Appearance: A tall, rather muscular man, with long, thick, curly black hair. His eyes are the mainly jarring thing about him, as due to his abuse of dream, they've become clouded with blots of red, almost giving him the appearance that he has red clouds in his eyes. In reality, this is blood, trapped there. It doesn't hamper his eyesight, but is a unmistakable feature of a dream addict. His clothing mainly consists of white tee shirt, jeans, brown work boots, and maybe a fedora.
However, this is his outfit when he wishes to blend in. When he is out preforming his criminal activities, he tends to dress up as a theme, be it a pirate, king, scientist, ect.
Abilities: Marksman: Ricky has done a lot of shooting in his days, meaning he's able to pop off shots with good accuracy.
Complete lack of morals: Ricky's heart is as black as they come, as he has no qualms about doing whatever is required to get his agenda forwarded.
Criminal monopoly: Ricky is the leader of one of the largest criminal undergrounds in the known multiverse. As such, he has the resources to do pretty much anything. He can hire hitmen, spies, actors, ect.
Weaknesses:
Drug addiction: Ricky has an addiction to a new drug known as dream, which completely detaches him from reality. This is his only real weakness, as it is nearly crippling.
Insanity: This is..considered a weakness, but barely. His method of thinking is so off the walls, so absolutely nuts, that it is hard to get a step ahead of him, because he may end up moon walking in a completely differently direction.
