Thanks for the heads up then. :3
I'm interested in this. :D Do you have a particular skeleton you want filled out for the characters?
I would be interested in signing up for this. As for my character's power, the gist of it is that my character can change their abilities by eating candy. Different flavors result in different abilities, but they are all temporary and run out shortly after the candy is gone. I'll be sure to give exact specifics later, but I don't want to really devote the time if it isn't going to be allowed, y'know?
I just had Devon walk into the room and begin looking around. Chris should definitely be able to hear/see him.
I know, but when each player is playing a crucial character and a lot of them vanish, there really isn't anything that can be done. It really bums me out.
It seems that this has died, which makes me sad. :(
I'm thinking that this has died. :/
Thanks for the heads up. :D
After a while of fiddling with the lock, mostly involving a juggling act to keep the flashlight at an angle where he could see what he was doing, the door suddenly popped open. Well, it didn't really move much considering there was something on the other side, but it was enough to let him know that the door was now open. Unfortunately, it didn't seem like there was somebody on the other side all things considered. For one, the door had been jammed, so it would have been hard for anyone to get into, which meant that the thump had probably been something dropping to the ground in front of the door, which explained why it wouldn't open much further than a few inches. Shrugging and rolling his eyes over the wasted time, Devon decided that it was a good time to begin looking upstairs.

The long hallway was rather cliche, which Devon found kind of amusing as he walked down it. Certainly there would be someone hiding somewhere up on the second floor. It was too perfect not to. Eventually, he came across one open door that appeared to lead into a bedroom of sorts, with the large bed, night stands, and wardrobes. Though there was really nothing to indicate that someone was inside the room, he stepped in to see what he could see. Old places like this had a lot of neat stuff lying around after all. Humming softly, he walked around the room with the flashlight, examining the bed spread and the decorations around the room. Whomever had lived here certainly had had a weird taste of decor, with everything clashing in someway or another. Maybe two things were bright pink and orange, or maybe it was polka-dots with stripes, but regardless, it was strange. Curious as to whether or not the clothes followed the same pattern, Devon walked over to the walk-in closet to begin looking at the clothes they would have worn when whoever owned the place last had lived there.
Sorry for not posting sooner guys. I've been pretty busy lately, and I was hoping that some more people would post in my absence. Again, sorry for the wait.
