Peace Talks
"Emily, we are giving only warnings for the sake of understanding each other more." Gvasty took his time to speak. "As for you, Equestrians, your number of 5 million does not change the fact that we have overcome a larger empire. And the matter that you are attacking one of our territories seems fabricated bullshit to make us fear things. If there was an attack, the Supreme Admiral here would have shouted it out. Now, now then. Let's now move on with the peace talks." He took a short deep breath, then continued. "Again, we are refusing to stop our rapid expansion despite your persuasion, but the numbers of 20 million surprises me. If you have some magic trick in your sleeve behind how your so-called 'Equiis Pact' is huge, tell us and we will come for that method. Otherwise, we will assume you do the same thing as us, and you are deemed as the most hypocritical entity we have ever encountered in the entire course of our history."

Scientific Report
A wormhole drive testing facility experienced an accident of interest with a new model of a wormhole generator. According to reports, a miscalculation within the engine caused the exit wormhole to directly overlap with the entry hole, sucked out the entire room, and coalesced into a perfectly round black sphere with the image of space across its surface. Workers who were within the sphere's range disappeared. The sphere lasted for only a minute, but left behind a strange, extremely-high energy particle even visible to the naked eye as emitting a bright shine comparable to a star's. Priorities for scientific studies are higher for the sphere, but the particle has also been kept for further research.
Alright. Revising count.

The Garnosh Galaxy, Orc home galaxy, has one million planets in total compared to the Milky Way which, in real life, is estimated to have around 100 billion planets, so if anyone is in ant here it'll be me. Out of interest, which nation is the smallest?

I think somewhere in this RP there was a mention that the Zonanese Empire only had like 17 worlds. Not sure if 17 or 170 though, but regardless of which, then the Zonanese Empire is the smallest.
Also, take note that out of all 100 billion planets in the Milky Way, only a small percentage is actually habitable. Unless you also seek dead planets for mining, you pretty much won't get hold of that vast number.

And note about your recent post, Duck. I thought the battle hasn't started yet.
"20 million worlds"
I didn't know such high numbers are already a standard. I thought that with the Orc's size of 1 million planets from controlling an entire galaxy that my amount would be sufficient enough to count as in the superior levels, but...
eh...
oh look i'm a fucking ant.
Permission to revise that number in my latest IC post to 7 million?
If someone saw my typo before the edit, please do not mind.
Also, blaze it.
Peace Talks
As they are warmly welcomed by the inhabitants of the planet, each of the group of representatives gave a nod to each other. They all stared towards the Equestrian representatives, one of them, the Supreme Admiral, giving off a stern expression, as if he'd wished the Equestrians would stop bothering with their business. The two civil sector representatives laid back, waiting for the interesting parts of the discussion to come by. The Aeternals were ready to take the first words of the talk, and so they did.
"Alright, all ears on my words." Deroe spoke up.
"First of all, we like to remind you that the Makudan has already have at least more than 4 million worlds in our control as of now, and that the Zoradean slaves the document mentioned used to have technology more advanced than ours before they were annexed under our territories. If you are indeed willing to take on such a large political and military entity, please consider. Second, we will not-- and will never, stop expanding the Domaenus, despite concerns regarding the welfare of civilizations involved, for the needs of the Kaiyouan civilization. Third, please consider yourself lucky to have been spared from the expansion. Provocation results in the dissolution of our mercy between you and us."
Peace Talks
The decision to get involved within the talks were unanimous among the council members, including Retsukuu herself who is now in stable mental condition. The necessary representatives will be as follows:

Aeternal Deroe Nodus
Aeternal Odometus Isvel
Supreme Admiral Isse Dev
High Diplomat Foren Esi
High Diplomat Trei Dis

- All Aeternals represent the governing body of the Makudan.
-The Supreme Admiral will represent the entirety of the Makudan armed forces.
-High Diplomats represent the civil sector.

Meh, looks like new scanners will have to be grown to find the entrance and the exit of these drives, then. Then I can gas planets!

Not all planets are Jews, man.

