Luckily for Logar, the screen auto-censors the picture, preventing an awkward situation, and Logar's eyes squints slightly.
"...It's her.....Prepare a landing craft. I'm heading planet side." Logar declares, as he walks away from his bridge, and into a landing craft, before ending up on the planet. He goes though, even barging though, whatever means he must, but he tries to make his way towards Mia.
@Tyki
"Her name would be Mia.....and she's be carrying a scalpel when she arrived." Logar replies, tensing up, before leaning in slightly. "...Kalus, don't fuck with me here. If she is here, I must talk to her. She may be someone from where I'm originally from, and from what I understand, the more of us appearing in this reality, the worse. If you try some sorta diplomatic bullshit to further your kind, you may end up getting us all killed." Logar says, cracking his neck slightly.
@thewizardguy

In a sudden, as it is trying to be contacted, the phone spins, and flips open. In a shining blue hue, a hologram was projected, a tall, muscular man on the other end, showing the Forsaken King Drac on a one to one scale. He looked at the two by him, and then to Matt's ship. Connecting to the call between Mia, and Matt, Drac spoke, and he did so with a wry smile.
"....Matt, it's been a long time. Do you remember me, perchance, or has time worn away such memories of foolish betrayals, and grim repercussions?" Drac asks, his smile growing into a serious poker face as he began to speak. "......But....Maybe that's best saved for later. I must warn you, do not listen to her.....she's planning something. That man, Cosmos, is also not to be trusted..he sought to enslave all of existence before, or destroy it....their true motives were unclear, but they did attempt to summon monsters even your armies couldn't stop. Luckily, my allies and I lead an attack, stopping them for now...They've splintered apart for now. Matt, I know we may not of ended off our last encounter on a..high, note, but remember..I was the last man who stood beside you. I still see some good in what you do.....and now, you can't harm my family, so our interests do truly now aline.

Now, I make you the same offer as them, but I do it for a different reason than her. I require no copy of archives, no money..simply a promise. You will leave me, and my family, alone. No attacks, no invasions on my lands....and we'll not cause conflict with you. Think carefully on such an issue..your choice will have farther reaching effects than anyone of us may first think."
With this, Drac stands, looking at Mia and Cosmos. The phone's transmissions were technological, developed by Tsubaki, hopefully alleviating the worry of Cosmos a skewing the transmission.

Logar laughs slightly, but suddenly, he freezes, sensing something...no someone.....is that? No......

Mia....
"...Kalus.....is there a woman on the planet....black hair......black dress....black blood?" Logar asks slowly, it being a very serious question. Several clones scramble about, pressing buttons, making calls, all in a panic. It seems this Mia woman was a large deal to the clones, at least from the slight panic she induced to those with Logar. He seemed to remain calm, but he grew a coldness unseen of him by Kalus. Something changed, as if a switch was flipped......

This may not end well....
@Tyki

"Thank you Kalus, sorry for appearing unannounced, but a very good turn of fortune, one much needed, has happened. We've discovered a large amount of stashed weapons, facilities, and munitions from our counterparts in this reality. We're nearly back to full strength that we were before. We've even found a large uninhabited galaxy to colonize within a universe not to far off the spectrum from here. In a few weeks, we'll be back to full strength." Logar says, grinning. Soon, the empire establishes trade routes with the sergals once again, and their production in the week is able to produce surpluses of supplies even the sergals find to be lacking.
@Teoinsanity

They would appear in a small, lavish apartment, Saeid being kept company by several red skinned, horned humanoids, resembling demons. Saeid is sitting on a bed, drinking a canned soda, sighing. Soon, what appears to be a young teen boy, in a suit, with short, thin black hair. On his right hand, is a skull ring, with horns. The boy tightens his tie slightly, as he looks at the crystal woman, and the robotic bear before him.
"Ah, Teo's flunkies....So, before you begin to be angered, I'd like to inform you about how Saeid would of been wiped out by Matt's army. In a former life, Saeid taunted, and wrought destruction against Matt. So, calm yourselves before you decide to attack....." Ozzy says, and several of the demons look at Melody, and Brown, their weapons at the ready.
Name: Unit Alpha-309 Or Eod (E-odd) for short.
Age: 2.37 years.
Age appears to be: 19
Species: Android (totally artificial robotic created with a human appearance.))
Pic: ((Add in a ever so slightly robotic overtone, and that's as close as I could find to an android super hero.))
Backstory: Eod was a robotic created of Soldier, being worked on at Kilo point. However, during a recent attack, he was forced away from his faction, his memory only programmed with his adaptive personality. One of the first thing he observed, and learned, was self preservation, seeing those around him flee for their lives as a wave of vampires moved in on the mechanical testing area he was in. Quickly, and faster than those who had built him, he retreated, but a vampire did engage him, and damage him to the point of fleeing away from the others to escape.
With his systems damaged, out in the wilderness of the country, he came across a small family. With the father of the family being a mechanic, he patched up Eod as much as he could, and Eod explained his situation the best he could. The family, not one to let someone, even a robot, be left alone with no one else to help, they allowed Eod to stay with them. The only child of the family, a little boy named Ricket, took a liking to Eod, always calling him a superhero due to his above human abilities.
Eod grew to like his fellows, even calling them family. He became far more human with them....Until one day, a young vampire, who appeared to be in his early teens arrived on the farm stead, wounded. Quickly, the family tended to his wounds, but were set upon by a group of Purge fighters. Entrusting Eod to keep the vampire child safe, the two hid in the farm building...but Eod heard gunshots arise. Quickly rushing out, he had found that the mother and the father of his human family had been killed, and Ricket was mortally wounded. Quickly, and with as much rage as his robotic emotions could muster, Eod killed the Purge responsible for their deaths. Being with Ricket during his final moments, Ricket for the last time told Eod of just how much of a hero he was, before Eod made his dying friend a promise. He would become a hero, and he would make sure to keep everyone safe, and never let something like what happened to Ricket and his family ever happen again. With this, Eod sets out, looking for his former home, Kilo point, now seeking to be the hero of his story.

