As this RP has regrettably slowed to nothing, I am going to count it as dead. I'm still going to be around if it picks up, as I genuinely enjoyed the writing, but I'm going to go and join another RP and can't promise I'll be back if it is revived.

All the best.

-SyrianHamsterThat is very nice. I like it. Accepted. I will make a CS bin in a bit. ;3

Thanks. Not that I think it'll make any difference, but I included the name of his tavern and added a new skill: Seasoned cook. I figured an inn keeper who couldn't cook in this kind of setting would be a bit odd.

Anyways, I must say, having read and reread everything, it seems you have gone to great lengths to flesh this world out. Is this all your work? Or is it a collaboration of efforts? Not that it matters either way, but it's fantastic that I actually have something to reference, rather than awkwardly making up things and praying it fits with everyone else's' input.
How's this? Prepared to change whatever is needed, but would rather keep him old.

I'm sorry if this makes me look like an illiterate, half arsed muppet, but you mention date of birth on the CS. Where's the months we're using? If it's there somewhere, don't tell me where it is, I'll reread the information and find it as apt punishment.
Either way it doesn't matter. He's a good writer, and I'd be sad for him not to come back, but the RP needs to keep moving. Like I said, he's under NPC control and it'll be down to the guys who own his region, if they do conquer it, whether or not he can have it back. I don't want to do that, but I have no idea when he's coming back, so what can I do?

The RP has reopened to new players, absent region owners are now under NPC control, treat them that way, I have replied to people who showed interested after the RP closed. Hopefully we can get this moving again.

No... He said it on his RP named Dead County which I joined so that's why I know

So what makes those guys so great that he can't say "BRB 14 days" to us? lol

Do it this way, put the player controlled ones under leave of absence, if they pm that they quit or don't respond in 1 month, open their nation up. They would still be conquer able but the new players have to expect a rebellion when the original owner appears.

I'm veering more towards punishment. Leaving without a word said for days on end is a dick move in my book. They'll be able to reapply for their nation, but if its been taken over, it's down to the new owner's discretion as to whether they can have it back.

Okay, I'll update the region owners section, reopen the RP and we'll see what happens. From now on, Bishop, Gamer and Senor's regions are to be treated as NPC. Treat them as if they have been this whole time, and that way you guys wont be stuck up in the north for the next 10 weeks.

EDIT: Gamer is alive. Busy as Bishop may be, his region's silence breaks the flow of things. He will be reverted to NPC, this is not out of anger, it's just, bitches need to interact and they can't do it if the province has gone dark.
Obviously, with the departure of the original players, we need to work out how we do this. Do I revert the abandoned provinces first to NPC control, and then open it? Or do I offer new players to take over them? Do I give new players free choice over any region? What'd you guys think?
HMS Fractured South has sprung a few leaks and is listing dangerously towards an early death. It'd be a shame, but from what I can gather by other threads, it's reached the average life expectancy.

Still, as GM I feel somewhat responsible for letting it happen.

Looks like Bishop has gone, he's not done anything in days has he? Across the guild, I mean, which tells me he's either been involved in a drug bust or one his Orcs manifested itself in reality and has declared Kingship over his house. Would making his nation NPC remove this problem? He could take control, if he ever gets back, but an empty seat is game breaking in a nation RP.

Orangebox is busy trying to make a future for himself in the academic world, but assures me he will return. Is his absence holding anyone up? If so he'll be temporarily relegated to NPC control to allow things to continue.

RPGGamer looks like he got caught for smuggling vodka into school and has been grounded from electronics for the rest of his life, so his nation will revert to NPC. I've made that up, I don't know where he is, but as punishment for his absence I will brand him a vodka smuggler.

Senor looks like he crashed into the docks before he even left the harbour, sadly, and I will be reverting him back to NPC unless I hear something in 24 hours.

Who else do I need to destroy?
It's good to see someone flesh out the world from all the angles.

As it happens, I've been looking for a realistic, nitty gritty medieval RP and I think this could be it. What kind of storyline are we looking at? A group of guys and gals meet up and embark on some quest? Or is it more freeform, with a general theme tying everyone together?