Calm down, Hitler.
Human-Kaiyou Connection Research
So far, genetic studies are still not in its peak stages, but archive studies have revealed one, massive revelation so far: a "small" project dubbed "7128-2810", or simply "Theo". The project dates to over 4,000 years ago, and resulted in the proof that contact with the human race have been already been made ages ago, but so far, its biggest impact was the creation of a huge cult following, a huge contribution to the human concept of "religion". The details is as follows.

Project 7128-2810 was a small experiment on the topic whether it was possible to accelerate a civilization's technological evolution by direct magical telepathic communication. (Telepathy is rarely used today due to the dominance of communication devices, though it can still prove useful, but only ranges up to stratospheric levels.) Theo was performed on a certain racial group of Middle-Eastern men in slavery, closely studying their language and using simple language to escort the slaves into freedom while directly sending a single soldier to slay certain members of the masters of the oppressed (event dubbed as the Passover). The freed men were then instructed certain tasks to ensure their self-independence, leading to the establishment of what was called Israel. Due to the corrupt tendencies of the newborn nation decades later, a diplomat, named as Yeshua or Jesus (actual Makudan name: Domeren Erdaz) by a female local whose memory was altered into thinking the diplomat was her child, was sent down to restore order, but was wounded while attempting and then was beamed up back. The project was abandoned later due to the seemingly impossible attempts to advance them, but the huge long-term impact of creating a culture that gradually unified the rest of human civilization through its course of advancement was not found out until now. Humans attempted to keep the events in memory through the creation of a collection of books named the Bible, but compared to the actual events in the Makudan archives, the records are quite inaccurate, with over 45% being fabricated due to human demand of explanations of numerous events within and before the project's timeline. As for the reason how the observation got into the Milky Way galaxy despite the Makudan still being in the Triangulum, data about that was somehow corrupted from the age of the machine carrying the data.

((Possible Common Sense War incoming. Oh boy here we go.))
Apologize for the inactivity.
3-day vacation.
Aeternal Emergency Personal Meeting
Absences: Retsukuu Yomo, Deroe Nodus, Gvasty Edr
All reasons due to direct combat involvement
Immortal Caliber Dining Hall

The mouthwatering scent of grilled meat wafted around the dim room. Significant political figures within the Makudan's governance sat beside each around the round table, which included the Aeternals, selected admiral and governors of important territories, especially the galactic border regions. In front of them was a 3D true-color hologram visual of the Triangulum home galaxy, where brilliant lights litter across its swirling gases and dust.

A loud bang from a gavel was heard, signaling the beginning of the meeting.

"Alright. Emergency meeting #14, begin. Topic: Potential Level VII race threatening war against the Makudan." Kotonus spoke out.

"Let's discuss first their technological overview." Kozir, the famed admiral notable for heading the mission that led to the Zoradean emperor's capture, said calmly and orderly. "As the Allied Interstellar Federation said, they have been able to retrieve the extinct Draconian technology. Since we also have retrieved and modified such technology, that wouldn't be much of a problem. They also say they have the advantage in numbers, but they didn't specify. Regardless of these facts, do not let down your guard. Now for the strategical discussions-"

"From where will they come?" Odometus raised a question.

"That, we don't know. However, we will place some space stations on galactic borders in all occupied galaxies, with a 350-lightyear distance between each. They will serve as bait for the hostile forces and will emit a signature of a military transmission regularly. If we see one is destroyed, then it is certain that they come from the side from where the station used to be. As for the formations, 5 large fleets in a cone formation with 120,000 ships each, separated two astronomical units from each other, will be the initial starting positions for combat. Reinforcements of the average fleet size will be staying within the planets nearest to the battle. The rest is up to me when the actual combat comes."

"Didn't the AIF say to end the war as quickly and with as low casualties as possible?" Governor Scoras inquired.

"That, we are also attempting. Flagships will perpetually send ceasefire requests while the battle is ongoing. That being said, only questions remain."

"Check for spies!"

"Uh, actually, we already have such a device for that set up. And because this meeting is located right at the heart of the Makudan, there are no possible issues here. So, any questions?"

Others shook their heads horizontally in a no.

"Meeting dismissed. Glad this went without arguments."

Everyone stood up and left.