Faction/Goals:Primary objective: Destroy Purge. Secondary objective: Aid in bringing world peace

Personality: He tends to appear rather socially inert, but slowly, he will learn things from those around him, picking up quirks, his sense of humor, and a few other such things from those around him. What he does have at his current point, is an affinity of comic books, and helping to keep children safe from harm, human or otherwise.

Powers:
Artificial strength: Due to his construction, Eod is stronger than most people, and a few vampires on the lower end of the pool in terms of strength. He's able to rip doors off of cars, break normal human bones with ease, and even puncture metal walls with straight punches.

Immense storage: With his body specialized, Eod is able to transport a verity of weaponry, ammo, medical supplies, and more. It works similar to that of a super hero utility belt.

Adaptive robotic mind: Eod's mind is able to adapt itself to that which it encounters. Learning a new language, memorizing a book, gaining a sense a humor, all quite easy for Eod. He's like a sponge, absorbing the knowledge around him. This also allows him to adapt in combat, seeing, memorizing, and adapting to combat strategies he encounters. This does take time to preform, so a single encounter may not give him the data needed to counter a strategy, but several encounters will lead to him adapting. Due to him being a robot as well, such things as mental attacks which would work on biological targets would fail against Eod.
Weapons:
Twelve gage, pump action hunting shotgun with custom rounds: A hunting shotgun he managed to salvage from his first encounter with Purge, he has wielded the weapon with extreme accuracy ever since. With the sheer amount of modification available to shell ammunition, Eod has created rounds for many different occasions, even creating a shell that if need be, can be filled with debris from the surrounding area. Such shells are slugs, stinger rounds ((A shotgun shell filled with smaller, bullet ammunition, such as a 22.)), silver pellet rounds, and even a specialized stake round, in case of encountering hostile vampires again.

Smith and Weston: Dual revolvers, formerly owned by the father of the family that took Eod in, he puts them to good use, able to fire, and reload them faster than some can fire semi-automatic weapons. The pistols are 45. magnums , with smith, the right hand revolver, holding incendiary tracing rounds, while Weston, the left hand revolver, holds silver rounds.

In built blow torch: In his right arm is an inbuilt blow torch, for both self repairs, and setting foes ablaze, as it has been adapted to work like a make shift flamethrower, it using the used mechanical oil in Eod's body, making his waste, lay waste to his foes.
Skills:

Mechanic:
Eod knows his way around vehicles, and even advanced robotics. With his inbuilt blow torch, some wire, and a few other supplies, Eod can get cars, trucks, and even some things such as door controls repaired in moments.
Decent hand to hand combatant: Eod has decent experience with using his hands to fight others, but is outclassed by anyone with formal martial arts training.
Child at heart: Eod is surprisingly good with dealing with children, able to change to fit each child's personality. As such, in an emergency, Eod can help lead children to safety in a way they'd be co-operative with.
Name: Hugo Bartel
Age: 549
Age appears to be: Someone in their older fourties.
Species: Vampire
Pic:
Backstory:
Hugo was born in the later part of the middle ages, in Catania, Italy. He was a philosopher which studied at the University of Catania, and he had created many theories about how physical objects reacted to different forces subjected to them, such as a push, or pull. He even created a theory similar to that of newtons, but in these early times, such a theory was ignored by his fellows, and he himself let it fade into obscurity. In these times, he was contacted by a group of vampire hunters of the old times to create a weapon which could fire a large stake from a far distance, further than any bow, or cross bow could. He had begun work on such a weapon, but never completed it, as a vampire, one with crimson red hair, and red eyes had attacked them, killing a few, and turning most of them. In such a time of religious fanaticism, most of the turned hunters put themselves, and their fellows to the blade. Hugo barely escaped with his life, but was turned without his knowing. Soon, his thirst became great enough he struck out, killing both his mentor, and his friends. Now seeing he was a monster he was at one point hired to help end, he fled, heading north east, hiding in the easter/north corner of modern day Russia for a majority of his turned life, studying, and feeding on those who would attempt to hunt him, or otherwise bother his research. Eventually, after learning how to conceal his nature to others, and hearing about a new budding nation where religion would not hinder his research, he set out and boarded a ship to america. Now, in the modern day, he seeks to continue his study in physics, advance his personal knowledge, while hunting down the vampire that turned him, on that fateful night, hundreds of years ago.
Goals: Stay alive, hunt his turner, and keep the world from ending in general.
Faction: He is willing to work with both Soldier, and the rouge vampires if it furthers his own goals, but swears any sort of permanent alliance to no one. While he does dislike Purge, he won't go out of his way to give them a hard time. If a fellow vampire is being attacked near by, by he isn't detected, he'll leave his kin to the dogs.
Personality: Hugo is curious, calculating, extremely logical, and tends to appear cold due to it. He represses normal emotion in an attempt to allow logic to dictate what's right, but he does once in a while let his small amount of remaining kindness get the better of him. Any vampire with crimson hair must beware, however, for he'll ask them a question, and the answer means everything. "...Natural, or dyed?". He hates all vampires with this hair color naturally, and he may even get them offed, if he gets the chance. If one can prove they weren't the culprit, he'll spare them any wraith, and may even grow a liking to them, as a method of asking for forgiveness.
Powers:
Telekinetic Matter Manipulation: Akin to his studies in university, Hugo's powers involve applying kinetic forces onto objects. In his turned life, he's honed his powers, using them to further his studies. He's developed many techniques for this ability, including being able to appear to nullify gravity on an object. In reality, he counters the force gravity puts onto an object with his own powers, effectively reaching the same results as turning gravity off. He's also adapted flight for himself, however he cannot manipulate other objects while flying, and flying extremely long, or high, tends to tire out his focus. In combat, he can rip weapons from people's grasps, unless they are fairly physically capable, throw around things such as cars, and even, if he is left to concentrate in a meditative state, able to cause blood clots within the body of another, but doing this leaves him extremely open to attack.

