somewhat. "I wasn't going to really drink it, I swear to you my lord..." Cassius defended himself as he looked at the drink in the ice bucket. "Then why take it?" Kori asked him, the boy just shrugged and Kori smirked. "That's what I thought..." Kori chuckled, the young teen simply rolled his eyes, he looked toward land as he noticed how close they were to their checkpoint. "My lord, why are we departing to Russia? Should we not stay with the people?" Cassius asked his master curiously, Kori put a hand on his shoulder to comfort the boy. "The people are well protected, they will be safe..." He said to him, the two had finally gotten into port, they got onto the plane that would be headed to Russia.

Mason and Aaron were glad have finally been far away from that damned hotel, such a place shouldn't even exist in their opinion. There were some pros and cons to it though, they met people, a lot of people, some they doubt they'd ever forget. The bad side was that they had no free will, no rights to do as they pleased, their "handlers" always had them on a tight leash. They were glad it was all over, they had followed Nixon and now they ended up in a town, an empty one too with a carving of a word on a street lamp post. Aaron was familiar with the croatoan mystery, the missing colonists, it put him on edge, who carved this and why? Mason brought his hand to the post, gracing his fingers along the carved in letters and looking to his brother.
Kori sat within his throne room, his apprentice stood beside him, in front of them were four ninjas that wore a robotic white armor(think of grey fox). Kori was somewhat troubled, what had happened during their mission, they seemed unnerved by something but what? "What happened, what did you find out?" Kori asked the four kneeling spec-ops ninjas, their masks opened up to reveal their faces, each had a look of fear. "M-my lord, they have weapon unlike any other we have faced..." The first one spoke, bearing the royal symbol the Arashikage on his right shoulder, the highest ranking officer of that group. Cassius' look shifted from one without expression to a worried one, he glanced at Kori who seemed as troubled as the unit did. "What weapon?" Kori demanded an answer here and now, with worry the officer began to speak again in more detail. "It is called the Eden satellite, it has the power to destroy cities by the masses my lord, how can we stop it?" The officer asked his king, there were more things to worry about now, the people and what of Amber? "Tell every miner, engineer, and metalworker to head to the orium mines immediately..." Kori spoke, without a single word and only simple nods, the four vanished in a cloud of smoke and began alerting the workers. "Do you really think it'll work?" Cassius asked his master curiously, he was hoping it would work, he was hoping Kori would say yes. "I pray that it will...." Kori said to Cassius.

Love him! He'll be coming in a short time. After intros and such. Both your guy and Styder's character might come out at the same time.
