Okay. I think I managed to make a decent map for Erimir. Elevation is included, as are some terrain features, cities, villages, the capital, and forts. Not every fort is well manned at the moment; most have only skeleton forces, in fact. The Provincial Militia is not on the map because it is scattered about (and manning those skeleton forts).

Sorry if the new map messes this up. I should've warned you guys I was working on the new theatre, before you went and made up maps of your nations. Either way, it's a nice looking map - I guess I need to start working on mine at some point. So much to do though! I'm a married man with a pain in the arse job, a social life but thankfully no kids. This RP is draining my free time like a mofo, not that I'm complaining though. I hope this might be one of the 'greats' of the RP guild.

Fires to the South

Rumours run amok throughout Orysson. They speak of the Imperial Banner, standing tall and proud in the deep south of the continent. They speak of great lawlessness and depravity of the borderlands. They tell of Goblins, and of Centaurs, forming warbands and pilaging the locales. The gateway to the Empire's southern bounds are open, but this is not a one-way route, and there are fears that the newly discovered dangers may surge northwards.
As promised, South Orysson has been added to the RP. Nations that have an existing province in the new theatre, need to up their provinces owned to '2'. These provinces do not produce any exports however, and are to be treated as the southern territories of your nations.

I hope you all like it.

You'll have noticed that the Bohaddon Empire has a foot hold in the deep south, and controls several regions. Also there is the region 'Almon', holding this will give you the right to declare yourself Emperor of Bohaddon. This will cause a world event that creates a tonne of population unhappiness in the regions you do not control. Your nation will be renamed the Bohaddon Empire, and your allies will be given the chance to merge with you.

Edit: For all you northern nations, don't thret, I've got the northern continent to do next. It's a long process though, very tedious and annoying, so it wont be up for a couple of days. You'll get to find where them ships have come from.

Edit: You'll notice there are now NPC Rebels, there's a section to explain what they are.

Only this one.

And yes, Eternal, you can stay with your background. At this early stage of the game, I don't think anyones going to look to far into how your nation came about, so we should be good.

Do you mind if I rp that you overthrew the king in region 6 eternal?

I've updated the 'World Events' post to include the emergence of the new Kingdom, and replaced the flag on the map with the new one.

In the World Events post I put that the invasion or rebellion happened some years ago, but that because Orysson is so divided, information has not reached the mainland until now - but that your nation, or those nearer to it, may have been aware the whole time.

I'll change it to suit whatever you two end up deciding on.
Well it's nice everything is working itself out !

Is there an orc coastal province or a dwarf one?

Region 14: <Dukedom of Edaria>/<Dwarves>/<Stone,Wine>/<NPC PASSIVE>

You may take that, if you wish. You can change the name also if you prefer.

Is Elslen up for grabs #19 on the map?

Now would be a bad time to choose that region. You can take it if you want it, but it MAY be the victim on expansionism. What are you after, Orcs? IF you're after Orcs, I could possibly turn another NPC state into Orcs.

EDIT: Region 11 has been abandoned by a player. You could take that, if you wanted, and fully customise your peoples and exports. (View entry thread)

The map program I use is AutoREALM, free and small download. Its fairly user friendly once you get the hang of it, lots of tutorials posted on youtube to show you the ropes.

Pansy, a real man steals stuff and uses ms paint to modify it. Nice work anyways, I may have to give that program a looking at.
"was neglected in favour of open warfare. The heart regions of the former Empire, known as Orysson, combusted into outright civil war - fire consumed" - if you reread the OOC intro.

Basically the region the RP is set is Orysson. I probably should have included that in the map, and will do upon the next update.

EDIT: Done, and also marked where the ships are hanging around.

BTW, Syrian: Concerning the discussions between the Halfling delegate and King Dryadson, shall I simply make a post (tomorrow) stating what the Halflings offer and ask in a less character-oriented and more overarching manner? Or would you rather we shoot PMs at each other, perhaps, going over what the outcome of it would be and then posting that?

I think this is where it comes down to player discretion. I have read your posts, and know what you're after. I think PMs would be best, to stop the OOC from becoming crazy and to hide things from people you don't want to be seen outside of the posts. I'll fire you over a PM in a second, to detail what my nation has to say about matters.
