Kazelor Particle Accelerator Laboratory and Physics Weaponry Facility - Testing Accelerator
In Space 200 km Away

The chief scientist presented a view of the laboratory in front of a crowd, a giant steel contraption with an incomprehensible design. A small chunk of the laboratory detached, and were pulled towards a location 34,000 miles far from the facility itself, in orbit nearer to the parent uninhabited planet. After the piece was finally moved, so did the station, at the same distance. The crowd went silent for a moment, as the physicist began to take out a simple hologram interface, containing nothing but a red dot with a white cross in the middle. And as soon as he touched the center of the symbol, a bright, brilliantly colorful light came in the direction of where the module of the lab was.

And so did the world became engulfed in huge doses of ionizing gamma radiation.

And then the planet was gone, as if it was simply deleted from existence.

The black hole that consumed the world died out a couple of minutes later.
Sanctum
The officers looked at each other for a moment, as if surprised. The following message is sent, now in the foreigners' language

"We're still accessing your data for some terminologies and information.... there. Since you are a special case of an upper-level contact withdrawing from conflict, we will allow a safe contact procedure between the two of us. Benign, non-necrotic, non-virulent."

EST Cruise Ship Koonv, Dining Halls
Few of the Councilmen had decided a break from the strenous tasks of leadership, all thanks to a certain genetically-modified council member's multitasking efforts. Enjoying the fruitful harvest of this era, they indulged on the famous geothermally-cooked meals, from the simple, leafy salads to the grand finely garnished meats on elegant plates.

"So, which do you prefer, Voznik or Illver beer?"

"I suppose Illver. Voznik beer's too strong!"

"Too strong? And you call yourself an influential council member of the Makudan? Or even a proud member of the Kaiyou species?"

"Well, uhh..."

"In other news today, the Council ladies--- with the exception of Retsukuu, all seem to be busy in their personal lives."

"I wonder how's she doing, by the way."

"At this point she's still trying to break a single droplet of sweat."

"The news about that twin race looks exciting, by the way. Wouldn't be surprised if there's some sort of genetic connection between us and them."

"And what'll we going to do once it's proven?"

"You know, i'm tired of conquering civilizations. Let's have friends at least once in a while."
Draconian World (Triarian)
The scavengers were busy gathering any technology as usual. Probably kept on finding already found technology, but whatever.

"Sir, multiple unknown contacts headed towards this way. Their weapons look ready, they are showing signs of aggression."

"What?" The station's operator became quite nervous, in response to the intelligence officer's words.

"Repeating, sir. Multiple weapon-ready contacts approaching, possibly aggressive."

"They're probably here only to pick up some stuff. Lend them some, maybe- what the fuck was that!?"

A loud, rumbling sound were heard from the audio devices down on the planet. The two looked down from the window, to see multiple explosions littered across the surface, with beams coming from the same foreign fleet detected. The man opened up a communication link, and sent the following message with a translation code.

"Attention, hostile fleet! You are engaging against our technological and biological assets! This is an act of war, and if you continue, official war may be declared with the permission from our Council!"
Meeting
The admiral breathed a few sighs, then continued.
"If that's what you describe yourself, so be it. We see ourselves as being in the superior groups of the universal community. As the saying goes, Yᴏᴜ ᴀʀᴇ ᴡʜᴏ ʏᴏᴜ ᴀʀᴇ, I ᴀᴍ ᴡʜᴏ I ᴀᴍ. We will not take part as you insist. On the other hand, however, you may need to provide the terms. As said earlier, we have no diplomatic experience."

New Biological Weapons (Tested on Inhabited Planets not yet occupied by the Makudan, prototype NPSM-92 tested worlds were destroyed afterwards to prevent spread)
DKRD-45 - The DKRD-45 basically turns any dead corpses in the battlefield into remote controlled walking dead, and living people into malfunctioning bodies with confused, panicking consciousnesses. It consists of a giant cylinder containing airborne nanobots needed for the possession of dead bodies, and a control panel to control the undead and body-possessed armies. The nanobots basically arrange and modify any bodily cells that are still stable and living into muscles and nerves, keep them alive, and control their pulses. The mobility of a body is based on how many living cells are there, which multiply by the assistance of the nanobots. The armies can also be programmed to pick up any identifiable weapons in the vicinity. The nanobots can't perform mitosis, however.

NPSM-92 - The NPSM-92 nanorobotic substance forces all cells to divide rapidly while continuously supplying telomeres, turning a person into a grotesque, cancerous tumor that grows continuously until the person dies under its own weight. When said individual crushes on itself, the substance is released again into the surroundings, spreading and spreading until the nanobots consisting the substance are shut off by an external remote.
Mars
The shuttle of which the Admiral in charge was in flew down towards the landing pad, but not before noticing that a violent riot has taken place in the near vicinities of the desired meeting location. Despite the warnings however, he still proceeded to step down on the meeting location, although continued to take note of the recent events. Upon reaching the home, he sat down, said a warm greeting, and proceeded to talk (and gripping the governor's hand tightly if he's trying to run away to do something about the events).

