Optimus Prime had fully awoken, and remembered his place as one of the original thirteen. His courage was fueling this new weapon, and right now he had seen enough death.

Darkside was very, VERY alarmed by this. Taking a step back in semi horror, it is almost like he thought Optimus was someone else. He quickly calms down, and bombards that shield with great telekinetic strikes.

The Decepticons were catching on to the Kryptonian, and started shooting. A crashing aerialbot hit the ground near Haley and her team. it exploded, the bot instantly dying.Optimus stood up again, and looked at Megatron, with a gaze much more fierce than ever before, "I give you this last warning, leave, " he said, equipping a weapon (a sort of sword) given to him from Solus Prime. It's power was almost on level with the Matrix. His address was equally meant for their smaller foe, he wanted the battle over.

Sensing such a large energy source, Darkside makes a b-line towards Optimus.
"Such power......I must get it....or, if need be...destroy it." He thinks.

Much to her surprise, he looks less than hurt...well, other than the fact he looks somewhat like a walking corpse.

It hits him, and knocks him off course so he lands a few meters away from her.
"Owwwwww." Darkside says, picking himself out of the dirt. The normal rank smell that followed him was replaced by the smell of burnt flesh, and of oddly enough bubble gum.
