I like how we're indirectly discussing PPNS matters.

Guise post some IC ffs :T
Deroe sat down and continued. "Brethren, what we say is true, and this leads to another proposal that such races should be left alone. It is unwise for other men to bring down discipline on such fools. Let their own excess dependence on the belief of something imaginary be the one to befall inevitable failure upon them, not us." He stared towards the Equestrian representatives, and back to the Triarian Argutus. "However, one question remains. If the "god" they worship is actually real, but technically just a very capable and powerful biological being, does that count upon the eventual doom of a race or is it actually a major factor in their advancement?"

Ezten County, Homeworld
"Strange. Retsukuu always used to relax here while in free time. Does she have duties?" Odometus walked around, clearly looking for somebody. His eyes were all over the place already, but she was not here this time.

"There are no duties scheduled for her, Odometus. She might just be on a different place. After all, it's tiring to go to the same place all over again." Idera turned her eyes toward him. She usually wore a suit and a trenchcoat that was all black except for the suit's inside, but today it was some sort of a black bodysuit-dress hybrid, as most of the black torso being tight with two blue glowing lines running across its height, while the rest of the body coverage, the white dress parts, went along freely with the wind.

"I got my tracker, all of us in the Council has such chips to keep track of each other.... she's missing!" Odometus suddenly felt a sense of endangerment. "That tracker should have been able to detect even from the distant borders. Initiate emergency search!"
It was about time I made a logo to stop making the OOC look like boring shit.

Maybe i'll do so too for the Apps and Rules, if you would like.
The Supreme Admiral breathed a sigh of relief as his spacecraft was halted. The Aeternals did so as to order another flagship in orbit to open up a wormhole just below the Deadlink, catch it and return it back into orbit. Deroe listened closely as the two made their debate. While he seemed interested in their way of thinking, this was unsurprising to him; it was a fairly common occurrence in the personal meetings of the Council. When the Triarii had finished speaking, he stood up, and laid his hands on the table like a strategist getting an idea for a battle tactic. "What even is religion to you, AIF? Is it a cultural habit? Is it a necessary ingredient of unity in a sentient species? Or, a nuisance to scientific progress? Maybe even the proper advancement of a civilization?"
He then turned toward the Triarian representative, giving off a slight, blue fire-like glow in one eye.
"I find it humiliating to a nation to act under such a foolish belief, and more so when they slowly turn themselves into the laughingstocks of the galaxy after they have faced the larger, more scientifically advanced civilizations-- and have failed. Religion is only good while a race still shoots with gunpowder ammunition, but once they have grown to be able to explore the cosmos, they should leave it behind-- and embrace the reality of scientific thinking and independent social progression. It's like a child-- they have an imaginary friend to play with, and once they grow up into a juvenile, they accept its nonexistence, and mature into a capable man ready to live a full life. Continue having such a friend influence your living way past that point of development, and you are regarded as mentally ill, perhaps, schizophrenic. This is the reality of reality itself."

The civil sector representatives then reported. "Our scholars are almost done with the paperwork."

Somewhere in the corner of a room, a watchful, magical eye overlooks upon the commotion. Who knows who did this belong to. Maybe that same person that almost crashed down the huge vessel.
Why does it feel like you're getting on much later? Like, last time i see the activity jumps to 1 PM in my time, and now it's 3 PM.
"Judging by where the ship is headed.... It looks like it's on purpose. It's right towards this meeting site. I assume it's internal sabotage for this situation, but it seems that the motives of both incidents conflict each other, as while the document leaking aimed to defame the Makudan and bring justice to our ways, this is aimed at preventing not only the formal bindings between us races, but also the change in the expansion system. That said, it is likely that these incidents are not performed by the person, Thus it can be assumed as that a Zoradean may have leaked the document, but..." Isse paused, then looked down. "Who did this?"

MSC Deadlink
Isse's Flagship

"formal bindings between us races, but also..."

"Well, they know. Now all the systems are shut, it'll hit in no time." The familiar, winged figure whisphered to herself. "I don't like such changes going to happen in this system, and i'd like to see something exciting for once. Hope that AI replacement of mine deals with the councilwork."