Weapons:
Whip Blade: Hugo's main weapon is a long chain Esq weapon, covered in sharp flesh rending blades, used in a manor similar to a whip. With his telekinetic abilities, this become a versatile, dangerous bit of metal. However, it has no poison on its blades, and is made entirely of durable modern day steel, meaning anyone of extreme physical power can rend this weapon, leaving it useless.

Poisoned needles: Hugo has several thin, steel needles he covers in readily available poisons, such as cyanide, extracted from many common sources, such as some seeds, and hallucinogenic substances. Such weapons are built for dealing with human adversaries, and will deal little damage to vampiric foes.

Alphonse's Whisper: The former family crest shield of his best friend, Hugo has turned it into a ward against harm, that's compact, and portable. A shield that extends from what looks like a simple foot long metal pole, it can transform into a three foot tall, two and a quarter foot wide shield, made to, in conjunction with his powers, stop small to medium power ballistic munitions fire. Something from a pistol to a hunting rifle in terms of power, and a semi-automatic weapon in terms of speed, anything above this many puncture though the shield.
Skills:
Spacial awareness: One of Hugo's most dangerous skills is his uncanny ability to sense movement near him, like a predator with prey. A attempt to pull a weapon, or flip a switch may be enough to tip him off to what is happening.

Physics Mastermind: Hugo's advanced understanding of physics, and more accurately, kinetic energy, allows him to angle things he throws to bounce around, but still strike a target. This also helps him when avoiding enemy thrown projectiles, him being able to easily plot their course of flight.

Extremely good memory: One of Hugo's lesser skills, his memory is exceptionally sharp, allowing him to remember extremely small details about events, which can aid him in pursuit of a possible culprit.
@Tyki

It was a massive appearance, like a thousand stars filled the night sky of the sergal worlds. Thousand upon thousands of ships appeared, as coms channels all over the empire are called. Hundreds of planets with outposts, former clone planets, are the main contacts...but one extremely large ship appears near Kalus's location, as a com channel to Kalus is called. When answered, to be asked who it is who wishes to speak to a high general, a familiar face appears across the holo-com.

"It's been a while my old friends....It's Logar, Emperor of the Clone empire. I, have returned."

This massive array of ships is double the old empire's size, as though two former empires have joined forces into one ultimate super power of a empire. Two different types of ships now unload more passengers to their old worlds, places once destroyed and leveled repaired at speeds in which even the sergals would be amazed. Factories of mining equipment, weaponry, and civilian supplies all repaired in blinks of an eye with the massive work force now at the empire's disposal.

Many sergals are greeted by old friends, long thought to be dead, and even Tide Bringer, the cloned Sergal returns to the capital, his fur now maintaining an oddly purple tint to it. He returns to his work killing bugs, being far more worried about raising a large swarm. He quickly starts to look over the dead of the insects, as if studying their bodies. Quickly, he develops new forms of lighting based strikes to better cripple their bodies, soon, even being able to take down larger insects with relative ease, where as before, due to his ignorance of their bodies, they'd of easily over ran him and his squad. His powers also seem slightly, ever so slightly bolstered.

On the capital world, a small single man fighter appears, as Delta reappears. She opens coms with the capital, knowing codes to get directly in, as such things would be paramount to her former occupation.
"I heard the city I left for a few moments got nuked eh? Good thing I felt the need to investigate a new threat." She says, chuckling.
