Mirazan
She was having a light talk when she noticed a young dragon approaching her. The blue dragon bowed his head down, making her smile showing her just as white teeth.
" It is an honor to see you Mirazan. I came in the hopes to show you my respect for your power and hope you enjoy the festival"
Keeping the formal tone just as the young teen dragon did, she cleared her own thought and spoke.
''I welcome you to the Aging festival young one. I hope you will impress us with your magic, and grow older to a adult. ''
She leaned her head towards Aksaja and sniffed him, before in a gently fashion nuzzling him with her head. Raising it back up to look at him,her tail slowly swinging. '' Keep your hard training up.'' She encouraged him, watching him with great caring look. Winking at him after a moment. '' And make lots of friends, Aksaja.''
Chu
He was having a stroll, looking around and up to the dragons that fly by. Some so big that Chus dragon body could fit on their small nail. Feeling a short wave of paranoia passing him, from the image, he shock his head to clear it up. No need to worry, Chu spoke to himself. He was in his compact form which was big enough for most dragons to actually look out for, mostly so to not harm by mistake each other.
He spotted on the sky a shimmering dragon with a big scared wing, just in the moment when it appeared he lost balance.
Watching with a small worry from his place, not like Chu was going to run under a falling dragon.First he couldt do something like catching him. Second he had faith the other will not hurt himself. Aster managed to land, instead of crash landing., much to Chu's relive. He made his way over. Stepping with his bare feet over the earth, not hurrying too much. If you have feet shaped as dragons feet, human shoes felt extremely uncomfortably. On other hand his magic was earth based, he liked to feel the vibration that traveled thought the earth. Like that big thud that announced clearly to Chu that grandpa Tarkus has arrived and landed.
'' Hey you fine? Got me worried seeing your wing give in up there.'' Chu came up to Aster, looking over the basket. His nose twitching in a pretty similar fashion like a bunnies. '' What can I smell there~?'' Chu went up right to the basket, at least trying too as the other was hiding it with his body and wings, sniffing it up. A wide grin on his face as he looked up to meet the dragons eyes.
''You bad, bad dragon.'' He pouted waving his finger, cutting Aster off, as he continued to speak. '' Hiding away a basket of dragon fruits, instead to share it. Were you trying to keep it a secret? To eat them all yourself. Arent I your friend!''
Chu joked putting his hands behind his head, stretching again. ''How have you been the past few years?'' He said with a more relaxed tone to his voice.

Thanks but its pretty common here to speak more then one two languages. And its not as good as I wish it to be, brain storming and writing bios, makes it really bad and not flowing sounding, But anyway you must know english to get any decent job, and a extra one gives you the head start compared to others. I started to learn Spanish, just because XD

Humhum folded his feathers along his arms. Stepping off the table and nodding at Elliot. Looking towards the two places that were pointed by the other. Recognizing the students that were sitting on that table, to Humhum most people were in category of nice. So were this two too.
''Good idea, Elliot, let me first just grab some fish mhm I am going to starve, then lets join them.'' He nodded, not wanting to let anyone wait he slipped between the crowds to the stand, getting two grilled fish. The smell alone was making his mount water. Not just assaulting on the fish, as his stomach demanded, the harpy slipped as fast back to Elliot, before they were going over to the next table a girl approached them.
"Hey, there a free spot over here?"
Humhum bowed his head, bending his knee a bit towards her.If he didnt hold a plate he would have took her hand and shack it in greeting. He was sure he didnt know her from previous years, concluding she must be new. '' Well mmm to speak the true we were about to join that table, feel free to tug along mmm '' He nodded, sitting beside Orion once they arrived on the table. Biting in his fish, hapily to calm his stomach, he looked over the faces.
''You must be uncomfortable like that no Orion? Want to stretch them later with a fly around the circle. '' Humhum asked noticing how the other folded the wings up. Wondering to himself why he was like that, nearly hiding his wings out of view. Humhum found them to be a really nice color, in his mind those wings should be showed off. He ate a few more bites, listening and nodding. Eyes trailing to the new student.
'' You must be amazed by how many different students are around here? My name is Humhum mmmm mhm'' He chuckled now offering officially a hand to great her.
'' Are you finding your way around here nicely? If you have any question, ask them mm someone may know the answers mhm~'' He hummed before he started his second and last fish. Hoping the girl will relax and tell about herself maybe. He like knowing lots of peoples, and enjoying hearing some of the stories they may tell.

Nice to see you got some time to edit her. I will add her to the teen, but you just need to do a few small things, to make the profile more complete. So others can have references when reading it.

I can understand if you want because of the memory loss to make it unknown. But.. then put in brackets the real age like a secret.
Gender: Female
Well, just for references, male fem and such depending what people like.
When it comes to magic, her magic level would suit adult nicely. But you said you want to have her as a teen, then can I assume you plan to let her Age in the festival from teen to a adult?
and the last missing piece is a few words about the Personality. Nothing too big is needed if you dont feel like it.

He didnt really await a reply to his words of thanks. Looking towards where the voice came from. A female voice, the now somewhat closer shadow showing the figure of a mermaid. The one who saved him then. He stayed for a while silent.Mostly wondering what should he answer to her words? why did you save me? Would the answer to it make any sense to him? His eyes focused at her, still being underwater. Was she scared of him? He knew sometimes his race would look at meeting a mermaid as a challenge of bravery. Pick them up in folks and leave them, drying out. His eyes looked at his own feet, the claws clenching softly from his nervousness.
He felt awkward for the silence.

But he couldnt bring harm to someone who helped him. That was not in his nature. Well if she put him in danger he would react, he told himself so he could relax a bit.