She flew out, just as the 80km Deadlink plunged towards the planet, the front of its hull beginning to glow from atmospheric entry.
Deroe turned to the Triarian representative. "What is religion?" He paused, as if emphasizing what he said. "What exactly do you people mean by religion? Is it actually an ideal based on a moral value? Maybe a collection of numerous beliefs on a single being? Is it the idea of numerous omnipotent, omniscient people influencing a plethora of cultures? Or maybe is it simply many people sharing a common imaginary friend? Is it simply an excuse for a group of people to gain advantage over many? We , the Kaiyouan civilization, have never experienced the concept of theology for millennia. It has long been disappeared from our minds, and the only reason why that word exists in our dictionaries is to see how our forefathers did in their age." He turned to the Supreme Admiral, who began to be nervous.

"Isse, what is wrong? Having another case of speech anxiety again?"

He replied with a dead look in his eyes.

"Why the fuck is my flagship that I parked up there rapidly deorbiting?"
Peace Talks
There was some commotion within all the Makudan reps for the moment while the others were discussing. There was even a point where a decision was forwarded to the entire Aeternal Council, which also took a moment, then finally thought up something.

"We have finally admitted we have been using a cruel form of slavery, at least in your terms of morality. We have been executing and torturing those who did not work and those who are of insolence to a Kaiyouan. Now, AIF. Remember the very first message we have sent you? That untranslatable one? We finally uncover what it actually meant: You had the Zoradeus as your ally once, now they have fallen under us. We are trying to think of solving this problem once and for all. Making them officially part of the Makudan citizenry, or setting them free into an independent nation, either way they will rebel against us and they will wipe us out, or more likely, we'll wipe them, as we fear." One of the High Diplomats took a sigh.
((Then write clearer so that i don't have to keep misinterpreting schtoof and schsit."))
Peace Talks
"Sure, we rely on amplifiers as spells. But what if i told you, that i have a staff back there in my ship that can make this entire city be engulfed in plasma? Not that we want to, anyway, just giving an example. We do not lack magical knowledge, our bodies are only incapable of what you do. That magical knowledge is made to create the necessary tools to take over that disadvantage-- and perhaps, surpass your magical abilities." The Supreme Admiral said, his body able to do combat magic despite being a Kaiyouan male due to the artificial "psyche", or magical organs artificially implanted within him, as well as with most men in the armed forces
.
Note that without such modifications, a male cannot do magic as he is not born without a psyche organ, and only females do. The Makudan has already made to program reproductive cells to create psyche organs on a male being born, but that evolutionary generation is still few in number compared to the whole of the Kaiyouan populace.

"Now, while we wait for the paperwork to come, shall we continue to discuss such things?"

Scientific Report
Numerous runs were performed to recreate the process. An interesting observation found was that, tests that were similar in the size of the wormholes both resulted in spheres with the same appearance. It was also found that, all the spheres lead somewhere to unknown space, theorized to be external universes. If possible, this may be the ultimate solution to stop the problem of mass expansion genocides once and for all. One big problem that remains, however, is how can a ship fit through the dimensional portal. Because it is only a dozen feet in diameter, only interceptors and space-maneuvering troops can fit inside, and they are quite useless for colonization. Combining two similar spheres didn't seem to work, as it only degenerated into nothing. Wormholes seem unable to be opened on the other side of the link. The particle found in the accident was unable to be recreated again, however, so that particle could have come from that certain universe and is not actually a product of the dimensional sphere. Aside from that, still no significant discoveries is found within the mysterious particle, dubbed as the Ⓞ∞, but for now priorities are being set on how to use its ground-breaking property of possible endless energy.

((Another Yuanon (or Yuanon-like particle) discovered, basically.))
Peace Talks
The Supreme Admiral took his turn to talk. "First of all, you seem to make very confusing statements. Last time, you said one of ours fleets were destroyed despite our skepticism for that statement. And now, you say you were just observing? I assume your race has poor short term memory, in which case, I'm surprised you were able to advance to the space age. Second, please cite instances in which you have shown to have a better understanding on magical studies than us." He finished, then gave way to a civil sector representative.
"Now back on topic. We'd like to consider incorporating that method into our expansion system. However, our political students will take a short insight first and then add additional revisions to keep expansion rates high. We will colonize only sentientless planets at the time of delay before taking the procedure into full effect."
