It is impossible to seed Colony 741-something; i.e: a molten planet completely dry of water.
Colony 741
The stealthed guard ships made a 30-second delay before revealing themselves, trapping the patrols in a cage of energy, hacking the foreigner's systems, then respond with the following message that read:
"Greetings, Zonanese Empire. Due to potential hostility to the mining ships that are currently collecting the debris, we have imprisoned your ships within barriers as we communicate. First, the event that occurred is part of routine expansion that we have been conducting; we destroyed it as a whole instead of the inhabitants due to the already high numbers of vegetated habitable worlds in our possession. Another objective is to test our latest giga-battlecruiser and it's telekinetic magical hyperamplification device; out of all the worlds possible, this was selected. We regret to inform you that because this asteroid field has been considered to be annexed in the name of the Domaenus Makudan, you are regarded as having committed the act of trespassing, thus all personnel inside your ships are regarded as Type-III Offenders."
GDI no one is noticing that i have destroyed a Hach planet.
Forbidden Harbinger (Destroyed Hach Planet, see p.11)
Retsukuu waited a response from the owners of the planet, but after receiving no defense an assumption of the species being a single-world civilization only has been made. Due to this, the battleship returned back to within the central territories of the Makudan, assuming orbit of one of the central industrial centers of the nation while leaving behind a few battleships to guarantee safety of the miners. Retsukuu has figured that she had not yet tested her genetics right there, and was slightly disappointed at missing the chance of it, but nonetheless seems to show further interest within the telekinetic device.
"Rogue Dwarf Planet" FH-121212
The lone, empty world traveled between the stars, seemingly lifeless. What is special for this world, however, is being the husk of another Caliber-strength giga-battlecruiser planned and built some time before the Zoradean invasion attempt, which was in it's very final stages of completion. The workers were setting up the dormitory beds and some more electrical and magical wiring for the ship, and hired crews and troops awaiting to enter the ship were falling in line towards its entrance. The assigned captain?

No one other than the famed Retsukuu Yomo herself.

The starbridge was a dark room, keeping in line with the tradition of Makudan design. Only monitor and hologram interfaces lit it up, in a reddish hue. The decorative neon lines on the crew uniforms also lit up in the same color, giving them at least some visibility in the room. On the center front of the starbridge was the captain's seat, and here she laid down on the backrest, smoking an exotic cigar with a fragrant smell. Her young appearance sometimes mistake spectating foreigners (if there is any) into thinking of minor smoking, but this is attributed to her agelessness from--- again, biological engineering. She didn't mind the announcement from the speaker about the entrance of the crews and the completion of the finishing touches, although when everyone was inside the ship, she looked back, towards her crowd, which are apparently nervous from meeting a supreme-order politician and a military head.

"You ready, boys?" She finally spoke, after watching the external cameras. Everyone gave an affirmative salute immediately.

The dwarf "planet"'s external surface cracked open on one side, turning the medium of construction for the Forbidden Harbinger into a lifeless asteroid field as the ship passes through a wormhole.

Planet Designation 492-OCW (Hach World)
The Forbidden Harbinger reappeared out from a massive hole in orbit of the planet, steadying it's forward direction towards its moon. The telekinetic specialists inside the ship surrounded a large device that amplified telekinetic powers enough to move small celestial bodies with group work. Once they have moved it off-orbit and towards the planet, they released hold, then the starbridge watched as the moon slowly descended to the planet, until it outright collides with 492-OCW and turns it into a molten hunk of rock, killing its inhabitants. The telekinetics took a rest, apparently fatigued. Seeing how the planet is now worthless, except for the minerals, fleets of mining ships exit from the bay of the Forbidden Harbinger. The reason for the destruction of the planet itself instead of only its surface was due to many vacant worlds still existing in Makudan territories, and also to test the capabilities of the new telekinetic amplification device.

(Oh boy! I get to explain stuff! YES! I LOVE TO EXPLAIN STUFF!)An Abh is a member of the Abh species, which was created by the humans to be the perfect warriors. They can withstand extremely high g forces and have an "extra-sensory organ" that allows them to interface with a ship's systems to allow more efficient control. In the time they have existed, they have developed a deep culture (which I created by fusing extreme EA morals with the culture of the Abh species from the franchise I ripped them straight out of). As recently mentioned, they have a focus on understanding and harmony despite being created for the sole purpose of killing. Their martial art I mentioned is based off of Aikido, which is my favorite all-time way of fighting. For a visual reference, they have blue hair and pointy ears. This picture shows an Abh male and female:Abh males also appear quite feminine, and overall they might look frail to some, but they are much stronger than humans.

Source please.

For...uhh....

Science.

Yes, science.
Diplomacy
The man reviewed the terms for a moment, before turning his head back towards the man in front of him.

"This document shall be reviewed first by the Council. This will take only a moment, as they sign from their holographic tablets." The admiral tapped his finger on the table, as he waited. A 'ding' sound was heard some time later, indicating that a response has been received.

"There has been some mixed opinions, with most of the no-voters on the female group, that excludes the fierce one who agreed. The 'no' opinions could be focused on Condition III. Nonetheless, the majority is a yes, with 7 Yes votes and 3 No votes. Let this document be the official beginning of a binding contract between us."

The file was sent to every government offices within Makudan occupation.

Council House
"Anyone home?"

The men shouted, calling for whoever was inside the house. Indeed, Retsukuu was, so she came down the stairs from the highest floor of the building, dressed in an elegant red and white dress reminiscent of traditional Earth Oriental uniforms, complete with long, loose sleeves, tassels on the collar and the bottommost part of the clothing and a modern "staff".

"How were you not stressed?"

"Jobs being done quickly on this genetic level also meant plenty of free time. And most of the work i had were simple enough to just be done on a tablet."

"How much free time?

"Worth 19 hours a day."

"....what? I can't imagine."

"Basically it also improved my mental work. What a convenience. Also, how's the job with the Earth Alliance?"

"The treaty is passed, and the research for the reason behind the identical appearances starts to be worked on. I don't know when it is scheduled to finish."
((Key, the TERMS FOR THE ALLIANCE. Come on.))
Defrenz Production Facility - Drafting Center
The drafting head batted an eye on the middle-aged, somewhat badly-postured man standing in front of him. He stood unsteadily, although he still did not require a cane, and all his other features were well kempt. His lab coat, his glasses, his haircut--- all clean. The draftsman was skeptical on the idea of the scientist, checking the screen over and over again, and he seemed to be assuring himself that the idea of the man was just a joke. But the physicist--- he wanded that idea to pass for real.

"Are you serious, Professor? This looks like it could make for a big chunk of our cash." He scrolled on the device again.

"I AM serious about this! And we're a huge empire, you emptyhead! We could even build a thousand of that Immortal Caliber thing--- and still the Makudan stands! Look, boy. It's not the money that matters, my friend. It's the time needed to complete that thing that's only stopping us. But if we manage to build this, it could change the way Makudan weaponry works. This thing, this defines the way science and power works together. It will define us. If i could even manage to make the black hole last longer, we could even use it as a power source. Now stand up, get your pen, and sign that, right here, right now."

The draftsman was hesitant at first, but as soon as the scientist finished his speech, he quickly did what he said, taking his stylus and signing the holographic document. All the other men watching cheered on.
Some hostiles could be just lurking, and may surface once a certain condition is met.
Key, continue on with the contact.
Make the terms.

Also i'm going to be a potential enemy, once someone finds out the Zoradeus were enslaved and have shown violent reactions.