"Greetings, Earth Alliance representative. Before the official discussion starts, however, you must calm yourself in spite of the ongoing conflict outside. We have set up portable nanorobotic energy barriers around the venue just in case. Now we have a plan to quell this conflict in some way. Taking advantage of the physical similarities between our species, my trusted apprentices could present themselves to the crowd as a more superior evolution of your kind, and we will keep the fact that we are separate species as extremely classified, if the research mentioned previously proves false."
Sorry people.

Beach vacation.
Incursion
"Scans on your planetary atmosphere is being conducted... done, no adjustments to the diplomatic room should be made, we breathe the same air as yours (This also means that Zoradean slaves are in very poor working conditions.). Also worth noting is that your race's appearance is an 85% match to ours, exception of us having extra appendages for flight, lighter skin, and longer ears. We will conduct research as soon as the meeting is finished. Putting that aside, however, i'll arrive to your designated location shortly."
(It's all up to Keyguy whether that research ends up in a plot twist or just coincidental.)

A severe disruption in space-time somewhere near the designated planet opens up a wormhole, from which a fairly large ship surfaces out from. The ship slowly descends into the atmosphere, near the largest city on the planet.

Immortal Caliber, Top End
Retsukuu sat on the top of the vertically-oriented Immortal Caliber, on the edges of the engine thrusters that glowed an eerie scarlet color in their center. She was quite high up in space, seeing how the giga-battleship towered for hundreds of miles long (tall in it's current state). Nonetheless, her new biological alterations kept her from disintegrating in radiation or choking in space, much like tardigrades.

Looking around the wide, panoramic view of the planet, her eyes gazed on the numerous space elevators towering above the clouds. A voice from behind caught her attention.

"Surprised that your previous artificial genetic mutations that just simply strengthened you both magically and physically gave way to you being able to having that kind of body. If it weren't for those, that man would've been useless." Kotonus remarked, his voice slightly muffled by his spacesuit. "But we don't remember the sequence of alterations that gave way to that, though."

"Don't worry, Kotonus." She looked back, her eyes giving off a fire-like magical red glow. "There can only be one."

The crew glanced at each other, as if they may have confirmed that this is the said race the archivers were speaking of. Nonetheless, they quickly concluded that the Admiral in remote command of the fleet should make a return transmission. A communication relay link opens up from the distant ship of the Admiral in charge, channeling towards the tiny fleet and then towards the contact. This time, the message has been translated, and notably different from the previous untranslated message.

"Greetings, Earth Alliance." His voice was somehow comparable to a Scottish accent, and of mid 20's. "Normally, we should have ignored making contact with the many species of your nation. However due to special reasons discovered by our archivers, some connection between the two of our civilizations may have been implied. As i can say, the inhabitants of the galaxy your are in, most especially your allies, is quite strong to take down a multigalactic empire. Taking that aside, however, we have little experience on the creation of diplomatic contact protocols, reasons undisclosed. Thus, you shall be the party conducting diplomacy."
Foreign Database Greater Archives
"My lords, data from the diplomatic archives of the Zoradean slaves before they have seceded have shown that they had diplomatic relations with the Odenders that the spy fleets have made espionage with recently. In addition to these, the Odenders, under the national name of 'Earth Alliance', may have sent computer-automatic diplomatic distress signals to the Slaves, which also gave a mention of the fallen Draconians through which our engineers are working on copies of their technologies. This implies some connection to the Odender races and us, through the Slaves."

"Response to findings: The Council has unanimously agreed on continuing contact with said Earth Alliance."

EA Star System, Unknown Coordinates
5 Exem Heavy Battleships, 5 Conus Light Battleships, 7 Edrin Light Cruisers and 50 Dakuu Stealthships surface out of wormhole travel towards random locations surrounding the entire star system. Once there, the spacecraft starts to send the following message, deliberately untranslated.

Denus obo nori koi? Meius kadii vokuu remesidunis alteneva ir ne koji. Jonzu zoron nedicus et Zoradeus, kedemiel.

In addition, multiple security systems protecting EA databases has been hacked, decrypting all the security features, from the encryptions that protect another set of encryptions, so on and so forth, down until the last set, until the data is fully accessible. These data has been stolen, giving the Makudan more information on recent events.
Odender (Milky Way) Galaxy
"Time limit for a response has been reached, my Aeternals. Should we head back to the nearest star system of ours, or should we stay conducting espionage on them?"

Impatience seemed to fill all the spy fleets that were observing the peculiar behaviors of the sentient evolved simians, who seemed to be processing also the remains of the multigalactic empire, albeit at a slower rate. Although they find this interesting at first, they could no longer show their interest with them. They were just simply standing by within empty space, near an unresponsive civilization. Some of their crew even slept on their dormitories.

"Exit back towards the nearest star system, espionage is now considered complete. Wait for further instructions for your next missions."
