Any character approved from HCL 2 is still approved for here, and will not need a new cs.
Rules:
Any Character allowed! Except for omnipotent characters, instant mind control pcs ((Mind controlling non-pc characters, such as npcs that the gm is running is more so allowed, but ask first. You know?)) Characters that are truely immortal ((Everything has to be able to die some way.)) and finally, nothing able to level galaxies, unless they've some MASSIVE weaknesses, or some sort of videogame boss like weakness that characters could go around, destroying.
Don't kill the fun: This should be self explanitory, but, if you use your characters to be dicks ((This doesn't mean having a villain, it means being basically a bully to a person, via a character attacking theirs. Or by ruining stories when your characters have no reason to show up.)) They will get a GM back hand strong enough to shake even the sturdiest of beings.
Gm is always right: When you do something that interferes with what a gm is doing, or a gm points out your character shouldn't be able to do this, and you attempt to appeal to no avail...well...tough luck. No, I as a gm won't abuse this, but if I ask you nicely not to do something, most likely that thing interfering with rule 2, please, just don't do it.
Universe.....Everywhere.....: Pretty much, any universe you can imagine exists, with different rules of physics. For example, in DBZ, humans can become planet leveling power houses with enough training, and will power. In the Soul Eater universe, every being has a soul, that some people can see. These souls are solid, and can be devoured. Ect.
No God Modding: Your character's should be able to insta dodge, unless they're legitmidly stronger. For example, it's ok if...let's say, a Goku level character is able to run laps around Joe Average, but two evenly powerful dudes should be trading blows, not one dude dodging everything, and insta-hitting his foe.
Have fun!: Go nuts, do interesting things, explore. There is a vast multiverse here for you....go, and experience it!
