"well i see i'm going to have to do this the hard way.... can you lead me to where you engaged him?" the man mutters to himself before asking as he pets the other harpies with his free hand, but keeps petting the first harpie with one hand

He points to a few feet to the right where the man is standing.
"Right there." He says.
The one harpy purrs very loud, and soon the others start to hop away while that one stays.

"was anything chipped off?" the man asks as he continues petting the harpy, letting it nuzzle him

"Nope. It barely phased him......" The man says again.
The harpy soon makes a chirp noise, and more hapries hop over to be pet.

the man keeps petting the harpy as he asks "was there any blood?"

"No...it was odd. It was like he was a stone....." The man says.
The harpy soon gently nuzzles his neck, her hair oddly soft.

the man lets it have he coin as he keeps petting her and asks "could you tell me where he went?"

"Well, if I knew where he was, I would of shanked him some more." He says.
The harpy yips in delight, as it swallows the coin.

the man rubs underneath it's chin and asks "do you know where he went?" as he offers it a copper coin

The harpy purrs almost, as its one foot starts to thump, before trying to nibble the coin.
"He ran off when I threw my sword into his back." The man says.

"you wouldn't happen to know why these creatures are abnormally aggressive would you?" the man asks, trying not to laugh at the display as he pets a docile harpy that he scared earlier, trying to calm it

It rubs its head into his hand, making a low chirping noise.
"Well, there was a person here before that was throwing large flaming urns at them." The block person says.

the man sighs and starts walking towards the mountains, looking for the harpies

The harpies seem to have flocked to a near by red mountian, and are eating the rocks and soil. They seem to be nesting there as well.....also, he sees a square man, trying to lure one away with a large block of dirt.

the man leaves before he is recognized as one of the order and wanders around, looking for another tavern and keeping an ear out for gossip on goings on around the town

He finds most of the town is now littered with bronze, and iron droppings from the harpy flock that flew above.

the man acts swiftly slicing through one of the harpies with a purely black sword, easily cutting through it's metal feathers and dropping it to the ground. the man then stick his sword into the remains and causes them to be absorbed into it. "if you wish to live... leave" the man says to the harpies, giving them a chance to save themselves

They all take a dump, dropping large piles of bronze, and then fly away.
