Asura blasts his way downward, as he finds himself moving through several layers of densely packed hallways, Laboratories and even living areas, all of them underground. It's significantly warmer here, and the steady hum of a heating system can be heard, although the electric lights affixed to the ceiling remain off. In these hallways, Asura sees series of bronze, humanoid statues, posing in positions of terror and flight, as if they had been turned to bronze mid-run. Expressions of fear still haunt their faces, perfectly preserved. The dark magic in this place leaves almost a palpable trail, as if Asura was moving through a thin soup of coagulated human fear. Below and to the right, the Failed God feels Genocide, although even with the repeated blasts from Vajira, both parties are moving down at an equal speed. Furthermore, blasting through layer after layer of metal was placing a strain on Asura's energy reserves, if he continued like this he would arrive exhausted. Already, he had dug down dozens of meters through the maze of winding corridors and bronze statues, the dim light of the outside world reduced to irrelevance by the sheer depth. Whatever Genocide was after, it would be near the core of the planet, where Asura could feel a definite wrongness, as if he were looking at an angled picture. Coupled with the powerful aura of dark magic in this place, it did not bode well for what lay in the centre. --------------------------------------------- The newly formed Kevin clone simply turned, mute and emotionless, cocking it's head as it observed Leeroy's change. Already, crackling lightning rippled over the creature's skin, gathering in his hands into large, glowing orbs. Wielding two orbs, each a different wavelength, humming with power. It seemed as if 5 hadn't spent any energy fighting Kevin - in fact, the homicidal nanobot swarm seemed to be stronger than ever, quite possible due to the new Soular Shard that now floated among it's metaphysical collection.
Seeing this shard, seeing him take on the look of his old friend...this, let Leeroy knew more than he needed. Springing forward, Leeroy's steps shattered ice and stone beneath, as he rushed the creature, a aura of dark green covering him, his skin darkening to a black. Leeroy was activiating...everything, pretty much. But the most alarming thing would be what's forming in his right hand...a blue sphere, with a red core. Life energy, weaponized, and formed into a projectile. And this battering ram of a thing, was all aimed at five... Well, it was, until an apparent blast of blue energy slammed into Leeroy, sending him flying backwards. Near by, stood Tsubaki, who seemed to have a rather...devious plan, as she drags Leeroy away. "Hey, Kilroy...mind taking out the trash?" She asks, as Kilroy, the android, steps out, and appears before the scene of death, and destruction. "I've heard about your goals of destruction. I'm afraid I can't let you do that...." He says, looking at the two juggernauts who had pretty much decimated the team as so far. Walking forwards, he looked to Toguro, and saw him as the lesser threat....before turning to five, and tilting his head. "You're a robotic creature with a soul...no, shards of souls...pity, you're so misguided..." Kilroy says, before dashing forwards, with a plan.
Bug sighed. He knew he could do something, something extreme....but it would give Mithias the power he needed. "....I...could do something....but you become a monster to most.....are you willing to give up everything? Truely?" Bug asks him, with a rather serious look.
Bug's mind was flooding, overflowing with many a thought and idea. "A shark? Wait, was it raining before?" where, who, how, why, when, where the thoughts most common...but as he saw the fish like thing move into attack, his mind, flooded, came up with a basic idea, one to stop the shark. It was attacking from all directions, so he would attack all directions. With a single pulse, a green wave of force was released from the insectoid, with his hopes of at least knocking the creature ba- Now, he was with Mithias, behind him....trying to calm him. And failing.... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leeroy...was to late.....to late, by just moments, to late. As leeroy stepped from the portal, onto the icy world on which he found himself after tracking his fellows, he froze (no pun intended) at his first sight.... A bloody mask, shattered.... no.... no.... no..... ........ Leeroy just stared, shaking. One part of his wooden face looked different, dead...almost, like it could be peeled off, to show something else. He fell to his knees, clutching his head, growling, grunting, snarling. To those who could see his body, he began to change. He began to take a more human shape, definable muscle and bone structure becoming seen under his bark....he became more human.... To those who could see his soul...the normally green, lively, invitingly calm thing, was rippling...a large slice, taken out, revealing a red core...and from this core, anger, hate, rage, malice...all, were beginning to flow around the rest, a wavelength of vile emotions...something within Leeroy, old, and hidden away, was re-awakening... And for Number 5, he could tell...it would all be aimed at him, in a few moments. "Who...." Leeroy snarls out, his voice deeper, more human. "Who...killed....my friend...."
((Seeing as how matt has seemed to blip off the map, I'm starting a side storyline to keep things flowing. Feel free to throw anyone here, when matt wishes, we can revert to the normal storyline.)) It was an average day for most people. Well....most... That is, until several multi-colored portals opened up to some of the more powerful of the known multiverse....and, many ignored them, but a few entered.... What awaited them, no one of them could see coming.
Could I join? I am quite well versed in dark souls.....and I'm quite skilled in the game and such, so I know the ins and outs.

If you want to capture them alive, I'd do so before Drac gets there, if he does. He's going to be a tad murder oriented with them.
The Tsukune that was also Mithias turned back to the new Bug. "It looks like none of us have seen your father, friend. I'm very sorry." He glanced at the old Bug with a wary eye. "I will help you, but I'm a little worried about my friends right now. I just want to be sure that they are safe."

"You said they fell down that hole, eh?" Bug asks, as he ventures slightly closer to said, pit, caution present in every step. The others could see Bug's caution...only his other, could smell the fear lingering in him. It was great...he was fearful, very, fearful...of this time, this place. Reaching down his throat, and pulling out a beetle of some sort, blue, with a strange horn, Bug lets out a slight gurgle...before casting the insect down the well, seeing, and feeling, though it. He would discover the fate of his two old friend..or, the images of them in this place....this...place. In Bug's mind, thoughts raced. "How close is this to.....have I already done....how many were...." But one, most important one rang. "...Will I have to kill myself, to save Mithias? Is this place making me atone for that sin?" Waiting to see what was down that hole, Bug kept an eye on his other self...and making sure, that event, would not start.
> > "You're right. He does sort of look like you, Bug." > > Mithias stood up with the new Bug and smiled at him as he asked his question. "Of course you can, friend." He gestured to each of the company one at a time. "This is Bug, over there is Matt, that's Angel, and I'm Aono Tsukune. It's kind of strange how you just dropped out of the sky like that. Did you come to find Bug? Did you happen to see anyone else on your way?" "A knight in armor, with a spear...he didn't have eyes." Bug says, playing along with this little game...at least, for now. "I was looking for my father, and it lead me here....you wouldn't of happened to see a man, really pale, wearing most likely a white tee shirt, jeans, a cowboy hat, black shoes, and a metal gauntlet, have you?" He asks them all.
Bug, for lack of a better word, has his mind blown over the area by this. "...Hello...." Is the first thing the very confused nature being says, as he looks over the familiar faces, taking Mithias's hand, and letting himself be pulled up. He goes to speak, a finger lifted to show he was going to say something...before the finger curls slightly, and he appears to lose what he was about to say...the finger straightens, and then curls, showing his was most likely picking his words, carefully. "...Can I have the pleasure of learning your names?" Bug asks, being very, very wary.
> Mithias was quite relieved. Bug was still Bug, at least on the inside. "Well, I, er, um... What about you? You said you shouldn't do it, then you lept the hell in!" Mithias' ass still felt the imprint of Tsubaki's boot as he tried to divert the subject. "I've gone though hell to save my father before, this, this was nothing." Bug says, chuckling a bit. He grins, quite liking this thrill of being back in the figurative saddle...it had been far to long.
