No, not really. If you need a quick summary, I can provide one, but your entrance is your own. :D
That sounds perfect! :D And that's why we talk about these things. Little stuff that doesn't get noticed can quickly snowball if we aren't careful. ;) I'll go ahead and get your character added to the main page, so feel free to post when you can.
I think that 5 or 6 would be a good maximum, especially at first, and that leads me to another question: are powers harder for him to copy? The reason I'm asking is because if not, having ten powers at once is a bit overkill.
You're good to go there. I was just saying that copying powers would only work in specific situations anyways, so there isn't really a need to have it be a part of the power. Likewise, if you really want it, I suppose it would be okay, as it's pretty limited to specific situations.
I checked Powerlisting wiki, though it deals more with displacing space than warping reality. :P And I think that the power-leech would actually be pretty ineffective in any situation where our characters are using their powers, so it would probably be best to remove it. :3
That's why I mentioned Perception being more along the lines of Technopathy, as that is the ability to interface with technology, allowing the user to manipulate it as they see fit. That way it would have more than just one application.

As for the rest of it, I think that I'll allow the Leeching, so long as there are reasonable limits to range and what not. Like I said, you did do an excellent job of limiting it already, but I think range should be included just to be perfectly clear. Displacement, after looking it up under that name, is a little too similar to teleportation, a power which four characters can already utilize to some extent through their own abilities.
This may sound like a silly question, but I was wondering if I could make a second character as well. I've been wanted to play a wizard character for a while now, and with the introduction of a mage guild, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to ask. :3
Runa blanched as Sharphorn began to throw rocks at the door of the tower, wondering briefly if he had been hit on the head recently. The potential consequences of angering a mage, let alone an entire guild of them, were immense, so why on earth would it have occurred to him to throw things at the door? She opened her mouth to tell him to stop when the door to the tower opened, rendering incapable of any communication beyond a tiny squeak as she darted behind Sharphorn, half expecting a giant ball of fire to roar over them all. The man's voice carried no tone of anger, however, as he simply instructed them to sign the visitor's ledger inside the little building they had passed to arrive at the tower itself.

Runa nodded in response to what Thorgili was saying as the man at the door of the tower stopped speaking, still watching them to make sure that they didn't try any funny business. Especially the part about not wanting to anger the mages in any way. That was something that she could agree with wholeheartedly, and she made sure to give Sharphorn a pointed glare, only for a brief moment, to try and get him to pay special attention to that part. "Shall we go then?" she asked, gesturing in the direction of the building. If they wanted the job, it appeared that that was what they had to do first, not that it was too much of a bother anyway though.
@Mercenary Lord: The thing that makes me uncomfortable with the Skill Leech is the fact that it involves copying, even though you have limited it well. It's just that it makes the things makes each character unique more mundane, even if you have to ask that character's permission to copy them. It doesn't prevent you from copying NPC's with similar skills to mimic those of a character.

The Charisma Manipulation power is probably the one that bothers me the least, though the fact that it focuses solely on how others interact with your character is discomforting. Empathy and Telepathy can be a little dodgy for similar reasons, but they tend to have broader applications overall, so they generally can be limited without removing the "core" aspect of the power.

Defensive Warping is a very cool concept if I'm being perfectly honest, but the bending reality, even slightly, makes it a little sketchy for a group roleplay. Not to mention the fact that it sounds an awful lot like auto-dodging, which isn't a good thing to have in a roleplay.

Hyperkinesis sounds a lot like enhanced reflexes, which is already a power that a character has, so I'm going to have to suggest you steer away from that one, but Electromagnetic Perception does sound like a good power, especially if it's more along the lines of Technopathy than creating bursts of microwaves or gamma rays. ;)

Hopefully, it doesn't seem like I'm shooting down every one of your ideas. That's not my intention. I'm just trying to make absolutely certain that the game is balanced.

@Hefewy: Thanks for the heads up! :D
@Mercenary Lord: I'll have to admit that all three make me feel a little uncomfortable to some extent. Do you happen to have any other ideas concerning his powers, or are those it?
